Excellent site, reliable and fast. After-sales service perfectly effective. Product of very good quality.
Super!! Very fast deadlines, super quality, I recommend
Good French product....... no problems for now
The delivery of the trampoline was very fast and everything arrived well packaged. All parts were delivered, nothing was missing. The assembly instructions are quite clear and well written... We assembled the trampoline with two adults and a teenager. But it requires a bit of dexterity and time (about five hours to assemble everything: trampoline 4.30 m + net + ladder)
trampoline of very good quality. and pleasant team always available to answer our questions. I only regret one thing: not having taken a bigger one... but my garden does not allow it. As soon as I move, I will buy a bigger one. of very good quality and very easy to assemble since I assembled it all by myself!
The product meets our expectations, easy to assemble, very good quality both in terms of design and materials, our little children and their parents have a lot of fun with it.
very satisfying, fast
trampoline arrived 8 days after the order without the carrier notifying us; the tracking number from the carrier would help us know where it is. very good manufacture, the wow factor makes everyone happy
Very good trampoline, fast delivery, but a downside regarding the carrier delivery, the scheduled appointment did not match the delivery time, fortunately there was someone to receive the package, the delivery person was particularly unpleasant...
Everything was perfect: very easy to use site, easy choice of trampoline model and parts, everything is very clear. Very fast shipping, perfect product... well done!
Product delivered very quickly to our great surprise; ordered on Saturday and delivered on Wednesday. good quality of the replacement cushion; Recommended product.
very efficient service, well-documented and functional site, product delivered quickly.
Product meets our expectations with fast delivery in 3 days, the children spend their time on it between two drops of rain
Ordered on the France trampoline site on Saturday night and to my surprise the package arrived on Thursday morning. Very fast as we live more than a thousand kilometers away. The package is in very good condition, no tears. Assembly quite quick and simple. Magnificent trampoline, very nice quality of all parts and fabrics.
deadline respected, friendly carrier, all good
excellent product, assembly is quite simple and very well explained. Delivery is on time and the carrier is a pro. Thank you, the kids are thrilled with their surprise.
We recently bought a trampoline and no news on its availability!!
Speed and quality are on point! Bravo!
Fast shipping of the package, nothing to say.
Excellent quality product, fast delivery, easy assembly. Very happy with my purchase.
Fast delivery. Deadline respected. A few small issues with assembling the protective net.
Fast delivery. High quality trampoline that should last a long time, really perfect and especially secures the children and that is priceless.
Delivery within the announced deadlines. Product conforms.
fast
good
Easy to use site, good products, perfect packaging and delivery
excellent contact, very fast shipping and delivery, ideal transaction
Very good material, but still some effort needed for installation instructions, especially to explain the placement of the springs well.
Product of much better quality than Decathlon, at competitive prices. 4.3m trampoline can be assembled in 1 hour, without tools, very easy. Assembly of the net takes longer (due to a large number of bolts to screw). Ultra efficient customer service.
Package received on time!
apart from the damaged packaging, nothing to say about the trampoline which perfectly meets my expectations (dimensions and quality of the product) and has pleased both the kids and the parents.
very fast delivery
very good communication, very good product to recommend, very fast delivery, impeccable!
products conform to the order. very fast delivery, explanation for the assembly of the net average due to the fiberglass rods that come undone when all are assembled.
Very good service. I received a phone call from France Trampoline before the product was sent to ensure that I had ordered the right product, diameter of the mat and the frame, number of springs. Delivery on time.
After getting information, the ordered jumping mat is perfect ... I received answers to the questions asked. The package arrived 48 hours later. Nothing to say except perfect!
Good product, easy to assemble, to see over time.
Very fast delivery by appointment. Clear and complete assembly instructions.
Material suitable for the trampoline and of good quality. Transport a bit expensive for a protective cover.
Delivery: fast and in perfect condition trampoline: very high-performance product: high-quality hardware as well as the other elements making up the trampoline. However: we noticed that 2 pieces (or even 3) were missing. See our email specifying the references of these missing pieces.
Nothing to complain about, explanations, order, assembly, everything went smoothly.
Excellent product, nothing to say about the assembly, quality, or management/shipping of the trampoline, the whole family is delighted.
Delivery on time with contact from the delivery person beforehand. The trampoline was assembled in a day without any problems, it meets our expectations, my three boys can be on it at the same time. Very satisfied with the product.
serious site, available and very efficient.
Fast delivery, excellent product, easy to assemble. The quality-price ratio deserves five stars.
Very good quality trampoline (galvanized steel tubes / mats / foams) quite easy to assemble. Fast delivery / Very good value for money compared to some other large retailers!
Very good product, easy to assemble provided you follow the assembly instructions to the letter, my 3-year-old daughter is having a blast, the size on top would have been better but no more available!! Thanks to France trampoline!
Great product delivered quickly = two really happy children. Quality product, nothing to do with what you find in toy stores.
Very short delivery times. Product meets expectations.
Good service, pleasant and professional contact.
