I was very well received on the phone, my case was taken seriously, I have nothing particular to say
Efficient delivery. Easy assembly. Very good quality of the product. Pure happiness!!
I ordered our trampoline on Friday, March 23 received on Thursday, March 29 I am very satisfied with the deadline nothing to report thank you. I hope it lasts over time this is our second trampoline the first did not come from you
For me and for now everything is perfect. When I placed my order I immediately knew that the trampoline I bought was not available and you even offered me another cheaper but available. I had the opportunity to call your services to check if the 3 checks of my purchase had been received. I got my answer and I am (Elena my 7-year-old granddaughter is eager to try it.
Order for spare parts for our trampoline bought on the same site 3 years earlier. Package received very quickly despite the weekend. Thank you very much
it was very well organized: arrival of the order on time. good phone reception
Perfect but I haven't opened the package yet due to lack of time.
Very serious site, to recommend without problem! Order on Thursday noon, delivered on Monday noon. Very competent and professional staff on the phone!
Pretty to see and not too difficult to assemble.
The ordered product being out of stock we do not have the precise delivery date. The information is well transmitted by email. I think I will receive the product as agreed at the end of April.
a short and respected deadline, a good value for money remains to be seen how long it lasts.
Nothing to say. perfect site not disappointing!.....
we just received and assembled our trampoline...4.30 m, with net and ladder 2 hours of assembly for two, but readable, clear instructions (except for the spring tool which is actually the same pliers to tighten the T-pieces and not mentioned in the instructions) You can feel that the quality is there and that the assembly is well thought out. Not a screw in the assembly the delivery service is very flexible and adapts well to our busy lives... a call to customer service during assembly, very competent. In short, just incomparable with mass-market products (like for example the trick of the fiberglass rod system for the nets, simple and effective) Or the very solid opening system. Honestly, just excellent !!!!
Everything went very well both by phone and online
Nothing to change. Online purchase on Wednesday evening and delivery on Friday morning! Bravo
super good the kids are delighted and it's of very good quality
Fast delivery. Clear explanations and easy assembly. Excellent quality, to see over time. I recommend this site.
Everything was impeccable. I am eagerly waiting for my trampo-foot to complete. I will recommend this site.
It's a shame to have to dig at the foot of the ladder for the smallest trampolines. Assembly was done without any problem by an adult alone.
NOTHING TO SAY VERY VERY GOOD EXCEPT THE CARRIER WHO MADE US WAIT A DAY FOR NOTHING DESPITE THE APPOINTMENT TAKEN
Delivery after 8 days
I remain a potential customer, the product is good, the logistics correct, the delivery person helpful and courteous, nothing was missing in the palletized pack!!!!...... usually there is always a nut missing. So, to other deals.... thank you.
It's a shame that the product was marked as available at the time of order when it was not the case. Otherwise, the site is very well done and makes you want to buy the products.
The delivery person needs to call the day before delivery and not 5 minutes before.
A DEFECTIVE SCREW
We had already acquired a trampoline about 3 years ago and decided this year to make a wonderful gift to our little nieces, so we gave them a REAL TRAMPOLINE.
Fast delivery, clear assembly instructions and product quality matching our expectations.
Availability ok, responsiveness ok, accessibility by phone OK.
No comments, everything is perfect
I do not plan to use your services for now.
Very good service except the packaging which is more than light and exposes the material to degradation during transport (by abrasion in particular).
EXCELLENT QUALITY TRAMPOLINE The customer service, in addition to being nice, is very responsive and competent. My children have not left it for 4 days. Honestly, I do not regret my purchase. As for the GENIUS TRAMPOFOOT, the kids love it.
Listen, for my part I found the various pages and product information very clear before my purchase. As for the payment, I would have preferred to have a second security, as many sites do today by sending a second security code to my mobile to finalize and authenticate the transaction... Otherwise, for the rest; delivery times and product quality give me complete satisfaction for the moment. Best regards Mr B J
Very satisfied with this purchase. Since the order, good advice to choose the trampoline suitable for my child. Quick reception, simple assembly.
Product marked as "available", but in fact it was not. Delivery time however acceptable, but doubt about the payment by credit card (ambiguous phrase).
Deadline in accordance with what was announced. Quality material. Completely satisfied!
A particular effort was made on the delivery time so that the package arrives quickly despite a stock shortage of the model. Good telephone relationship.
Speed of delivery, material that inspires confidence, well-explained assembly
The carrier only contacted us once in front of our closed door...
RAS tout est ok
Nothing, everything is perfect
Fast, excellent quality
A bit difficult to assemble, you need muscles, but once done, very good. Only downside on the assembly manual of the ladder: incomprehensible. We are unable to assemble it with this manual.
An improvement for the site: for trampoline parts and accessories.
Simple and easy to use website. Order delivered very quickly and in good condition by a very friendly delivery driver.
Very good, good product quality, nice finish, everything clicks correctly. Only small downside, the assembly of the protective net.
Fast service and an efficient and friendly advisor
Investigation done before receiving the product.....
