Very competent sales service, reachable without issues. Delivery after carrier appointment. Good quality trampoline, a bit complicated to assemble but with a little patience everything works out, must be two people for assembly. Once assembled, a real treat for the kids and even for the adults.
Easy assembly, practical in terms of pockets for storage, it is very sturdy, I do not regret my purchase and I recommend it to everyone
Good contact. Fast delivery.
Easy-to-use site, very fast delivery of the trampoline and excellent quality trampoline!!
Purchase of Ovalie Trampoline. Very good phone contact. Good information. Order placed easily. Trampoline received quickly. Delivery company: More than average! (According to various comments, this is really a point to improve!) Trampoline easy to assemble. Assembly instructions not very clear. (Assembly photos would be more appropriate to help...) The trampoline seems to be of good quality: We'll see over time. The whole little family is delighted!! Thank you for the efficiency and seriousness.
Package received on time, in good condition. Solid and quality trampoline
Very satisfied with the product, delivery times and methods.
Fast delivery
I love the quality of your trampolines but I ordered one of your trampolines (Booster 390 pack) about ten days ago but I still haven't received it because the box was open when it arrived at the post office... so they must have sent one back from Bordeaux.
Fast delivery and without any particular problems, thank you
Perfect! Fast delivery, easy order process
Very satisfied with the product, quality, ease of assembly and the seriousness of the company. Highly recommend!!
Excellent product. Terrible delivery company: drops the package on the road (85 kg), not even on the sidewalk!
Very good service, received on time as announced. Easy assembly. Product seems to be of good quality.
I am very satisfied with my purchase. From fast delivery to the quality of the trampoline, I have nothing to complain about! We assembled the trampoline today in the sun. The assembly is easy for one person (for some elements, two people are needed), the instructions are detailed with diagrams (duration 2 hours). The result is of quality, it is beautiful and the quality is there. It quickly found its enthusiasts.
Fast delivery, product matching the need and of good quality.
I ordered a trampoline safety net. Excellent quality at first glance. Just missing 2 tensioners.
The pre-sales contact was very good, quick response, but the delivery time was not respected. On the other hand, we received a small commercial gesture for the delay. Generally, good impression of the service. The trampoline seems to be well made, with clear assembly instructions.
Good quality material
Fast service but delivered in two parts. One package was missing.
Delivery as per the order. The parcel distribution company (exapack) does not deliver on Saturday mornings and that is regrettable.
Very fast shipping. Easy assembly except for the ladder.
Good information by phone. Fast delivery. Product as described. Perfect!!
Regarding the delivery, there were no issues, a phone call 2 days before delivery to block a delivery day and then another on the same day. I only give 4 stars because I haven't assembled the trampoline yet (I live in BRITTANY where it rarely rains) but from what I saw upon unpacking, no problem, it's not damaged and well packaged, there is no reason for the rest not to go well. I recommend
Speed of ordering and delivery. Easy to consult site, easy to read assembly instructions. The only issue at delivery, no one called to set a delivery appointment as stated on the site!! The package therefore waited all day in the rain.... Fortunately, all the packages were there...
Good quality product, fast delivery, good organization
I ordered from you to buy French and to be sure I could buy parts over time. That's what I did this year. The photos on the site helped me see what I needed to take (easier than a technical term). Quick purchase and delivery in less than 48 hours by a very friendly carrier who greatly facilitated our appointment.
Easy to assemble. Clear instructions.
Booster 430: very good product. The bounce is excellent. Too bad the delivery time is a half-day range and not a precise hour.
Nothing to report
The site, very technical, seemed serious to us and it was the case, perfect material, delivery in 2 days, the children are delighted. Moreover, the delivery person Alloin kept us informed of the delivery time. Very good site, I have already recommended it.
Very good quality trampoline
FAST DELIVERY, SOLID MATERIAL AND RELATIVELY SIMPLE TO ASSEMBLE
Very good quality of the trampoline and fast delivery. +++ TOP+++
Great site, fast delivery (ordered on Monday, delivered on Friday!) charming and kind telephone reception. Very beautiful trampoline and of very good quality. The children can't get enough of it!!! In short, we are delighted! THANK YOU
Our trampoline was delivered quickly, everything was in perfect condition! A gentleman who is absolutely not handy assembled it without any difficulties and very quickly; since then the little ones (and the big ones) are delighted and have a lot of fun. We are satisfied in every way. The quality of the trampoline and the materials it consists of are exceptional!!! Very nice purchase. Thank you to your entire team for continuing to create beautiful, high-quality French products and for being so serious with your customers! BRAVO
Having had snow until recently we set up our trampoline late compared to the delivery. Nothing to say about the assembly, no problem and exceptional quality. Days of fun in perspective.
The products seem to be of very good quality.
Good quality materials, timely delivery, the only downside is that you have to buy the protective cover separately.
Well received, already assembled, perfect the children are delighted! jump'up 4m30.
very good
Fast reception and product conforming to the site description. Small hiccup regarding the friendliness of the delivery person! Very happy with the product in general, simple and effective assembly instructions, allow 2h30 for assembly! Quality product at first glance!
Speed of processing and shipping, correct packaging and availability of advisors, to recommend because the material is of quality.
I am very satisfied with the site, the service, and the response times and delivery. Very professional, so I am very happy.
Purchase trampoline jump'up 430 with net and protective cover that I recommend. Very fast delivery. Very good contact with the technical service for advice. Very easy assembly alone. The trampoline is magnificent 430 super (confirmed by the family). Very resistant given the quality of the structure and accessories (to see over time later) To buy with eyes closed, compared to what I have seen in stores near me, and in the family. My children are like crazy Thank you France Trampoline PS: I think I will buy the tent as an accessory later. (Huge for sleeping several without touching the stones)
We are very happy with our purchase. Upon arrival of the package, two small sleeves were missing which were sent to us immediately. We had difficulty putting the fiberglass tubes in place to install the net, they seemed too short and well France trampoline sent us an extra piece of tube at the same time as the sleeves. The trampoline seems solid since it has been installed, my 3 children use it almost every day. We hope it lasts over time.
Respect for delivery times. The sales team is very helpful. Assembling the trampoline is indeed long but the explanations provided via the assembly guide are very clear. But it is imperative to have two people to assemble it.
Package very well packaged and great speed in delivery.
Product corresponding to what was announced on the site, delivered quickly.
Very good service, respect for commitments.
