Very satisfied
Speed of order processing. Material (trampoline ladder) meets our expectations. Easy assembly. No issues. Satisfied customers!
Very good
Fast delivery. Clear explanation for assembly except for the trampo-foot.
Purchase of a 4.3m trampoline + safety net, delivered on time, packaging OK upon delivery, easy assembly - super product
A quality service. The advice given over the phone before the purchase was precise, very clear, and objective. They allowed me to make a real comparison with other products and to choose my trampoline correctly. Very fast delivery despite the period (May holidays) and careful. Very satisfactory packaging. Good quality product.
Acquisition of a Jump'Up 250 trampoline. Received by carrier within 5 calendar days, so very very fast. Assembly is quite simple as long as you follow the instructions well. Unanimous satisfaction from users. Point to improve: ladder instructions, perhaps specify more the order of assembly of the rungs, the bottom one first before the top one.
Very satisfactory service. The product met our expectations, and the delivery was very fast as the product was delivered the day after the order.
I had trouble finding my trampoline among the choices offered to order replacement accessories, it would have been wise to have a reference that corresponds to the one that could have been displayed on my original invoice...
Hello, Thank you for your comment. Having several ranges of round trampolines and several accessories adapting to several ranges, we unfortunately cannot change the names of the products. Generally, the accessories have the displayed diameter of the trampoline right next to it. Ex: Trampoline Hop 360, Oxygen 360, JumpUp 360 or Booster = a cover 360. We apologize for the issue encountered and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Fast delivery, site to recommend
Great, very good follow-up
Hello, very good product, very solid, nothing to complain about across the board.
We received the trampoline on Friday morning and assembled it without any difficulty that same evening. Very good quality of the material. Both parents and children are delighted! The trampo-foot included in the pack adds real value for playing. I am very satisfied to have trusted this French manufacturing site of quality. I would not hesitate to promote it.
Delivery deadline largely respected and product completely compliant. Excellent site for outdoor games of VERY good quality !!!! I recommend without any problem!
Very quick information request, product conforming, excellent contact. This is a site I would recommend, the service is worth it.
Efficiency and speed. Perfect. The phone contact prior to shipping provides an additional guarantee of having made the right choice for the need.
GOOD SERVICE? FAST BUT EXPENSIVE SHIPPING.
Clear choice, fast delivery, correct price, good quality.
Very professional service. The welcome from the teams is warm and commercial.
Very fast!
We spent a lot of time on the Internet before choosing France-trampoline. We do not regret our choice and are very satisfied with the trampoline. In 2 hours everything was assembled and ready for use. The instruction manual is clear and effective. The assembly is very logical and simple. The parts are easily identifiable, easily assembled, and seem to be of good quality. Time will tell if the quality is up to par.
Fast delivery. Assembly done in 3/4 hour except for the net. For now, just happiness.
Great site and the quality of the product is perfect.
Trampoline of very good quality, easy assembly.
Very professional French company, top logistics service. Delivered on time (4 working days) Quality of the trampoline visible from the assembly.
Delivery conforming and very fast.
Very happy with the quality of the product I ordered and fast delivery.
fast delivery, compliant, good material, very good.
Fast order and delivery and quality product, well done!
Beautiful material but I couldn't choose the color, fast shipping, would recommend.
What are we evaluating? The trampoline, the France-Trampoline website, the delivery, or this questionnaire? So for the trampoline: Excellent, it's sturdy, the fiberglass ring reinforces the trampoline and holds the net well. The France-Trampoline site: Excellent, only one remark: The Jump'up model has a fiberglass ring, but this is not marked in the technical description. The delay and delivery: Excellent, The satisfaction questionnaire: Unsatisfactory.
Product and delivery conform to the request... Bravo... And Thank you.
I ordered a net for my children's trampoline, which perfectly met my expectations, quick reception, good service.
perfect delivered on time!!!!
Very good.
We are very satisfied with the product and delivery times but a bit more reserved about the clarity of the assembly instructions...
The trampoline is great but not enough time to assess its sturdiness and longevity!! As for the delivery, everything was perfect!!
Fast service, item corresponds to the description.
We are very satisfied with the product we purchased from France trampoline, the children too. The assembly does not require special skills, the instruction manual is well detailed, I assembled it partly alone. It is a quality product that combines safety with the net whose supports are integrated with the legs down to the ground, the ladder to access the trampoline, and the aesthetics of the product is very well finished, thank you also for the very competent carrier delivery.
A very good product, the kids love it. The delivery was without issues and the delivery person was very nice to place the trampoline at the other end of our yard. I recommend.
good online help to choose the reference in spare parts. Fast service and good information during the delivery period.
Very fast and impeccable delivery. Great spare parts!
excellent product. Very fast delivery
Very good quality-price ratio for the trampoline, package received in good condition but average delivery service. Order placed on 25/04 and received on 03/05, correct delay, but one day blocked at home waiting for delivery. Already the time slot for the appointment between 9 am and 3 pm was too wide but when around 3:30 pm I call the delivery company that I still have not been delivered, they inform me that the delivery has been postponed between 3 pm and 6 pm and that they are sorry for forgetting to inform me... not great. Luckily I was on vacation that day, the delivery finally took place in the evening around 6 pm and it was compliant.
Very good product. Delivery without any issues
Excellent product, easy to assemble, despite instructions not being that clear. Our child is having a blast with it.
The product meets our expectations
Service, delivery and packaging impeccable. Instructions quite clear, except for the safety net part which was only in Italian and incorrect (the bottom of the support poles for the net does not touch the ground in the instructions). Still regarding installation, one or two screws, washers and other hardware as surplus would not be a luxury. However, nothing was missing in the packages. The material smells good quality once installed and the children are already delighted.
SUPER! Reactivity in the order, impeccable delivery, relatively simple assembly done with my 9-year-old son. Also worth mentioning, a great after-sales service to send me (for free) a rod for the upper frame, allowing to better tension the net at the top! In short, this is a game already used daily for 1 month when it doesn't rain, which is a bit difficult for now.... Thank you!
very good product, quality material, excellent phone support, fast delivery, I recommend this site for all trampoline enthusiasts.
