The quality of services from France trampoline is very satisfactory. We just installed the trampoline (which we had ordered for Christmas). The only small remark would be to perhaps improve the installation manual of the material. Indeed, the images corresponding to the different parts are not very clear, perhaps a photo of the parts would help to better identify them.
the site is well done. the order is placed easily.
the trampo-foot was not available but this was not specified on the invoice. We had to call to be informed of the problem.
The ordering process is easy and professional, all the information is on the site and helps to choose the model best suited to the need. A small downside because we were supposed to benefit from a promo of a "trampoFoot" offered and during the palletizing this item was forgotten. after assembly our trampoline meets our hopes and our children spend their days on it.
everything is perfect
Perfect service, delivery more than fast! All positives. I recommend this site without fail.
ordering and delivery process are very good and efficient. the site could be improved regarding product description
easy to assemble with two adults in 2 hours. serious sampling T.B. overall.... poorly designed fixing kit
Nothing to complain about. High quality material, my husband assembled it all by himself, very nice finish. We'll see how it ages!
very good material ... brings joy to both young and old ... easy to install ... nothing to complain about
when there is a delay in delivery (2/5 days delivery after 11 days) we could be notified, everything else is perfect thank you
Product conforms and very fast delivery.
Delivery on time, item corresponds without any problem, just the packaging a bit "light"
I am very satisfied with this purchase. France trampoline is a serious and efficient company: the order, the deadline, the phone reception, the billing, everything went very well. Just the cardboard packaging a bit damaged but I think the weight of the package is to blame, but nothing to report, the trampoline and the protective net are not damaged. The assembly went well and quickly. Our 6-year-old son and we are very happy with this attraction. I will recommend France trampoline to my acquaintances.
Nothing: welcoming interlocutor on the phone, product delivered on time. In short, everything was okay
Very nice trampoline, it is quite easy to assemble, but you need to be two, one of whom should be strong to finalize the assembly. The quality is really good, nothing to compare with what you find in stores. For the safety of children, everything is well thought out: closure from the inside and outside!!! And the net is very well tensioned. Highly recommended.
Really delighted with the quality of the purchase and delivery service. Very friendly staff on the phone, as for the product we will see in use, not yet assembled to this day.
Fast delivery. Easy assembly. A very good product. The children (both small and big) are having a blast. The trampoline seems solid and safe, but can it be left outside in winter? I bought the protective cover, but won't it be too heavy during rain or snow?
Delivery on time, excellent phone contact.
I will call France trampoline for accessories.
Delivery in 48 hours.
Very well-constructed site, delivery time respected. Very wide choice. Perfect phone welcome.
Very good quality/price ratio and good quality of service. One small downside, the delivery presentation needs improvement.
The packages arrived in poor condition. The cardboard containing the trampoline was torn. After checking, nothing was damaged inside.
Thank you for your speed and your welcome on the phone.
4 suggested improvements: the images on the instruction manuals are a bit small to be really readable; .... we therefore made a mistake during assembly! IKEA has much more effective manuals, with 'magnifying glasses', to represent 'in very large' the important details; I think we assembled the net upside down: by putting the outside on the inside (should the door carabiners be on the outside? or on the inside? the 'safety' label to hang on the trampoline tore in the first gust of wind! the access ladder to the trampoline is difficult to install with only 2 hands: I had to use a clamp to hold the second attachment system of the top step in place (nothing indicated that the assembly should start or finish with the top step); otherwise, the quality seems excellent, and the jumps are exhilarating! Monique
Very pleasant welcome, and well personalized, effective follow-up. I don't see what could be improved.
improve deliveries, plan morning or afternoon to avoid blocking the customer all day
very quickly dispatched but lack of information regarding the delivery person's passage and package a bit damaged otherwise very efficient!
Completely satisfied with the received material; it matches the description and my expectations. The quality/price ratio seems reasonable provided the trampoline is used over the next few years...
The ordering process is simple, the deadlines are respected.
The quality of the product, especially the ease of assembly, is remarkable. The assembly instructions lack clarity. The delivery did not go as planned (no appointment was made).
Order placed online on Wednesday, delivery appointment made for Friday, order delivered on Monday early afternoon as agreed. The pallet has not yet been unpacked due to weather conditions, but I am completely confident. Top-notch.
Satisfied with the order except that we did not receive the football part.
Well-finished product and easy to assemble, the manual is quite clear.
I found the phone contact very good to verify the information about my order since it was spare parts.
I was very well received on the phone by the FT sales representative and therefore, it is indeed a site that I would recommend if in the future, everything goes well with the purchased trampoline, which I can only confirm in a few months. Otherwise, nothing to report regarding the delivery... Bravo and see you soon, Benoit.
I gave the maximum rating because I particularly appreciated the quality of the after-sales service on the defective products received (defect on the trampoline mat that you changed for us within a few days)
Material of very good quality, very good finish, very easy to install, delivery time and logistics follow-up excellent. One negative point: the quality of the packaging for transport!! Very average cardboard and broken lost pallet.
the manual could be improved otherwise trampoline delivered in 4 days (including weekend) very good quality materials
I ordered a new cover for my trampoline and it was delivered in less than 48 hours after my order! I was surprised by such speed! The cover was easy to install on my trampoline and I am very satisfied with its quality!
Lack of seriousness from the carrier. No call before delivery despite an imperative request... Otherwise, great product. What a shame...
Sir, we receive your feedback with understanding and we apologize for this delivery issue. Our carrier must systematically call to make an appointment to establish a delivery time. It is clear that the driver in charge of your delivery did not keep his commitments and we are sorry for that. In constant contact with our carrier, we do our best to avoid such inconvenience. Please believe that this has been reported directly to our carrier. We thank you for your understanding. The France Trampoline Team.
Customer support answered my questions correctly
Everything is almost perfect. The site is clear. The responses by phone are also. Delivery ok. Just one remark for the improvement of the follow-up: indicate an indicative delay for out-of-stock products. Very serious seller.
The only regret is that France trampoline offers the ground fixing safety kit as an option while many trampolines end up on the roadside in strong winds. Mandatory safety that should be an inherent part of the trampoline pack.
Easy order. You can call for additional information. Serious site.
Thank you for putting more precise photos on the purchase.
nothing to report perfect, deadlines respected, meets my expectations, trampoline of very good quality.
nothing it's perfect clear and fast
Good commercial service.
