delivered on time. Hours of play and laughter for the whole family to recommend
the delivery was indicated within 15 days and finally took place 30 days after the order so it's a shame for the customer because it's often for a gift so we end up with nothing. Otherwise, there is a very good telephone service, people respond quickly and are very pleasant.
Easy order and delivery without problems, quick assembly of the trampoline well explained. In short, France trampoline is a serious company that I highly recommend.
very good service I am just sorry that the shipping costs for Corsica are so high
be careful with delays due to stock shortages
Very good quality product.
The choice is very wide.
Fast delivery, trampoline easy to assemble (about 2 hours for two), for the net, plan for about the same time. The kids are thrilled! We've had it for only two days, so I can't say anything about the product's durability, but the trampoline seems to be of good quality. The green mat blends well into the garden.
Easy order, precise information and fast delivery...!
Don't change anything! Perfect.
easy to assemble trampoline and of very good quality, with fast delivery
Perfect service in speed and quality.
I am very satisfied with my purchase on this site, the photo of the trampoline corresponds well to the product I received. And among all the models I saw, this one is by far the best!! Moreover, the customer service is very competent, the best!!
Standard product compliant and of quality. Fast delivery service! Very good service.
super delivery speed
I bought the trampoline with a safety net and a protective cover, and it seems to me according to the explanations that I have to put this cover before the poles supporting the protective net which seems almost impossible for a woman to do. !!!!
N/A
Nothing since the order taking is relayed by a phone call and this reinforces the seriousness of the company
The site is very clear I found my happiness in a few clicks. I ordered a safety net from you and I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of execution of my order. And last point, I am very happy with the quality of your material, I find it much more secure than the original net.
nothing to say
No issues regarding the order. Questions regarding usage find answers and a quick phone call finalized the choice. The assembly went smoothly except for the adaptation of the green sleeves on the posts which is less obvious. The overall design seems very good. The quality too.
nothing to say !!!!!!!! click buy and boom it arrives at your home in no time !!!!! carrier on time and very pleasant !! just 3 hours of assembly but it was worth it !! nothing to say!!
very fast delivery, quality product, perfect
clarity to improve
perfect fast delivery excellent quality well explained for assembly only downside, the fixing kit that I find light
I have no comments to make since I am completely satisfied with your services. I hope, however, that the fabric of my trampoline will remain effective for a long time so that I do not have to renew this purchase in the near future. No doubt that in case of serious deterioration, I would order again on your site. Best regards T Stouvenel
Package arrived in 24h!!! great product!! the kids love it! only downside; the delivery person did not contact before delivery and no possibility to check the integrity of the packages before he left.
Very good reception on the phone, followed by an order, and a very fast delivery: very satisfied with the services.
The deadlines are respected. The assembly instructions are clear. The assembly, although a bit long and cannot be done alone, remains easy. The material is of the quality described. It is certain, within the limits of my needs, that I will not hesitate to use the services of France trampoline again.
Clear ordering process. Fast delivery. The quality of manufacturing and finishing of the Booster 430 seems very good. To be verified in the coming years for longevity. Integrates perfectly into the garden. Satisfied with our purchase (the children are happy).
The quality of the trampoline is very good, I do not regret my purchase. Trampoline to recommend.
VERY GOOD MATERIAL. However, the instruction manual could be improved.
Delivery in Moselle by the Alloin transporter leaves something to be desired. I had to go myself to the depot to pick up the package because this company kept it in stock for 3 days, without contacting us or informing us of its availability, while we wanted to have this delivery before Easter Sunday. Otherwise, ordered via the website on Friday at 10:00 PM, departure from the France Trampoline stock on Monday morning at 10:00 AM. Congratulations!
I am very happy with the efficiency and speed of processing my order. I am just disappointed that the delivery was so long (ordered on Tuesday received the following Wednesday) even though there was the Easter weekend in that week. On the other hand, the trampoline is quite simple to assemble and I am not disappointed with its quality.
Trampoline delivered on time for a surprise gift, despite a late order. We are delighted with our purchase. The assembly is relatively simple, and once assembled, one can see the sturdiness of the structure.
great, delivery made the day after my order, thanks again
improve the ability to choose a 24-hour shipping option
so far everything is perfect. I haven't unpacked my order because it's for a gift so I'll see if I have any issues at that time
Fast shipping. Quality product. Personalized delivery. Perfect.

very good material, fast delivery
I am missing the ladder and the protective cover. I didn't pay attention when I placed my order. Under what conditions can I order these items? Thank you in advance! Best regards
Don't change anything, personally, I am very satisfied with your customer service and delivery service, the contacts with both services went very well and smoothly. For the assembly, the instructions are very clear, I completed the assembly in 3 hours and only needed help for the installation of the jumping net. (for a 3.90m)
Very good secured product, simple and effective assembly. Our 6-year-old granddaughter (her birthday gift) doesn't want to get out anymore...
Very good quality trampoline, delivered on time, easy to assemble... Pure joy for the little ones (3 and 8 years old) and the big ones!
Just a remark regarding the carrier from the Rhône-Alpes region. The online commercial service is completely unresponsive and unpleasant to our remarks regarding the time and date of delivery. We work too, but a minimum of understanding regarding our time constraints would be greatly appreciated and, if possible.... a minimum of courtesy. Sir and Madam
All useful information on the first pages!

Everything impeccable... Except for the carrier who arrived at 3 PM when I had specified not to be home after 3 PM! Regarding the order, everything went well, fast delivery,... the assembly was quite doable.... and the kids are having a blast!!!! They get up half an hour early to jump on the trampoline before school... We had already tried several at friends' houses and without hesitation we chose YOUR BRAND! Thank you for everything
