Fast delivery. Very good quality material.
Order delivered quickly. Good quality. Easy to assemble. Too bad the delivery service leaves something to be desired (does not keep their commitments, unpleasant delivery person at first but quickly improved).
Fast service: 5 days between order and delivery. Only 1 package out of 8 is slightly damaged, I hope that during the assembly of the trampoline, we won't have any unpleasant surprises. Apart from this reservation about the assembly, excellent service.
From ordering to delivery, and the follow-up of the assembly.... what more can I say than the service is of high quality. For the trampoline, the materials are of quality, they have nothing to do with what I have seen in large stores. I am satisfied to have trusted you. Congratulations and thank you.
Jump'Up 300 Trampoline Pack - Quick reception, material in accordance with the delivery note. To date, the trampoline has not yet been assembled.
Very fast delivery and order in line with my expectations.
Very good information by phone, in response to my expectations!!!! Quality material, I recommend without hesitation!!! For me, it's the booster in 490. For the kids and myself, it's a blast!!
Fast and timely delivery.
Very reasonable delivery times. Easy to assemble material, I think a good quality-price ratio.
COMPLIANT MATERIAL, FAST DELIVERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL FOLLOW-UP INFO. THANK YOU.
very good product delivered on time and very good telephone reception too. Prices are high but the items are of better quality so we find ourselves changing them less often.
good product
Easy order, fast delivery, easy assembly, impeccable quality, nothing to complain about!
Very serious. Delivered quickly. Quality product.
Very good delivery service
Good telephone reception, respect for delivery deadlines. The material is expensive but it is of quality!
good service from France trampoline, but average delivery from the carrier.
Quality product
10/10
good service without problems
Very solid product, well-made and compliant. Good quality of service, quick departure and delivery of the order.
we are very satisfied with the service provided, the people are very nice and attentive to our needs. The product at first glance is fine. We have not yet had the opportunity to assemble it due to bad weather.
Fast delivery, easy assembly, good quality of the product
Fast delivery. Efficient team.
Quick response from the factory. Order received within 72 hours. Delivery by respectful and helpful carrier.
VERY HAPPY WITH THE TRAMPOLINE, CLEAR AND PRECISE ASSEMBLY EXPLANATION, CHILDREN DELIGHTED AND PARENTS TOO
Good material, efficient delivery, net difficult to assemble
speed, competence, kindness, all 5 stars
super fast delivery, good quality, I am very happy
very good robust material
satisfactory
Very fast delivery. Very efficient
quick response, very fast product shipment too, the best!
Fast delivery but it would be good if the delivery person made an appointment.
Fast delivery, well explained assembly, simple even for one person, robust material for use and weather conditions.
Solid material aspect, easy to assemble, my son is delighted.
Very good quality, it would be necessary to add stakes for anchoring to the ground. If you sell or offer them (given the price of the trampoline), please contact me.
Quality product, fast delivery, easy phone contact
I am very happy with your services, very fast delivery, ease of payment, etc... I have rarely been as happy with a website... You are very reliable and offer quality in all areas... Thank you very much for what you do for your customers and for the attention and care you put into the order, shipping, and delivery...
Very good quality material and perfect, fast, and efficient customer service
Fast delivery, quality material.
efficient customer service to obtain information about the product before purchase, good product, matching the request, delivery within the deadlines, with the possibility of return if the product did not match (Hobie Cat 16 trampoline)
Congratulations to France Trampoline for the speed of delivery, the quality of the materials used, and the pleasant finish. Highly recommended without hesitation. Simply perfect!
Efficiency and speed
Deadlines respected, quality material, easy assembly (with two people in 4 hours, after all!), the spacing and tightening clamp could be reviewed. The instructions should clearly state the back from the front of the mat: the inscription 'France trampoline is on the other side of the label; in total we assembled the mat upside down! Finally, I left the polystyrene 'cushions' along the posts of the net before putting on the plastic protections but this was not specified.
I am delighted with my choice. It's very good material and the phone contact I had for more information was absolutely up to par. Only downside: I ordered the net for playing handball or football in the trampoline, but it is almost unusable in a trampoline with a diameter of less than 3.50m. Which is of course my case.
Good product but the shipping cost is overpriced with the purchased product: 19€ for a package under 2 kg.
Very clear site with good technical sheets. Very good quality/price ratio. Excellent phone contacts, good technical advice in choosing models. Very fast and perfect delivery.
High quality material (oval 430), fast delivery time and efficient customer service (contacted for more information on the assembly instructions)
Nothing to say, fast and efficient and also free elastics for the cushions!
