GOOD MATERIAL FAST DELIVERY BUT STILL A BIT EXPENSIVE
excellent
Very good quality of responses, and moreover does not push to consumption
I am very satisfied
Fast and compliant delivery
very good advice by phone and commercial offer adapted to our needs. Oxygène trampoline installed, tested and approved!
good quality product, fast service, fast delivery
very serious at all levels. very short deadlines. Good quality. Easy to assemble. The first jumps ........ Wow!
ras sinon to say exceptional site, welcome, sending, super thank you
Very complete site. Order processed very quickly. Material of very good quality. Only downside, the delivery person did not announce his passage.
In the comment of my order, I had indicated a reception of the S08 material (cd made in S06 if I remember correctly). This request was not taken into account and caused me some reception issues... Too bad. Regarding the delivered tarp, there was no instruction for the fixings. Too bad as well.
Fast delivery 5 days including weekend Easy to assemble trampoline quality materials My daughter loves it.
Hello, I was very satisfied with the phone reception, the professionalism of the team, and the quality of the product. We have great times on this trampoline which seems very sturdy, the dimensions allow 3 people (-100kgs in total of course!) to have fun safely. Thank you to the whole team!
In the spare parts, especially for the tubes (net attachment), it would be better to offer the tube size rather than the diameter. I mistakenly ordered the wrong tubes but France Trampoline resent me the correct tubes for free. Great company, yes, I will continue to source spare parts or others from them...
The site is fun. For now, I am waiting for my trampoline... which is in the process of being made. I was informed of the delay of my order. Thank you
The ordering and delivery process worked perfectly. The trampoline, assembled but not yet used, seems to match the description. The documentation could be more precise: test it by having someone who has never done it and is 'not handy' assemble the trampoline and note the questions and hesitations. Then, especially, the small supplies like screws, nuts, etc. are provided without any surplus, the strictly necessary quantity, even insufficient. We were missing a small elastic string (Missing in the package? Lost by us?). Perhaps understandable for a low-end product, but an irritating and ridiculous stinginess for a trampoline sold for 700 euros.
It's very good
I have not yet been delivered but for now I am happy with the site, the procedure to follow everything is great for now. To be continued.
I don't rate very good because the trampoline skirt was defective but the quality of the service and products (except the skirt) is up to par.
Lightning reception, three days after my order. The packages were on a pallet and everything was in good condition. The + my order was made online and was available but in reality a month delay (too many orders during the weekend). The commercial service informed me of the delay and offered to deliver a larger one for the same price. I find this proposal very commercial. Otherwise, the trampoline is solid and the design seems serious. The children are delighted with the purchase. I sincerely thank quality companies and trust them. Keep it up. Best regards I. from Seine et Marne
ultra fast and correct service
Thank you, it's perfect there is nothing to change. F.O
Very good product, good service
Very good transaction: advice, speed, seriousness. I haven't had the chance to test the trampoline yet, I'm waiting for the snow to melt!
not much to complain about, order received on time, help with assembly by phone, very satisfactory result for the children. unfortunately, we do not need other trampolines, so no further needs on this site
Excellent service. The model I wanted was out of stock, so I was able to get the next model for the same price.
After the storm of December 2011, my trampoline was 'folded' and thus damaged... but thanks to the after-sales service I quickly received the defective parts to repair my trampoline. Plus, I didn't pay for shipping. Thank you for their professionalism.
I have nothing to blame France trampoline for, the only complaint I could have had would have been for the carrier who forgot me for the re-delivery, but since the error is human, and ultimately the delivery took place, everything is perfect. It is certain that if I need I will return to this site.
Nothing in particular
Order service n/a. Support also, but with just a small improvement (like a plan or Google Earth) provided to the customer who comes to pick up an item themselves at the Gradignan depot. There is nothing at the moment and it's not easy to find when you don't know. It's not a big deal to include on a site.
the assembly documentation could be improved but the quality of the material is very good
excellent ordering system, delivery tracking n/a, top product
I had some issues placing my order regarding the addresses (the billing address was not the same as the delivery address...) but I called and spoke to lovely people

Very satisfied so far ... I hope it will withstand well over time and under the weather ...
speed of service, quality of product, nothing to complain about.
A proposal for assembling the trampoline would be interesting, the zipper of the net does not slide very well.
I am satisfied with the order I placed with France Trampoline. My little girls were delighted and that is the main thing. I will certainly call on you for another order. But not in the immediate future.
Excellent service
For a first order, nothing to say.
We ordered twice and were very satisfied with the service.
Order delivered on time even during the busy end-of-year period. Easy and not too long assembly. The children spend their afternoons outside!
Perfect commercial service, very fast delivery, very efficient and understanding phone contact. Thank you!!
Quality service
We were delivered quickly. Good service. Recommended.
The only remark concerns the carrier who did not contact us before delivery, fortunately we were present but unfortunately the children were too and therefore received their gift before Christmas!!!!
More tracking on transport (delivery without notifying us and obviously there was no one there)
Absolutely perfect. A responsive and friendly customer service. Commitments kept. An impeccable delivery. And a product that seems to fully meet our expectations. Oh, if all merchants were like France Trampoline! (no joke!)
Ease of placing orders, very fast delivery services
