I don't see what could be improved, it's perfect as it is! Just at the assembly level, I had a little problem, you absolutely need the help of a man to fix the springs!
VERY GOOD.
Good advice, fast delivery (3 working days), very good quality material.
Very competent merchant, for my part, shipping costs should be lower or even free
Good product quality. Delivery service okay.
Very user-friendly site, I have no particular comments. Maybe improve the zooms on the photos.
Very good, trust and care, impeccable
Fast delivery. Good product quality (to be seen over time). Easy assembly. All good...
Great quality of customer service following the order of a trampoline on 30 07 2012: the chosen size was not immediately available, we were offered the next size up at a preferential rate to have it right away. Delivery 4 days later by a very professional company that also contacted us the day before to ensure our presence on the delivery day. With the help of the video, assembly was child's play for my husband and my two sons aged 10 and 12. Since its installation, the trampoline has brought joy to everyone regardless of the age of the user! Very good quality product, very good finish. We will see its resistance in use. We are very satisfied to have chosen the company France Trampoline and we will recommend you to our acquaintances.
I am delighted with our purchase (3m trampoline with net + protective skirt). Very quick and relevant advice, fast delivery, very easy assembly (just my husband and my 7-year-old daughter at times because she wanted to help). Unfortunately, my daughter got injured on the first use but it is completely independent of the quality of the trampoline.
Nothing to say, good product
Very fast delivery and therefore very appreciated
Good quality trampoline, easy assembly with a downside for assembling the high frame of the safety net, perfect and fast delivery
Perfect! Just plan to have real tools for assembly instead of those provided.
I was able to set up my trampoline all by myself!! Clear explanation and very well-designed material....thank you except for the poles to be inserted at the top of the net, I find that it is not well designed, needs to be reviewed I think
Everything is perfect, nothing special to report, no next purchase in sight
The confirmation by phone before shipping the order is appreciated
Really very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product. Thank you
Nothing to say
Very satisfied with the order and especially the delivery respecting the announced deadlines. The only downside is that I ordered a 180 trampoline thinking that the mat was 180 in diameter, whereas this is an overall diameter... so a bit small compared to my expectations.
Delivery time very fast. Product quality perfect.
Hello, I am very satisfied with the services of France Trampoline. I discovered a very serious company that kept all its commitments. We received the trampoline on Thursday morning after ordering it on Tuesday morning. The instructions, as well as the video on the site, are perfectly suited for assembling the trampoline. The latter is of high quality, after long hesitating on another model from another site at a much lower price, I do not regret at all choosing this company and a quality product, even though of course, I had to double my budget. I would recommend this company and this site without hesitation, the website is also extremely well constructed and really complete. In summary, thank you and congratulations for your seriousness and professionalism.

Available for phone support
In fact, the requests, explanations, and the order were done by phone. I was able to know the conditions, financial or otherwise, the deadlines, etc....
Need accessories... But while consulting the site I realize that a few days after being delivered, the promises allow for free accessories. So it’s clear that you shouldn’t rush to buy.
I hope for good aging of the trampoline over time
Quality trampoline (and aesthetic in the garden), delivered within 48 hours
I thought a winter cover would be delivered with it....... (I'm joking of course)
Easy order and fast delivery
Fast delivery, not disappointed with the trampoline, sturdy and beautiful, easy to assemble, well explained..... just disappointed with the quality of the ladder sold on the site, complicated to assemble, the pieces fit poorly
I am delighted with the services provided. The material is of good quality and the delivery was ultra-fast.
Product conforms and of good quality. Fast delivery with a call beforehand to set the appointment: it's a very good service
VERY GOOD SERVICE. VERY FAST DELIVERY.
Very responsive team. I had ordered a product that was out of stock on the site on a Sunday and I was called on Monday to be informed. Since I wanted to be delivered quickly, I was directed to a new diameter. Very fast delivery: order sent on Monday and trampoline delivered on Monday. Assembly in 2 hours, safety net and ladder included. You can feel the quality is there. Improvement needed: provide real-time stock management on the site to avoid my little mishap.
Regarding the order, no issues. Fast delivery in 5 days. Well packaged. Material conforms and apparently of good quality. The protective cover cannot be installed when the safety net is mounted. It would be good to also offer a "light" cover for daily protection.
We ordered via the website and were able to pay by check and gift check. 3 days later the trampoline was delivered! The assembly of the structure and the jumping mat is very easy. For the net, it's a bit more complicated but we manage very well with the instructions and the help of the children! We recommend France Trampoline without reservation!
Nothing to say, everything was perfect. Fast shipping
Satisfied with the site and the delivery. I have nothing else to say.
Very happy with the product and the advice I received by phone - timely delivery -
The packaging of the jumping mat and the cushion is a bit light and the cushion arrived scratched. (I only bought these "spare parts")

quality material, fast delivery
We had no problems. The only criticism is that the trampoline ladder does not fit the model we purchased, the solution of digging the ground is ridiculous, how to dig a concrete terrace to compensate for the height problem? I would like you to specify how to do it! No problem, you can display my message. Marc
It would be desirable to be able to see if the item is available or not, or at least if the chosen item is still in stock. Indeed, we had ordered a trampoline model and the company had to call us to inform us that they were out of stock. We had to choose another item by phone... a bit of a shame...
We received and easily assembled the trampoline, it is of excellent quality, the whole family is delighted, thank you France trampoline, I recommend your site to my acquaintances. Family D.
Good quality of the product corresponding to our wish and the site. Fast delivery. Perhaps more information should be provided as the choice is difficult to make among all the categories of trampolines you offer. The order should be followed by a call to verify that the choice is appropriate for use. Otherwise, the site is well thought out, well organized, and easy to use.
DIFFICULT TO FIND APPOINTMENT WITH THE CARRIER -1 OR 2 TOURS ONLY IN OUR LOCALITY-
Nothing to improve regarding this first order: simplicity, speed, and excellent quality.
Order received quickly.
