Delivered in 48h, so perfect, easy to assemble with 2 in 1h30, very good quality to see over time.
Trampoline delivered in good condition within the expected time. Nothing to say about the assembly except for the difficulty of attaching the elastic on the inner side of the cushion to the frame. For now, the trampoline is satisfactory given its low usage due to bad weather.
Perfect order and delivery on time.
One downside: the delivery!!!! No delivery possible on Saturday, this does not encourage purchases for couples who work together and whose work hours are early in the morning and late at night. If we hadn't been at my daughter's during this time, we wouldn't have bought this trampoline from you. Too bad because everything else is perfect.
Thank you very much, everything was done very quickly, the material is in accordance with the order and the delivery was very friendly. Thanks to the whole team.
The lack of follow-up on the delivery, the carrier did not call me to make an appointment for the delivery, I had to call you (72 hours after your notification), you gave me his name and phone number when I called him, he told me he only took delivery of the package on the same day delivery was made very correctly on the agreed day and time.
Fast delivery, quality material.
Choice advice, fast shipping. Very good service!
Order delivered very very quickly. Before the order, I had to call France Trampoline, I immediately got someone who answered my question right away. Due to lack of time, the trampoline is not yet assembled, but once done, I am sure I can give the 5th star!
Help in choosing between models.
Delivery and goods conform to the order - no problems to report.
We are very satisfied with our trampoline, the order was very quick, the delivery impeccable, and the assembly quite simple. I therefore recommend this site to everyone!!!
Everything is perfect.
No issues.
Your site is very good: ergonomic, rich in product information and technical characteristics. It allows choosing a trampoline adapted to everyone's needs. Thank you Emmanuel.
Perfect service.
Completely acceptable. Likely future additional order.

I want to thank the France Trampoline team. Indeed, despite a tight schedule and unusual hours, they adapted to my availability and showed great responsiveness to my questions. Thank you!!!
Very easy to assemble, did it alone in an afternoon. Seems solid but time will tell. Used in a camping. Service, good to very good, almost no delay!
I have no comments regarding the ordering process, everything went as France Trampoline announced.
Just need to improve the assembly instruction manual for the trampoline. More detailed, meticulous, maybe number the parts or name them by letter. I would use your site again if I need to change some parts of my trampoline. Otherwise, everything was very good from ordering to delivery as well as the quality of the trampoline. Thank you.
Very satisfied with my purchase, high-end material, very durable. Unbeatable delivery time, ordered on Sunday evening received the package on Tuesday = 2 days.
Everything is perfect. I will recommend to others.
Improve the speed of delivery times
The delivery is not up to the service. Difficulty scheduling with A***, truck not suitable, I had to go pick up the package with a trailer. It is difficult to have good carriers. But I think if we all work on it, we should be able to make them change their method. Best regards
Clear site...easy to use Nothing to report
no problem......
We ordered on a Sunday and on Wednesday the trampoline arrived for us it is perfect. The quality meets our expectations and the children are very happy.
Very satisfied quite fast and in accordance with the order the material seems to be of good quality.
The delivery was made, however, regarding the trampoline, it is too early to give an opinion as it has been raining every day since delivery, it is still packed in its box. My children being absent during July and August, I will only set it up at the beginning of September.
order; everything was ok delivery: within 4 days as indicated during the order product: corresponding to the order: well packaged, with the corresponding instructions and all accessories. assembly: without problems following the instructions. future use of your services? we rarely buy 2 trampolines for our little grandchildren!
nothing to say perfect order, delivery on time
Very happy Solid design _ plan an afternoon to assemble it _ only regret not having dared to take 4 meters instead of 3
Fast delivery and very good carrier, excellent quality (to see over time as it will stay outside) easy assembly, the real joy of the little ones but also of the big ones
Excellent!!!!!! both the kids and adults are delighted. the delivery was very good
nothing to say, very effective
in case of stock shortages, it would be advisable to indicate a time frame for restocking, instead of only communicating during shipping. Example: jump'up 300 net
We are very satisfied with our purchase: top customer service, fast delivery, quality product, and guaranteed fun moments for the whole family.
Nothing to report everything went well the trampoline is great, the whole family enjoys it
super product that suits the whole family...
Lacks a synthetic presentation of the product range. Lacks visibility of supply times for out-of-stock products. Easy to place an order.
There is nothing to improve. The order was perfect with very pleasant customer service over the phone. Very good delivery, the delivery person called to schedule an appointment before coming. One thing, on the trampoline pack advertisement, there was a bonus gift of a football net that my son was eagerly waiting for, but it was not in the box. However, after reporting it to France trampoline, no problem, they will send it to me quickly. Again, a big thank you for this trampoline that brings joy to my son.
Fast delivery (3 days), easy assembly and nice and sturdy trampoline.
