Good
Deadline respected and perfect material... Thank you
Nothing to say perfect
Good overall service; solid product. For the assembly, one of the manuals is in English! A difference between the delivered parts and the assembly manual (brackets), but that does not prevent the assembly.
Very good reliable and serious product
No comments, everything went perfectly well.
Clear and precise site.
Very friendly and efficient customer service. It has become rare and therefore particularly differentiating. However, one element is already defective... not reassuring!
Not much to say except that the service in every respect is very satisfactory (phone delivery, packaging, payment respected)
Nothing to say about the quality of the product but delivery a bit too long.
Fast delivery, ease of assembly thanks to the video tutorial! Almost too easy.
Hello, I received good advice and the merchandise is top-notch. Highly recommend.
Booster 390 trampoline is perfect for our 2 boys. Very fast delivery time, hassle-free assembly, since then it's just pleasure. We are very satisfied with the quality of the trampoline and the service as a whole.
The quality of the product is excellent. The assembly of the trampoline is easy. However, the assembly manual for the safety net is not very well done. We still manage, but we have to redo it. The children are delighted
Good service, exemplary delivery time. At delivery, the packaging carton was missing the name of the trampoline mentioned on the site, so it was impossible to know if the order form was correct compared to the validation made online.
Excellent product, fast delivery, very well explained assembly. Very professional customer service and especially reachable immediately by phone without going through different departments. I recommend this company and this product
Excellent quality material. Fast delivery in 5 days. Easy assembly but requires strength to stretch the springs....
Contacted staff very precise about the material I needed.
Order placed and delivered within the time frame indicated. I ordered an oval trampoline, the only small hiccup is the instructions which I did not have in French but in Spanish for the assembly of the net. For the rest, perfect. The children jump on it and everyone is happy.
Super product!!!!! Serious, efficient, fast service......!!!!! Thank you. However, the delivery person was terrible and unpleasant!!!!!!
Conforms to the order. Small downside regarding stock: when ordering, the trampoline was in stock and once validated it was no longer! Delay of one week!
Hello, Thank you for your comment. Being in an extremely busy period, we are experiencing some relatively short temporary stockouts with certain trampolines or nets. We usually update our site quite quickly, but it may happen that an oversight occurs unfortunately. In this case, we contact you by phone to inform you of the issue and see with you what suits you best. We apologize again for this delay and remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
On-time delivery, quality material, nothing to complain about!
Quality material and fast delivery. I highly recommend this site.
Very fast delivery. Good quality material, assembly remains a bit difficult for novices (the assembly instructions should be simplified).
Very good product delivered quickly and assembled in 1h30 to 2. Fortunately, because the children were very impatient. I recommend this site and this product. The assembly is easy, the materials are of good quality. The only delicate point: the plastics that surround the protections of the tubes holding the net do not hold and leave the plastic foam exposed. I'm afraid that water will seep in and that the foam will deteriorate more quickly.
My son is happy.
Very good reception and very good phone advice. Product received on time and the quality met my expectations.
Delivery without problems, easy assembly, children and adults delighted.
Friendly phone reception, useful information, very complete website, punctual, fast, and helpful delivery service.
Hello, We bought a good quality trampoline. The explanations regarding assembly are clear except for the assembly time (it took us more than 3 hours). For the delivery, we want to thank France Trampoline, the model we ordered was out of stock so the delivery time was pushed back but having a time constraint, France Trampoline did everything to deliver us by the deadline we had. Bravo!!!
Serious site. Satisfied with the trampoline in terms of color and shape. The children are very happy.
Fast, efficient, and secure. Plus, a quick phone call to clear up doubts about the order.
Delighted!!! Both with the site's indications for choice and with the delivery times. Call from the delivery person, we managed to coordinate the whole day ideally. In less than 7 days the trampoline was ordered, delivered, and installed (by ourselves). Result is up to what we hoped for.
Product available and very good value. Quality/price you can immediately see that it is good material.
Quick reception, well packaged, top customer service, assembly well explained.
Preparation and extremely fast delivery, item conforms to our order and is of good quality. Bravo to the entire France Trampoline team.
Easy to use site. A little scare regarding the restocking date of the trampoline which forced me to call.
I ordered the Jump'Up 360 pack, delivery within the announced time (1 week), however, a lot of waiting for the protective cover but we are in summer so no urgent need. Very good quality of the product, easy assembly, my daughter and my wife are enjoying it!!!
Fast order, quick shipping, no problem with reception, package well packaged. I regret that there is no commercial gesture towards a customer who buys many spare parts to refurbish his trampoline purchased from you a few years ago.
Fast services and easy and practical use of the website.
Material received on time and in excellent condition. Well explained and easy assembly. The trampoline seems to be of very good quality. Our daughters immediately adopted it.
Very good quality of service. Good quality of material and ease of assembly. Only the vertical bars have the protection that descends and reveals the white foam.
Very satisfied with the product.
Perfect
Very happy with our purchase, the trampoline is really of 'gymnastic' quality which greatly satisfies our 2 gymnast daughters! Very fast delivery, nothing to complain about, except... BRAVO France Trampoline!
clarity speed and quality
Excellent product. Easy and quick assembly, quality finish.
Damaged box, but no missing parts. Difficulty installing the fiber hoop (too narrow passage). Hoop too long (10 cm)
very serious and responsive customer service
Simply perfect! Fast delivery, product quality, ease of assembly, clear instructions. Just a small criticism, a bit high price, but I received the corresponding quality and had the pleasure of buying French!!! I recommend this brand to everyone. ****
