for my part! shipping costs should be cheaper because to place an order the price is 19 euros it's huge. It's true your products are of good quality and you are a very serious merchant. I wanted to reorder a trampoline cover that I received, but the shipping price stops me.
Good product, fast delivery
Fast delivery, simple assembly and clearly explained.... a child's play... Installed since Saturday morning, it has delighted the children, the parents... and made the grandparents happy with so much laughter and joy!

very very good. You call new customers to check if it's the right parts for your trampoline. Thank you very much
I really appreciated the verification of my order. Too bad you didn't have the jumping mat I needed, but at least you saved me from a bad purchase.
Extra trampoline that seems to be of very good quality (to be seen over time). Excellent contact with the carrier. Nothing to complain about. Small problem with the delivery of the anchoring kit but quick response from France Trampoline and the problem will be resolved. Only happiness for my daughter and after a bit of publicity regarding you, you will certainly have a new buyer soon.
The bad weather delayed me in setting up but with the nice weather it only took me 3 hours to set up the entire trampoline with its net alone! We are delighted! The material is of quality and the result is there! Thank you
nothing to say your site is very professional
No problem from order to delivery. Product meets expectations nothing to say
Product received quickly but not yet set up.

Nothing more, everything is perfect
Apart from the burst box, the trampoline made some happy. Relatively quickly assembled by 2 experts! It looks sturdy (tarpaulin, net ...). You can assemble with several even heavy ones! The mat allows for good bouncing! Really satisfied for now.
I have rarely seen an order conclude so quickly. Ordered one day received 2 or 3 days later.
good order tracking service, timely delivery, assembly well explained, quality of materials however the ladder is too tall compared to the height of the trampoline. children delighted.
Very efficient, no worries, the spare part fit perfectly, the delivery was quick.
excellent product fast delivery
Nothing to say regarding the site, the presentation of the different models is clear and helps the customer make a wise choice based on the use they want to make of their trampoline. I didn't see the utility of buying the protective cover at the time, but that will be my next purchase on your site. The whole family is delighted with this investment of 4.30 m in diameter.
Fast service and good quality product.
fast delivery, clear information on the availability of items
SUPER service very fast and quality guaranteed
my children are delighted with the trampoline and so are we for its quality it even arrived faster than expected I hadn't even finished preparing the garden
I am very satisfied with the clarity of the site, the responsiveness for delivery, the quality of the material. Easy assembly with the instructions. Negative point today the cover that just tore with the wind after only 10 days. I am waiting to see what the after-sales service will do.
Nothing to report
Nothing to report. Clear and easy-to-use site. Good responsiveness from the company.

a big thank you trampoline superb contact by phone no issues trampoline larger because out of stock of ours so commercially perfect remains as indicated many times horrible carrier on the phone delivery person super nice and punctual but why do you keep this delivery company that gives a bad image in terms of reception fortunately the rest poses no problem I highly recommend France trampoline really pros
we are considering ordering the tent that adapts to the trampoline
After consulting numerous sites, I settled on France Trampoline because the site is very clear and detailed. Plus, French Manufacturing. The order was delivered very quickly (3 days). The quality of the items is excellent. In short, it's very professional.
Great product, easy and quick to assemble (we were 4). The children, small or big, are delighted! Only the delivery caused us a problem, but that was due to the carrier.
Nothing to say regarding the purchase of this trampoline, which completely meets our expectations. Fast delivery, very good order tracking and very friendly interlocutors (including the delivery person), relatively simple assembly, and the result seems sturdy, secure, ready for many hours of jumping by the children. Thank you.
fast delivery, no worries, material that seems quality upon assembly.
We are completely satisfied with the products purchased. The size of the trampoline we chose was no longer in stock, France trampoline offered us the model above for the same price, which is a very good commercial gesture. We would recommend this company to friends who would like to buy a trampoline.
No problem, perfect listening on the phone and delivery without issues.
Very good service and product
We have not yet received our trampoline, but initially the contact was very good.
very good service
The trampoline arrived in 48h! no problem
top service, fast. And the trampoline is of very good quality, nothing to compare with those seen in supermarkets and sports stores... Tubes without welds (so no rust), thick protective foams... in short, top. To be preferred.
Excellent product. Very high quality. Delivery in less than 48 hours. Perfect
excellent reception from the team in Bordeaux. Carrier to be reviewed, not serious regarding the information given for delivery.
I ordered a jumping mat for trampoline / fast shipping, top commercial service, several emails to inform me of the status of my order and its shipment and a call to ensure that the measurements were correct. Compliant material, to recommend
the operating mode can be more precise.
very good service
