assembly instructions
The instructions
One point to improve: the delivery company that forces you to block the day to receive the package. The delivery person did not want to drop the packages at the bottom of the stairs, because it is supposedly not in the contract, not all houses are on the ground floor!
impeccable material, respect for customer imperatives, nothing to report.
lower shipping costs otherwise overall good
Very good customer contact Easy assembly of the trampoline Very nice tent accessory Missing a small user guide for the trampoline (initiation, figures, exercises...)
nothing, everything was perfect.
Just that the carrier should call us before being at our door so we can organize and have someone to receive the package, otherwise very good welcome at the depot.
the only small problem with our order was the delay announced by France trampoline for delivery and the actual delay: from 2 to 5 working days for a real 7 days!!!!
very good quality material, ultra fast delivery
Hello, A big thank you to France trampoline.... Fast delivery without problems, top quality material (nothing to do with the pseudo trampolines at low prices!) and great customer service (I had canceled my first order after a few days, refund without problems) .... In short, serious all that.... I highly recommend if you want a solid, efficient and secure trampoline for children.... Again, well done to you FT.....
Very good service
I have nothing to say regarding the contact with the sales representative who was very satisfactory. The delivery times pleasantly surprised me. I will surely come back to you to acquire additional products to my purchase.
Nothing to report
Trampoline assembly instructions need to be reviewed, parts need to be better identified - not obvious when receiving both the trampoline and the safety net at the same time.
Delivery time respected
Remember to communicate to the carrier the contact details of the person to be contacted, if this person is different from the billing address.
everything is very good
NO PROBLEM FOR ME
Nothing to report, perfect delivery and well explained assembly
Fast, serious and excellent quality material. I recommend!
installation of the net is not very easy
From the beginning of the order to the delivery, no problems, everything was clear, explained, we were completely satisfied. As for the product, it exactly meets our expectations: robustness, reliability, practicality perfect!!!
I found exactly what I was looking for right away, user-friendly and very well organized site.
Perfect trampoline but the instruction manual was not obvious as it was not very understandable since it covers all models. But we managed to figure it out anyway.
Very good commercial welcome. Delivery time was met according to our request. Effective quality of the product.
The trampoline is perfect. The carrier was average, delivery not on the indicated day and the packaging box was torn. The after-sales service is reachable and responsive.
Nothing to complain about. Easy order. All explanations are clear and allow finding what suits everyone.
Excellent product that meets my needs and delivered within the announced deadlines.
Dear Sir/Madam, The service and the product are excellent. For the future, the company could provide or sell one or more manuals on the benefits of trampoline practice and the different figures to perform according to a learning process presented in the form of sequences. Best regards, Olivier V.

I find your ordering process good, I am very satisfied with your service, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend.
PERFECT: the delivery, the assembly, and of course the use! Our little children are DELIGHTED: they jump and invent other games on the trampoline!... hours of peace for us and what a joy to see them so happy; they are already dreaming of options like the tent; we will consider it next year...
Very very good!!!
It would have been easier to be informed of the delivery day because the trampoline almost went back directly!! It is also regrettable to order a trampoline intended for the children's club for professional use and to discover once assembled that it is intended for family use. However, seeing the children spend their afternoons jumping puts everything into perspective.
I just received a 3.00 trampoline yesterday. Delivery time respected. No issues with the parts and assembly. The product seems to be of very good quality. To be seen over time and usage.
High quality materials that give a sense of great safety. Easy to assemble game allowing help from small children (8 and 11 years old). Fast delivery. Total satisfaction. However, the safety instructions, although necessary, sometimes seem excessive, just like the vigilance instructions requested at delivery. This corresponds well to "the spirit of the times" but does not diminish my satisfaction.
Very clear order and quick return.
Order made on Wednesday evening and I received it Friday morning, then we took 3 hours to assemble it and now it's a real pleasure to jump on this very sturdy trampoline and we feel completely safe.
Fast order, perfect website, delivery without any issues. I recommend the partner "france trampoline" without any problems. French company, there are still a few left...
The site is very well done. Good advice on the size of the trampoline to choose. The order is very simple to make and the delivery times are respected. The assembly instructions are very well done, in very little time the children were able to have fun.
I should have been informed of the delivery day which was not done. I could very well have been absent.
non respect sur remise com?,??,,???
Small bug regarding delivery times + promised accessory not delivered to this day. Otherwise, contact with the company was very satisfactory and their ability to find solutions to problems was very good. Good responsiveness overall!
Everything went well, from the order to the delivery I got the link to your site from a friend and I could share it with others if asked.
Very good quality trampoline, easy assembly and delivery on time, both children and adults have a great time!!!!
For me, the ordering process with France trampoline is very good and I don't see what improvements could be made. I used the phone to have a contact person to finalize my choices. I received all the necessary advice.
Product conforms to the description on the website, well designed and seems to be of good quality. However, any potential disassembly during winter will be complicated, I plan to cover/tarp the trampoline.
Quality and safe trampoline for young children. Friendly and available team. I highly recommend...
My children are super happy. I chose the right size. Fast delivery. Buying on this site I recommend, nothing to say.
