Excellent quality product, very well built!! Clear installation manual. The children are delighted with their new toy. I already recommend this site to my friends wishing to buy a trampoline for their children.... France trampoline is an excellent shopping site for its trampoline, fast delivery, compliant, good material, very good.
Perfect transaction, high quality product that requires the extra cost compared to the entry-level trampolines, safety assured for children, fast delivery and very pleasant carrier, easy assembly in less than 2 hours. I recommend this site.
I appreciated the handling and tracking of the order. I was informed by email at each step, which for me marks the seriousness of the company.
Trampoline of very high quality... Assembly quite easy. The kids are having a blast!!! However, be careful with the carrier who is not particularly charming....
France trampoline excellent. Delivery service difficult to reach and delivery times approximate. During the day!
Good quality telephone advice, efficient. Very fast delivery. Nothing to say!! Perfect!
Everything went as announced by the site, we are very happy... You need to take your time for the assembly, it is good to have two people, including the strength of a man, but it's pure happiness once assembled. Thank you!
It's a shame I didn't get more information between the Jump'up and Booster products.
Hello, I am very satisfied with the trampoline, however regarding the delivery, it is more than bad. I received a call the day before telling me that I would be delivered the next day between 2 PM and 4 PM, so I stayed at home. At 5 PM, seeing no one arrive, I called. The person on the line had the carrier on the line who was in Caudry, about 15 km from my home, and that I was his last delivery. So I waited until 8 PM and no one came, not a call, no email, etc. I called the next morning and no one could inform me. I called back early in the afternoon and was told that the delivery person was in my street. I could have not been at home since I was waiting for him the day before between 2 PM and 4 PM. He dropped off my package without further explanation. I wanted to inform you about this. Best regards.
The service is very good. The only downside is that the shipping is a bit expensive.
No issues, fast service and very satisfied with the quality of the received product.
Nothing to say, everything is great.
Delivery: TOP Ease of assembly: TOP reliability: TOP TRampo Foot: Meh Ladder: average (but it's okay)
the service from France trampoline was perfect and for me very serious.
Product conforms and of good quality.
A quick and precise response to a question prior to our order. A timely delivery. Quality and secure material. Easy assembly. A lot of positives!! Maybe the assembly instructions need to be improved further to make it easier for the tired dad?
Nothing to report, fast, serious
great
Attentive and effective listening for delivery questions. Assembly requires concentration but is done very well. Guaranteed fun. Thank you
Buy with your eyes closed!!! Excellent quality product. No issues (for delivery and installation). My 3-year-old son is happy.
Order received in less than 2 weeks, faster than I thought. As for the trampoline itself, nothing to say. Good quality, at least for now everything is fine, but we will have to see over time.
Order and delivery processed in record time!! Product packaging no issues, delivery time more than correct, assembly of the trampoline very well explained and completed quickly. The children are delighted. I highly recommend this merchant site.
Delivery speed Very good commercial service
The trampoline is great, nice, apparently solid, and perfectly suitable for my grandchildren. It was delivered very quickly, in accordance with what the site indicates, and the carrier (who came with a gigantic truck over 3.80m high) made every effort necessary to deliver by backing through an orchard. Only problem: the instructions for assembling the ladder are not clear, and even after much effort I am not sure we assembled it correctly.
receipt of the package very fast with a phone call from France trampoline to confirm the delivery date. very nice. the trampoline is of very good quality, the oxygen model (first in the range) compared to trampolines generally found on the net or even Decathlon. I am fully satisfied and I recommend this site of French manufacturing!
Excellent telephone reception Very fast delivery
Nothing to report, perfect.
Good telephone reception for information, delivery within deadlines, product in line with our expectations.
I am very satisfied with my order, as well as the speed of delivery.
The instruction manual for assembling the trampoline is correct, the only downside is that the instruction for assembling the net is in Spanish, a translation would not hurt. The material itself is of quality, the architecture of the trampoline is robust, a safe device for small children.
Fast, serious (call to verify the adequacy of the order). Product perfect.
Material visibly of good quality, easy to assemble (less than two hours for two people). Delivered in 6 days, very well packaged. Thank you to the France trampoline team!
Exceptional delivery speed Bravo
Very good product and very good service!
Perfect! The service contact answered all questions and the delivery was fast. Thank you!
Efficient order tracking and delivery within the deadlines, which are short. Nothing to say except that what is written is respected.
The delivery was very fast. As for the quality, it is present. I am satisfied with my purchase.
very good product. and especially easy to assemble
fast delivery, material in perfect condition, easy assembly, solid frames, I will tell you after use if I keep the 5 stars.
- Fast delivery, assembly was very simple (a mallet, the provided clamp and a 10mm wrench were enough, we were two.) - Quality trampoline, we feel safe and my son can let loose. Pure happiness. - The price is very reasonable (essential pack Jump-up 3.60m) compared to others for similar quality. - I recommend.
Excellent value for money. Very fast delivery.
very good
Fast delivery, product conforms to the description, solid and aesthetic product, the children don't get out anymore....
Trampoline ordered on Sunday evening and received on Thursday. High quality trampoline that I hope will keep all its promises over the years!!
Very satisfied with our Jump'Up 360. This trampoline makes no "unsightly" noise, a sign of quality! A small issue with a spring in the batch that was not the right one, but very good responsiveness from customer service, received the replacement spring 2 days later.
very good relationship and very fast order shipment
no issues with delivery within 5 days. good quality trampoline
After a call for information, I placed an order. The delivery was very fast. I called back for information, the customer service is very efficient.
The quality of the material is excellent. The instructions have gaps and should be revised by someone who has never assembled the trampoline. The clamp and assembly instructions were missing. QUESTION WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE MAT AND THE NET AND THEIR REPLACEMENT COST?
very satisfying trampoline. easy to assemble but 4 nuts were missing, which delayed us (weekend)
