serious service very fast delivery
pleasant staff when making the delivery appointment; on-time delivery; well packaged and protected parcel; Nothing to say.
Compliant with the order. Delivery on time!
Fast delivery and good material
Excellent. We were called back without asking, delivery deadlines met.
Delivery time respected, package in good condition upon receipt. The trampoline is easy to assemble and using it is a pleasure!
Your service was performed with quality both on the order and on the delivery time.
Very good quality. Easy to assemble with two people. The only problem was the absence of instructions in French for assembling the protective nets, but we contacted them right away and received the instructions by email.
Perfect
Good shipping speed compared to the order
Very fast delivery, carefully packaged parcel, very high quality, nothing to say, they are professionals
Delivery on time. Very good product of good quality. After-sales service nothing to complain about.
The France Trampoline site is very easy to consult, it is clear and filled with videos that answer the questions one might have. The offers are very interesting and the products of very high quality. Delivery is fast.
Very good service between the website and the speed of execution
Excellent
The carrier took a bit longer than announced to contact us, and when we contacted France Trampoline's after-sales service, their response was very quick. Very satisfied with our purchases and the children are delighted.
Fast service and very satisfactory product
Very professional and very helpful contact, quality product, only the delivery did not meet my expectations as they did not follow my delivery day wishes and I had to go to the carrier to pick up my order.
Superb trampoline and impeccable quality.
Call to customer service before ordering for information. Very good welcome, availability and information are on point. The ordering process on the site is simple. Emails for order tracking (acknowledgment, preparation, shipping). Packages received. The trampoline will be assembled next week. To be continued.....

Very serious site with respect for deadlines and good quality products. Very simple assembly. Duration 2 hours max. with 2 adults.
Fast delivery, very serious service
completely satisfied; just the assembly instructions are not explicit enough
Order processed within the expected deadlines. Fast delivery and in accordance with the appointment made with the carrier. Trampoline easy to assemble but laborious for the safety net. The whole family is delighted. Thank you France Trampoline.
very good product!!!
Good material. Made in France. Order delivered quickly.
Fast shipping, excellent quality product.
Fast delivery about 1 week, the trampoline not being immediately available. Delivery person okay. Easy to assemble. Happiness for the children.
Serious site and quality product delivered - Highly recommend
For now, I am satisfied with the services of France Trampoline, I am waiting to see over time regarding the quality of the materials.
Extremely fast delivery, assembly quite easy (better to have two people), assembly instructions a bit summary (diagrams not very readable), material apparently of very good quality, very sturdy.
Delivery a bit long!
I am very satisfied with the jump'up trampoline I bought from you. Admittedly, the price is higher compared to some competing products, but having tested both, the jump'up is much more interesting: sturdier, more stable. I was also very satisfied with the pre-sales service, delivery times, and also the after-sales service (the net had a small defect that was replaced for free). I highly recommend this product, 100% French too!
Impeccable delivery, the trampoline is easy to assemble and of very good quality. The kids are delighted and the adults too.
Extremely fast delivery
GOOD PRODUCT. NOTHING TO SAY EXCEPT THE VERY LONG ASSEMBLY TIME
Very good value for money. Fast delivery. To recommend
Efficient after-sales service. Fast delivery.
Nothing to say, everything went very well, the product is very high quality, very satisfied with the service and the product. I would recommend this product without hesitation.
I bought a rectangular trampoline of 3m x 2m with nets. Very good manufacturing without problems during assembly. I weigh 70 kg, the structure's support and the fabric's resistance seem very good. The kids love it. However, we are very far from the 72 hours delivery after the order. 11 days in my case. I recommend this product.
Very good service, delivery time respected and the trampoline seems to be of good quality.
THE TECHNICAL ADVICE IS REALLY GOOD, very happy with the chosen trampoline WHAOU460, expensive product but quality well above cheaper products. A very good value for money, size, safety plan and very reliable instructions.
Delivery took longer than indicated (order 01.04. - delivered 12.04.). The first appointment with Kühne & Nagel was not respected because the driver was not informed??!
Very good service, very professional
Very fast: order on Wednesday afternoon, appointment made on Friday morning for delivery on Monday morning. Very pleasant customer service and answers all questions. Quality products
Meets our expectations. Fast and compliant delivery.
Beautiful quality trampoline, well finished, stable, easy to assemble. No delivery issues except the transporter who, not being able to reach me, did not call back. The kids are delighted and so are the parents!
