Solid material and easy to assemble
Correct delivery and within the deadlines, but shipping costs are expensive!!!!
Clear and quick assembly, very good quality and sturdiness
Personally, I am satisfied with my order. This is true whether during the order taking or the receipt of my items.
Nothing to say!!! A very well explained manual and of super quality.
Completely satisfied with the service from France Trampoline, advice, speed.
Just wanted to say a big thank you for the kindness and advice received from your online customer service. Hats off!!!
The packaging of the protective mat is torn and luckily the elastics to secure the mat were on the other side
The order was delivered very quickly and was perfectly in line with our wishes. Thank you!
I ordered a protective cushion and a jumping mat. Very fast delivery, no problems, quality nothing to say.
French factory just like the big brands with well-offshored manufacturing
EXCELLENT QUALITY OF TELEPHONE RECEPTION AND ORDER MANAGEMENT. AREA FOR IMPROVEMENT / ADAPT THE INTERNET SOFTWARE TO ORDERS DELIVERED TO BORDEAUX WITHOUT SHIPPING COSTS
Fast delivery. Matches the description. Easy installation. Recommended purchase. Only the price could perhaps be lower (considering the price of a new trampoline).
Very good site, very fast delivery and perfect material.
Impeccable service, very fast and professional. Very good customer follow-up... in short, all very good. Highly recommend Ludovic D.
Don't change anything... Good welcome... Good listening.
Very serious.
Fast shipping in very good condition. Easy assembly and robust trampoline ideal for our children.
Excellent quality, it takes a bit of time to assemble... The service is perfect: order, tracking, delivery, nothing to complain about!
Everything was perfect: the order taking; the delivery, the respect of deadlines; the quality of the product. I was pleasantly surprised by the replacement of the 3.60 with a 4.30 (due to the stock shortage on the 3.60)! Thank you.
Hello, the ordering process, for me, there is nothing to say. For the delivery either because I was delivered two days earlier than expected!!!!!! I think that yes, now that I know France trampoline, I will use your service. Best regards, B.
Hello, I am sorry, we have not yet been able to put the protective net, I will keep you informed otherwise very quickly received in person, thank you.
Very good service, deadlines are respected and customer service is available.
Good service and good product, simple and well-explained assembly, very reasonable deadlines.
Good quality accessories, fast delivery, but the packaging could be improved.
During a two-part delivery (due to stock shortage), better tracking of the second batch would be appreciated (updating 'track the order step by step').
I have not yet received my order but customer service has called me several times to inform me of the status of my order and when I will receive it. I find this very professional! I am waiting to see the follow-up!
Okay for the order on the site. A part was missing and that's the only downside. But the delivery is very fast.
Advice by phone was very clear. Delay between order and delivery of 3 days. Very friendly and helpful delivery person. Material conforms and very easy to assemble. In short, all good!!! If needed, I wouldn't hesitate to call this site again.
Very educational site for choosing your item after having well defined, thanks to the provided help, your own specifications. The only downside is that only after payment do you learn that there is a stock shortage, and that the delay exceeds 15 days. This is well compensated after a phone call, where it is immediately proposed to refund if the delay is too long (in this case, a birthday gift, on a precise date!). The purchase is therefore maintained, and the delay is in progress.
Very good product. The assembly instructions could be a bit more explicit.
Fast delivery, availability of products,
We are still waiting for the trampoline ladder but have been informed of this supply issue. So nothing to say, we are satisfied.
Nothing to complain about France Trampoline. The only remark is that the installation instructions could be improved.
Hello, I just bought a Booster 390 trampoline: bought on Friday and delivered on Wednesday without any problems, good advice on the phone, as soon as assembled we realize the quality of the product, the children loved the soccer goals, thanks to France trampoline
Very good quality product, conforms to the order. Ultra-fast shipping after phone confirmation of the jump mat measurements at the initiative of France trampoline. Delivery person's visit not confirmed in advance!
Very good ordering process. Impeccable delivery by direct appointment at the initiative of the carrier. Postponed twice at my request without any problems.
Transport cost very high just for the TrampoFoot. Maybe you could send it by La Poste
quality material - very professional and fast.@++++
better tracking of deliveries
Delivery without problems Good quality product And especially very easy to assemble (2h) Highly recommend!!
good value for money and fast delivery by appointment: perfect
Small problem that was resolved regarding the carrier. Being a private individual, I do not have any future purchase plans (except for possible needs for spare parts to replace).
I found what I was looking for in a few clicks, at a fair price and delivered within the announced deadlines.
pleasant and professional telephone reception delivery times respected thank you France trampoline
super welcome. nothing to say.
very very fast delivery (surprising) very good quality product, and very clear assembly instructions!! really nothing to say everything is perfect!! Very Professional!
Very good product, well secured, fairly easy to assemble. Very good information for safety rules.
Even though I have not yet received the trampoline for our holiday home, I am very happy with the personalized customer service received by phone. Bravo! It is very refreshing not to be an anonymous internet customer. The only thing I would suggest regarding your website would be to include more photos with small and large children on the trampolines with the diameters of the trampolines clearly written so that one can judge from a distance the size to choose; even if it is difficult, try to take photos in 'normal' gardens, i.e. not in parks in the countryside because once again, it is not easy to realize the size of the trampoline. Thank you.
Good quality material of which I am very satisfied. I take away one star because I could not discuss with the delivery person who passed by once without warning me, and only called me later.
