Good product, but much longer to assemble than what the site says. Count 30 hours!
Super fast, product conforms and of quality.
Very satisfied with France Trampoline, speed, efficiency.
The site clearly presents the different offers, the order is simple, the delivery is fast, the packages received in excellent condition, the assembly is simple, clearly explained by the notice.
Quality of service and advice not detailed enough. The product could be better described, I did not understand that the trampoline net was inside the trampoline and that the trampofoot could not fit. The ladder purchased does not touch the ground, too bad! Impossible to make a trench along the trampoline, so the ladder is unsuitable for the product!
A bit expensive but impeccable material, very good quality, easy to assemble, very good delivery times. The only downside is that I would have preferred a protective cover instead of the mini trampoline. I would recommend this site to my friends, thank you!
Very good service. Good quality-price ratio of the product. Very good responsiveness regarding the delivery of the product.
We received our trampoline within the announced deadlines, the carrier was very friendly. The package was in very good condition. The assembly was quick thanks to the well-explained notice. The product is exactly as shown on the site, we were not disappointed. Now we will see its sturdiness in use. Our little children are having a great time. I talk about your site to those around me.
Service as expected. Fast delivery.
I ordered the Apollo sport trampoline. It was delivered quickly and without any problems. The assembly took a bit long but we took our time and it is a very large trampoline. Now everyone is having fun, the children, the adults, and even the guests are enjoying it. We are delighted. Thank you France Trampoline. P.S.: we ordered the protective skirt that goes around because we have very young children and a dog, it's perfect!! It fits perfectly to the trampoline and is easy to set up. An essential accessory.
Order placed on Friday, arrived on Tuesday. Very good quality of products.
Very satisfied with the material, very beautiful, and sturdier than our previous trampoline. Only concern, too bad the ladder is not provided.
Completely satisfied: deadlines respected, assembly quite easy. Our little girls are delighted......
Very good material, good quality. However, for the delivery... very average rating... impossible to give a delivery slot (morning or afternoon for example) and thus obliged to wait all day for the delivery person!!!!! This is very complicated when you work....
Excellent quality of the product
The trampoline is of excellent quality and for the price, you really get your money's worth; the assembly guide is well done and we progress without difficulty. However, a downside regarding the installation of the safety net which is delivered in another box with an overly brief assembly notice and we had to start over after making a mistake. The assembly should be as precise as for the trampoline. It would be perfect, even for novices!
Excellent service: quick deadlines, attractive prices, very good quality material easy to assemble
Good quality trampoline, as described, easy to assemble. Fast delivery. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
Speed of delivery and very good quality of products, small downside just too expensive
The assembly was very easy
The order was received quickly. The trampoline matches the image, it is very light, very practical and pleasant to use. It assembles very quickly.
Good choice, I do not regret it. Easy to assemble, a bit more expensive than others but quality has a price
Very professional site. Very attentive staff. The package was damaged during delivery, so we had to refuse it. 5 days later we had a new package (despite the weekend), and we were able to give it to our daughter for her birthday. Thank you for your site, it is rare these days to have people attentive to the customer.
Even a phone contact from them to ensure the order was correct before preparing the package. Fast delivery, really very very good.
Very serious site, fast shipping, quality material.
Good product, good responsiveness
Warm phone contact, visible competence of my interlocutor to guide in choosing the model, honesty in specifying that the model (waouuh 460) does not have the bounce of a competition model. Easy assembly (only one person though), assembly instructions a bit unclear (need to nitpick a bit). Total satisfaction from the children who have left their consoles and the TV, as well as from the parents. Bounce is more than sufficient :-))) Solid appearance of the product, quality seems to be there, given the first contacts, no worries about any future after-sales service..... No action with France Trampoline but friends leave with their contact details....
Very good quality of the trampoline
Quality trampoline
No problem. Everything went very well. Delivery OK, on the agreed day (2 days without extra cost)
No problem, serious delivery, easy assembly, satisfied with the quality product. I have communicated your site to a friend living in Meilleray who ordered the same trampoline as me and I will continue to give you good publicity.
Trampoline ordered on Sunday evening, received on Wednesday. Very fast delivery, easy to assemble and of very good quality. I do not regret this purchase
Very good product, good overall quality of materials, fast delivery and without problems but better to have it delivered to the workplace.
The site is very well done with the possibility to compare different offers. Once the order is placed, delivery is quick in the form of a half-palette with two boxes: 1 for the trampoline and 1 for the net. Assembly is done without problems if you consult the manual especially regarding the spring attachment; it is indeed necessary to respect the recommendations to attach the springs without effort. The material seems solid upon first contact; to be seen in use under weather conditions.
Good information in general except the waiting time a bit too long between the bank withdrawal and the carrier's call in case one does not check the package tracking (my case) maybe insist more on the tracking info preparation by passing the info instead of the customer doing the search. Carrier call and time slot: very good.
Everything went wonderfully: site, delivery, and use!
Nothing negative to say, we are very satisfied, if only it could be the same with other suppliers. Only small issue, a rod that should have been filtered was not, could you send us one just for safety. It is a rod that secures the protection by the net.
Quality trampoline for a reasonable price. Easy assembly and express delivery, order placed on a Thursday, product received the following Wednesday.
Very good, delivery within the announced deadlines, quality material.
Very nice quality trampoline, simple assembly, clear instructions (however, you need 2 people for assembly). Fast delivery and the product was well packaged. Both kids and adults enjoy this trampoline with great happiness.
Excellent product, fast delivery. Relatively simple and quick assembly. Children and adults are delighted to be able to jump a lot. A very good outlet for many laughs and beautiful souvenir photos.
Customer at France trampoline for 6 years. Very good customer follow-up. Ultra-fast delivery.
High-quality trampoline, my 3 children are delighted. You can find cheaper options, but the quality/price ratio of this product is excellent.
Very good material, excellent quality of materials. My only regret: the assembly booklet still lacks clarity, the assembly phases are not yet sufficiently clear. Moreover, the provided tool (pliers) is really not practical for assembling the legs; I had to use a multi-grip pliers.
Currently satisfied with the product. Assembly is quite easy with a minimum of 2 people for more convenience. However, be cautious about the resistance of the materials to weather conditions. Strongly advise a cover type protection or to disassemble it in winter and store it in a dry and clean place.
Very good
Fast delivery.
We ordered the wow 390 cm. Fast delivery as indicated when ordering. (4 days) Very good quality material. Easy and fairly quick assembly, about 1 hour and 15 minutes with 2 people.
Very good quality. Very good value for money. Easy to assemble but delivery a bit long.
Clear, precise, and fast. Thank you.
