Delivery as planned and the trampoline is beautiful, my little one is very happy. Thanks to the whole team.
Your services meet my expectations.
The package arrived very quickly in Belgium and in very good condition. We assembled the roof and it is just perfect. Living on a wooded lot, the roof is the ideal protection for our trampoline. A big thank you for the quality and service, we will not hesitate to recommend you.
I was really surprised by the overall service: Order placed online around 8:00 AM. Phone call around 9:00 AM to verify the accuracy of the technical data. Delivery the next day. Installation without any problem on the same day. So I and the kids are happy!!!
We were delivered on time. The trampoline is very well made, the manual is well constructed, nothing to complain about!
Excellent site. Good advice. Quick processing of the order. Quality product.
Product conforms to the description. Very good quality. Safety assured for users.
The service is good, the deadline indicated on the site is respected, the appointment is indeed made by the carrier and it is respected. For the trampoline, it is very simple to assemble, the design is simple and effective. The only small downside is that a fixing nut for the net structure was missing. Otherwise, nothing to report.
Relatively easy assembly, you need to take the time to understand the setup well. The components seem to be of excellent quality. 3 children aged 3 to 11 are having fun without any problems on a 360 cm trampoline.
More explanation for the assembly
Excellent material and attentive customer service. I recommend.
Hello, fast delivery, very serious product. Small downside, a small defect on the jumping mat. The children have a lot of fun and so do the adults. Easy to assemble, nice finish. The safety net reassures the parents.
My daughter just received an Oxygen range trampoline for her 6th birthday. She is delighted and the rest of the family is too, especially her 17-year-old brother.
Fast delivery. After comparison, the quality of the trampoline is much superior to those from large stores. The only small complaint is that the safety net is considered an accessory and is only guaranteed for 6 months. One could easily be tempted by certain accessories, but the 19€ shipping fee calms things down a bit.
Fast delivery time and kept. Good material. Very courteous and efficient reception on the phone.
Good trampoline
I am really happy, the delivery was fast and in accordance with my request, and on top of that, the trampoline quality is great, I will promote you.
Everything was impeccable. From the order to the delivery. As for the assembly of the trampoline: no particular problem. It might require, for some, a slightly more explicit manual.
Clear and complete site
For now, we are completely satisfied with the trampoline we purchased, good product, delivered in a week, nothing to complain about!!
No errors as I called to be sure
Very good contact with the customer. Answers and advice well adapted.
all good, your site was recommended to me by friends, for your seriousness and the quality of your products, keep it up...
The transporters delivered the package to the house without making an appointment with us. They even left it with the neighbor, so I couldn't check its condition (fortunately no problem).
Very available and friendly people during calls. Email requests are handled quickly. Small downside on the carrier who was supposed to arrive at 9 am and finally arrived at 2 pm. A bit of a shame because it blocked my whole morning for nothing.
We are very happy with the ordered products. The order went very well, good reception, responsiveness. The only issue encountered was regarding the contents of the order: the supplied parts did not match the size of the trampoline. Therefore, some parts were missing and we had to request the necessary supplement for assembly twice. However, after making the complaint we were re-delivered within the week. Excellent responsiveness. I will recommend this site to our friends.
nothing to say order delivered quickly all good
order arrived on time, quality design, easy assembly.
very good trampoline, you can see that it is sturdy and it is also easy to assemble.
Delivery in 2 parts due to stock shortage of the safety net, but I was informed and the expected delay was respected. Well done. Excellent product quality. Having had another brand in a smaller size, I can testify to the superior quality of France Trampoline products.
Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you very much for your message. We appreciate your patience regarding the sending of the net. Our safety nets are now all in stock. Enjoy your trampoline with family! See you soon. The France Trampoline team
no comment everything is perfect thank you
too good !!!! the kids are having a blast and the parents too ... very good quality... great customer service!!! we will come back to you without hesitation ...
We are very satisfied with the trampoline, it is of good quality compared to the one we had before. Easy to assemble even alone, clamp system instead of screws very good idea, fast delivery. So many good things!
Product of very good quality a downside for the delivery time slot from 9 am to 3 pm I had to call at 3 pm to learn that the delivery person had not found the street during his morning delivery. A day blocked when he could have simply made a phone call...
Unfortunately, the date indicated when purchasing a product was not met with about a 7-day delay. Otherwise, contact for delivery was very good, as well as the quality of the products. Thank you for our children.
We are very satisfied with the trampoline, it seems very sturdy! No problem with assembly. Everything is perfect. The kids are thrilled and invite all their friends ... !!
SUPER HAPPY THE GIFT ARRIVED WELL BEFORE MY LITTLE GIRL'S BIRTHDAY AS REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF ORDER THANK YOU VERY MUCH THE GIFT MADE ONE HAPPY AND US TOO WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO ORDER IF NEEDED
Very satisfied with the service, fast delivery, good quality material
Assembly a little long, but satisfied in every way, including the phone contact. Not used to having such a welcome these days. Thank you Regards
Carrier did not respect the schedule
Delivery in two stages as promised and within the expected time. Good quality material for assembly.
Very happy with my purchase, fast delivery, the driver notified us. The trampoline is sturdy and of good quality. Thank you. I don't give 5 stars yet, as I don't know how it will last over time.
Everything went well. Order delivered on time, I would have just liked a more precise time slot from the delivery person than: 'in the afternoon', when you work it is not very practical....
good quality of the product. excellent value for money
I did not find an invoice in the package. Please send me one. One remark: the assembly instructions could be simpler, as the assembly is not difficult at all, but the explanations are quite poorly done.
very good telephone reception and good delivery time.
EXCELLENT QUALITY TRAMPOLINE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP TIMELY DELIVERY PAYMENT FACILITY VERY APPRECIATED
Trampoline conforms to its presentation on the site; assembly less difficult than expected; great satisfaction from the jumping children!
Easy access site, a lot of technical information and explanations, advice accessible to all.
Very good quality trampoline, relatively simple assembly, clear instructions. The smallest model is very suitable for young children (4 and 2 years old). I just regret the purchase of the roof which does not fit well to the structure of the trampoline and makes it a bit like a "greenhouse" for the summer. Fast delivery and prior contact by the carrier.
