It would be good to be able to set a time slot for the delivery date: our purchase was intended for our second home and we were not allowed to have it delivered during the school holidays. Fortunately, we were able to arrange with our neighbor.
A very efficient service and a good quality product. My family and I are very happy.
ordered on Monday afternoon, received on Wednesday, very very fast!!!!
Order placed on Monday at 10 PM received on Wednesday at 2 PM!!!! Everything is perfect, super quality, nothing to compare with what you find elsewhere... Clear instructions, quick assembly in 2 hours with two people (trampoline 4m60 + net)... My 3 children are delighted, (the older ones too!!!) they spend all their time in it, they never get tired of it, it's great.... I really recommend these trampolines which are truly of superior quality, it was important for the safety of my children...
Very good service, nothing to add
nothing to report

Nothing to say
Very good site to recommend: very clear, efficient transaction with ultra-fast delivery and finally very good quality products. Seller to recommend for their seriousness. If needed, I will undoubtedly turn to this supplier (hence the following answer 'maybe'). Best regards
fast delivery after an online order. Telephone reception for more information is very good. Good trustworthy service.
ultra-fast delivery of goods in stock and product tracking.
SMALL ISSUE REGARDING DELIVERY FOLLOWING YOUR INFO NOT RESPECTED BY THE CARRIER "ALLUION" I HAD TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY JUST 1/2 HOUR BEFORE THE ACTUAL DELIVERY TO KNOW THE DAY AND TIME OF DELIVERY. OTHERWISE NOTHING TO REPORT. COMPLETE DELIVERY. RELATIVELY EASY ASSEMBLY "2H" FOR 2 GOOD DIYERS. AND ABOVE ALL THE JOY AND HAPPINESS OF MY 5 GRANDCHILDREN DISCOVERING THE TRAMPOLINE AS AN EASTER GIFT. JOY, LAUGHTER, AND PLENTY OF GOOD HUMOR. THANK YOU FOR THIS SERIOUS PRODUCT, SUPERB PRESENTATION. WELL DONE
No immediate order the product ordered corresponds perfectly to us.
Product delivered quickly, meets expectations. The kids are super happy, the parents too!
Satisfied. Trampoline delivered before Easter. Well packaged and sturdy material for the big ones. Thank you and see you soon on your site for a possible other order
I did not give the maximum, because it is (in my opinion) very unfortunate that the gift offered with the order is not part of the initial delivery. So a small downside at that level!!! Otherwise, everything else was impeccable, but as I said previously, I hope that the delivery of the offered accessory (in this case the "trampo foot") will not take too long; because it is a birthday gift, and it would be more than unfortunate if the entire package did not arrive on the day.
Quality phone reception, appreciated non-premium number. Fast and careful delivery
Good trampoline, the kids are delighted and the adults too! The 4.30 m is a good size. The manual is not very clear especially for setting up the net: the "ring" in fiberglass rod is not included and I couldn't get it to be... We hesitated to take the protective cover: luckily we didn't do it because it would have been very difficult to set it up with the net and I don't think I read this warning anywhere.
Impeccable quality
Some issues with delivery: longer delay than expected but effective reaction from the Logistics Center. High price.
Very fast delivery, no surprises the package meets our expectations. Nothing to improve
Everything was perfect; delivery ok; good quality product
Everything was perfect: order, delivery, ease of installation of the trampoline.
Fast delivery time and good quality material
Robust trampoline, correct instructions and relatively simple assembly.
Professional phone reception, however insisted with the carrier for delivery times as we had to pick up the trampoline on site to have it for Easter. After first use, the trampoline seems solid and was quick to assemble.
Quick order taking, excellent communication, very fast delivery (within 4 days), good product quality, easy assembly and well explained in the instructions, advertising assured in our circle... Now we just have to bounce!!! In short, FRANCE TRAMPOLINE is an excellent company. Thank you. A&G
we were well served thank you
excellent delivery time. very clear assembly instructions except difficult to properly assemble the ladder, difficult to understand diagram. Trampoline apparently of very good quality for the moment it makes the children happy
Serious and fast service
Excellent product. Fast delivery.
Clear and precise description, order conforms to the product presented, perfect packaging of the material, fast delivery. Excellent quality trampoline material, explanatory assembly sheet (arm yourself with a little patience...). Very good quality/price ratio! Recommended for parents for the purchase of a reliable and safe trampoline for our children of all ages.
no comment everything is fine
Extra fast and complete delivery. Too bad the weather doesn't allow us to assemble it and try it with the trampo foot offered in this pack. The delivery person was very nice!!!! Thank you all.
very good
The delivery was very fast, the phone relationship is very good. Regarding the trampoline, it seems to be of very good quality, the assembly is well explained and quite easy. Keep in mind the usage. Very happy with the order on your site.
The manual could be a bit clearer with drawings or images.. Once the trampoline is assembled there are no more problems!
A quality trampoline to test over the long term and especially a customer service that listens and is very responsive.
RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY QUICK AND GOOD ADVICE. DELIVERY OF TRAMPOLINE SPARE PARTS VERY FAST. PERFECT IF NEEDED I WOULD RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITATION.
Very good reception and advice. Does not push for overconsumption but advises the product best suited to the need and use. Fast and free delivery by national carrier.
Serious site, do not hesitate.
nothing to report
I have no improvements to suggest as I am satisfied with your service. Telephone reception for information and speed of processing and delivery.
Item as described, very fast delivery time.
Super delivery.
Customer service and delivery excellent.
Thank you for contacting me to check if I had received the right dimensions.. it avoids problems.. As for the delivery, they did not inform me of their visit, so I was absent. I then called for a second visit on Wednesday, and they came on Tuesday morning.. lucky that my son was at home... In any case, the mat is doing very well... by the way, is there a warranty on it and for how long... Thank you, Sylvie
Everything is very good, future use: a goal net if you make one for the 3.66 trampolines.
I just wait for the trampo foot :) the kids are delighted. The quality is there, it's professional.
