Delivery on time. No problem contacting my interlocutors and always useful information. Good condition of the packages.
The direct services of France Trampoline have been perfect so far. However, it is rather the delivery side that left me perplexed: I was delivered early Monday morning without having previously arranged an appointment... I suppose that if I hadn't been there, the carrier would have surely charged for the travel costs for the next appointment....
The carrier who came to deliver the trampoline was very rushed and unfriendly. So it was difficult to take the time to check the goods.
good listening
Trampoline ordered on a Sunday and delivered on a Wednesday. No missing parts. I am completely satisfied.
Nothing to report
I got a bit panicked when after paying on the site, I received a message saying that there were none in stock! But fortunately, I got an email the next day to confirm a quick restocking. Kudos also for the little phone call after delivery. Good material, seems robust!
I chose a particular trampoline thanks to a friend who already had the same one and after trying it. I would have had more difficulty without that, because the choice is vast and it is difficult to make a choice when you have never tried a product, especially in terms of diameter for the trampoline. You don't know the possibilities of figures and games depending on the product. I would say more films showing all age groups in action and the different techniques to appreciate the trampoline whether you are a child or in your 3rd age. Finally, a person on the phone if necessary. Thank you
very happy with the handling of my order and the responses to my requests

Good process with a downside regarding the delivery time (I waited 5h30) in the morning at the truck's departure the carrier could call reducing the time window considering that the route is established
I was satisfied with the product I ordered, as someone contacted me after my internet order to verify my order, which helped avoid mistakes, thank you
easy order fast delivery product easy to assemble children (and parents) delighted
No delivery problems, but we were notified on the same day, which would have been a bit short if we hadn't had the chance to have someone present that day.
Very satisfied with the trampoline, the advice on the site helped us choose the size: 3.66m for our 2 boys (5 and 8 years old) it's already a nice size. They were able to enjoy this Christmas gift from day one as the assembly is quick. The delivery was also fast. Regarding payment, there is just a lack of an installment plan for payment in 3 times. This trampoline seems to be of very good quality and I hope it will be because despite the winter period, our 2 children can't help but do a few jumps at the slightest ray of sunshine. The trampo-foot offered pleases them a lot. A good outlet for energetic children! And in the meantime, they are not in front of the TV!
very good quality material, super fast delivery. The only problem is that the package arrived open. I think there was some tampering, but nothing was missing.
I can only thank you and congratulate you for your material and delivery service. I placed my order with a very short delivery time; Despite a stock shortage of nets, everything was done to satisfy me. I received the trampoline on time and my grandchildren were delighted with the surprise.
accessories for the trampoline
That there is no protective cover in the packaging. Otherwise perfect no delivery or assembly issues.. Happy children and adults
very happy with the order, fast and especially with the product, I recommend it.
maybe improve the after-sales service on spare parts I had a problem finding parts, I sent you a message and you solved my problem. Maybe I could have solved it myself without bothering you. My children made the same purchase and are very happy, thank you again and happy new year
Fruitful exchange of information Good delivery time
I have only compliments to make about France trampoline. The most appreciable is having a phone contact in case of need. The trampoline is perfect and the children are delighted.
We were satisfied with our order which arrived on time. For now, the trampoline is a huge success with the little ones and I have to stay vigilant to prevent the parents from taking a turn, as the weight is limited to 80 kg. The assembly did not pose any real difficulties, although I was not the one who did it.
very good site quality product nothing to say top
no particular issues very good service.
Good and fast communication for the delivery of the order.
THE STOCKS ON THE SITE SHOULD BE UPDATED.

Not much to add, a follow-up phone service, product quality, in short, we are satisfied.
the trampoline cover you offer is much better than **** (which did not withstand the tramontane for long).
Nothing needs to be changed everything is perfect
The responsiveness on the order is perfect. The delivered item is impeccable. The instructions are impeccable, except for the ladder, where we encountered assembly problems. One small point to improve: the tracking of the package during shipping (left on the 23rd could only be delivered on the 28/12). It is true that there were Christmas holidays, which extended the deadlines. But one piece of advice: avoid Joyaux transport. Best regards, D. CARMAUX
Ergonomics and ease of use of the site and product visualization Product perfectly conforms to the order Speed of processing the order and delivery of the product In summary, perfectly satisfactory
Excellent.
Just specify that you need to call to get 5% off via Facebook as we are looking on the site. Maybe also specify that it is possible to come pick it up. I am very satisfied and would recommend without hesitation.
Very good sites with excellent products! Easy ordering as well as easy payment. Great information over the phone. Fast delivery!! I have already recommended your products to others looking for a trampoline.
Delivery of the higher model than the one ordered at no extra charge, delivery in 2 days during the Christmas week. True professionals, thank you again
Nothing to report.
Speed of delivery and no problems encountered

Fast service, ultra-fast delivery. Bravo
- I recommend your services, but no new trampoline purchase in the immediate future...
Everything is perfect, don't change anything
Thank you for your seriousness, excellent quality product, we are totally satisfied, we recommend your product
Very good quality material for the greatest pleasure of the children in maximum safety.
The unavailability of the ordered product was only communicated to me once my order was validated.
