The user documentation provided with the trampolines is ... brief to the point of being difficult to use. Not clear, diagrams almost unreadable. Significant improvements are possible in this area.
Nothing to report.
reasonable price, solid material, fast and perfect delivery...
Professionalism in order tracking. I will recommend this supplier.
I was very happy with my order. Quick contact for information, very fast delivery time and easy payment method. The assembly must be done by strong arms, but that's normal for a trampoline of this type. Thank you.
I got the answer to the question I couldn't solve on the internet (replacement of the trampofoot with the fixing kit) by phone. Perfect explanation, total satisfaction. It is certain that I will not buy another trampoline in the near future, one is enough in my garden but I will recommend this serious and competitive site to my friends.
Nothing. Excellent service
The whole is simple and precise. I had no difficulty placing my order for a trampoline. Fast delivery and deadlines respected.
perfect on the order and delivery, nothing to say, quick phone contact for credit card issue.
In the item description (or at the time of ordering), display the actual availability of the item.
We appreciated being called back to verify the order as well as the speed of delivery. Thank you.
very good product the children are crazy about it. Nothing to do with those from large retailers.
Following the order, a notice of unavailability was sent to me. In the end, an additional week of delay was necessary, which is acceptable. Customer service available and friendly.
Very good communication, timely delivery, I recommend ++
Quality trampoline, very easy to assemble. Very satisfactory delivery times. Happiness for the children!!
Perfect service, very pleasant & efficient telephone contacts. Only compliments.
my children are very happy the only thing my daughter told me is that there is no ladder to get on the trampoline
great satisfaction from A to Z (internet, serious and direct response by phone, your concern for the proper processing of the order is noticeable: you are serious!!! The delivered material was without problem Everything went well but the assembly of the trampoline was a bit long (instructions could perhaps be improved)
Durable purchase, very robust material, quick delivery time, careful shipping.
Hello, I ordered a Booster 390 trampoline + options. The choice was not easy; friends who own trampoline ********* were happy with theirs. Your site is well done, but I think it should emphasize what makes a good trampoline, in order to justify the price difference. Everything went very well in terms of ordering and receiving. I called France Trampoline to find out if I could benefit from a 5% discount if I made a comment about the company. I was very well received, but you must go through ***** which I do not want. There should be another way to leave a comment. So too bad for the 5% on the 773? paid. Best regards Lise G
Nothing to report. Very reasonable delivery time. Assembly instructions are very clear.
Hello, The trampoline is in operation. The assembly was complicated by slightly crushed tube problems, and welding drips in the fittings. Had to grind the welds and straighten the tube fittings. For the rest no problem. Best regards Laurent **************
Impeccable service.
Hello, as I have already written on your site, you have been very professional, quick and pleasant, the children are very happy with the trampoline brought by Father Christmas!!! the adults are satisfied with the quality and assembly! Happy New Year to the whole team and well done again!
We successively ordered a border mat and a net to "update" our old trampoline: good quality material, delivered quickly and in good condition. Nothing to report.
No particular comments. France trampoline is very serious and respects all commitments.
delivery and order without problems!
the order was completed within the expected timeframe everything went well
Perfect set: nothing to complain about except for a more explicit, more detailed manual.
Very satisfied so far. I have contacted you twice. Maybe in a few years I will order another one from you. Best regards Mrs. J*
I was very satisfied with the information I found on your site, my order went smoothly, the payment conditions suited me well and the delivery went very well. For now I do not intend to use your services.
Very good customer service
cover for the trampoline of the right size but still catches the wind, even though the trampoline is of the same brand and recommended for this model, too bad given the price.
improvement I don't know but speed in delivery, phone contacts combining efficiency and kindness and product in every way compliant, that's what I found for my first order
Gather the elements: trampoline, safety net, trampoline protection, and ladder. Have it all.
The service was perfect. The children had an excellent holiday. I will stay attentive to your product offers.
Hello, The order tracking could be improved by better informing the customer in case of stock shortages regarding the restocking time.
It was perfect, ordered on Saturday for delivery on Tuesday. Very professional in respecting the customer even when the chosen product is out of stock, you find a solution. Thank you
The delivered product is of very good quality and the customer service is very professional.
Everything was perfect from the order (thanks to the perfectly designed site) to the delivery (friendly help from the delivery person to move it). If necessary in the future, we will certainly use the services of France-Trampoline.com, an internet address to recommend...
hello, I give a good rating because the trampoline is still not assembled... I will tell you more in the spring... when I have installed it and the children have tested it..
I am completely satisfied with the service
An accessory for the trampoline was not delivered to me. A phone call and a new accessory was sent to me. A part of the trampoline was defective. It was immediately replaced. Bravo!
great
Nothing! For me, everything was perfect. Thank you again for your welcome and your advice.
I think it would be useful to clearly and explicitly specify the orientation of the bars surrounding the trampoline so that the spring attachment holes are on the right side... this would avoid assembling the trampoline twice... ;-) The diagram clearly shows the holes in the right place, but figure 1 of the assembly manual is relatively small, making the error easy. Moreover, the instructions specify that the parts have no right/left orientation. Otherwise, to avoid any assembly errors, the parts to which the springs are attached could be drilled on both sides and thus be symmetrical. Otherwise, the children are delighted and Dad had the chance to do his Sunday DIY. ;-) The material seems to be of very good quality and very robust. Many hours of fun ahead.
You were perfect! The children are delighted
Super trampoline, Santa Claus was generous, everyone is very happy
nothing to say as everything went as planned
Fast and efficient delivery. The trampoline was quickly assembled with very clear instructions. Now, it's nothing but happiness for the little ones but also for the big ones!
