Speed of delivery and welcoming online sales site
Efficient and polite professionals. Services always within the expected deadlines (even before). Quality material with good after-sales service for follow-up. We have had our trampoline for 5 years, it stays outside all year round and is still in perfect condition. We needed to change the protective cover, it was delivered before the date announced on the site. Thank you, congratulations, and don't change anything.
Very good telephone reception, informed advice and honesty about deadlines.

I had ordered a trampoline that was available online but unfortunately turned out to be out of stock. Very quick reaction from the service who contacted me by phone right away to inform me and ask what my wish was then.
EXPLICIT AND ATTRACTIVE SITE. FAST DELIVERY. Waiting to see the quality of the product over time.
Fast delivery, nothing to say... perfect!!!
Speed of shipping. Very responsive email contact. The 3.90m trampoline (which I ordered with its protective cover) is of very good quality (robust). The kids are thrilled!! In short, I am very satisfied with France Trampoline.
Very good material received quickly and without unpleasant surprises in the box. Trampoline quite easy to assemble.
An impeccable manufacturing quality. Good materials. The assembly instructions are clear enough and everything seems to have been planned for the different elements to be assembled to avoid mistakes. I received a phone call to prepare the delivery. The consideration of my request for fast delivery was effective. I am very satisfied!
We ordered a 3.60m Oxygen trampoline which we received in 3 days (Thank you for your seriousness regarding the speed of delivery)!!! We assembled it quite easily with two people thanks to the video on your site and the manual. The kids are happy and we have a hard time stopping them because they are having so much fun, us too by the way ;-) As for the quality of the trampoline (jumping mat, safety net with zipper, springs, etc...) nothing to complain about! It is really solid and stable, and the bounce is excellent. We are 100% satisfied. Now we just have to see how it holds up over time and its resistance to the elements...
Fast delivery, quality product (to be confirmed over time).

Excellent service: very clear and precise site, fast delivery, high-quality product with easy assembly.
the drawings and assembly instructions need to be improved. The protective net did not match the one marked on the delivery box, but that does not bother us personally.
Happy to receive the package within very short deadlines. The following weekend, our children had a great time assembling the trampoline without difficulty (Some assembly sketches could be enlarged or clarified.) The joy of our little children was a pleasure to see. The quality of the product seems excellent to us. To be seen over time
