I find that the telephone service is very good; the staff is competent.
Fast, efficient, package very well packed and complete, the only small downside, as usual the carrier gives you an appointment in the morning and finally only arrives in the afternoon and it takes up your whole day.......
The order is easy, the delivery is fast, the material is complete and of quality, the assembly instructions are simple. Now we just have to test the material over time but the first uses make everyone happy!
Very good quality of the product. The contact is very friendly, and the service is great (trampoline ordered at the last minute and arrived on time for a birthday). Thank you again!
Impeccable site and very friendly contact. Nothing to say, will see later for after-sales service.
Fast delivery and careful packaging, product in line with my expectations
I am completely satisfied. There just needs to be better communication between our delivery times and the delivery person. I indicated on my order form that I wanted to be delivered one afternoon and the delivery person came in the morning.
An order on a Wednesday, the 360+ booster net + ladder not available, replaced for free (after a phone request) by the 390. Delivery on Friday! A missing spring (a simple phone call with a very pleasant reception and the spring arrived the next day by carrier) Very good product, very good packaging, very fast and professional delivery... In short, FRANCE TRAMPOLINE is a company I recommend to all my friends and to all readers of this review... after an easy assembly, the children are delighted and the parents as well... BRAVO!
Very important; advise purchasing the skirt when you have young children as they could get seriously hurt (hits on the head) by going under the trampoline. Make a bundle PACK Trampoline+Net+Ladder+TrampoFoot+Pocket Skirt.
Very good quality trampoline, easy to assemble, and very fast delivery as well as good communication with the company's representatives.
Fast delivery
Very good customer service, attentive. However, it's not easy to use the 5% offer********, you have to call to get a code before placing the order...
I am fully satisfied. The only small problem is the unavailability of the net for 1 month
Nothing to say! Except that the delivery time was a bit long!
Received in 48 hours, I haven't assembled it yet.
I have complete confidence in the safety of your trampolines, they are of very good quality. I chose your site also to be able to order additional accessories.
Nothing to say, impeccable service, thank you.
It would have been nice to be informed of the delivery day.
Very satisfied with the trampoline, the delivery; everything is perfect! Thank you;
Nothing to say, the person answered my questions, explained correctly and advised me well.
Fast and very helpful. Quality is there.
The trampoline was recommended to us. Quick order and receipt! Quick installation!
I have nothing to add, the service was excellent.
Fast delivery and well-packaged parcel, easy assembly
The telephone information as well as the order (jumping mat) and the delivery time were very satisfactory and met our expectations. I recommend this site to everyone.
Good product and easy to assemble.
Very efficient sales, thanks to Mr. Moreau for his quality of service, trampoline received quickly and of very good quality, see you soon.
The order was very easy to make. The delivery was very fast. I recommend your product. The little children are delighted.
Nothing to report
Easy order, very fast delivery
Fast delivery, clear assembly instructions
Larger notice (sketch)
Timely contact, timely delivery, and good quality of the material.
Your logistics subcontractor (CA) did not respect the deadlines, and above all, is not in contact with the customer. We had to call and follow up 5 times without ever getting a response, whereas once we contacted France Trampoline directly, it was perfect. The call center staff is very friendly, professional, and above all competent!
On Wednesday, I received an email from France Trampoline "the material is on its way, a carrier will contact you within 72 hours"... I waited a week and called the carrier to be reassured. Indeed, my delivery was well on its way, it arrived on Thursday morning, which is one week and 1 day after the email from France Trampoline. This is not exactly 72 hours, but it remains a very reasonable delay. Complete package, very well packaged. The assembly of the trampoline was perfect, just follow the instructions in the booklets which are quite simple to understand... even for a Sunday DIYer like me! I also wanted to thank the sales service for their listening and advice. THANK YOU.
Very good product, which I would recommend. Very responsive customer support after a request I made.
No issues with the order, we received the trampoline booster 360 within 3 days of the order. Otherwise, very satisfied with the merchandise, the trampoline is really of very good quality, and the assembly was quite quick, I thought it would take much longer. We were able to test it as a family, the big ones had as much fun as the little ones.
There is nothing to say. everything went as well as possible. We are satisfied with the order and delivery.
Good advice; if needed for maintenance our trampoline will call on your services without hesitation thank you.
Very good quality product; good service management (transport / shipping)
everything is ok
Delivery in 48 working hours. The box was a bit damaged upon arrival, but all the parts were present. Easy assembly even if requiring some muscle strength. Good quality product and serious company.
Nothing particular regarding the ordering and delivery process. Everything was impeccable. The assembly instructions seem a bit cheap and are not very clear even if the assembly remains very simple. The instructions for the anchoring kit are in English, which is not a problem either but shows that France trampoline did not bother to make a minimum translation.
Easy order, fast delivery and quality product easy to assemble. Very good follow-up from customer service after an issue with the carrier who did not bother to make an appointment.
5 stars for the quality of service since my first purchase 3 years ago Some elements are missing from the list of spare parts, for example, cover for the trampoline net poles
very good product quality, delivery speed, very good site keep it up!!!
site sufficiently explicit to find the sought-after parts and very fast delivery.
ras
nothing perfect
fast delivery. a very good trampoline for the kids, easy to install (even for an adult alone!). It's even easier and faster with 2 adults. The safety net is well designed and seems essential for the younger ones who quickly find dangerous positions without it!
