Very fast delivery, very good quality of trampoline manufacturing. I paid a little more than in large distribution but the quality-price ratio is very, very superior.
Excellent quality trampoline, which seems very resistant, and conforms to the description. Too bad the delivery is so problematic and long.
Obligation to assemble the safety net with 2 adults while the assembly of the trampoline can be done alone. High-quality and very solid material. Delivery within 5 days including weekends, phone contact for the day and time of delivery and respect for commitments.
Clear site, explanations okay but I ordered about ten days ago and it would be good to be able to track the order in real-time and know when the delivery will take place or at least the deadline, even approximate.
Very good investment this trampoline, super quality, follow the assembly instructions well otherwise it quickly becomes annoying, however the transport service leaves much to be desired (operators difficult to reach, poor communication of information, expect to be at your door all day!!)
Super trampoline, very nice, practical and safe. The assembly is easy and very well explained. The delivery was very fast and the package was delivered in good condition. Super service on all points. The children are fully enjoying this new game and we feel confident. Thank you.
The delivery was ultra-fast. This item seems to be of excellent quality, we hope the use will confirm it. Assembly is easy. However, we regret that the manufacturing is not French!!
It has already been several months since our children have been using their trampoline, and frankly, everything is perfect. Fast delivery and without problems, ultra-easy assembly, super reliable material and incomparable quality (compared to more generalist distributors...). As a result, several of my neighbors have ordered from France trampoline and are also very satisfied! A brand to recommend with closed eyes.
Good product, good customer service, average transport logistics.
Very good trampoline... however the springs are very hard to put on, sore muscles for 2 days!!!
order well taken into account! deadline respected! very good product
excellent
very fast and impeccable service
We are very happy with our trampoline. Very good quality. Assembly is quite simple. Delivery was very fast. Great playground for little ones and big ones.
Quality product description. After receipt, of course within the deadlines and with the carrier's appointment, we find that the product is really of very good quality. We are absolutely delighted and, what was supposed to be a game for the children has ultimately turned into a game for the whole family. Thank you.
Bottom attachments (safety net) a bit weak. Pinching the rods for embedding in the structure is not easy with the provided tool. I extended the handles with two iron tubes. However, this trampoline is very attractive due to its original shape. The position of the safety net is a plus as it offers greater jumping flexibility.
Delivery within the announced deadlines, assembly of the trampoline not too complicated and especially the joy of our little children (and their friends).
It's a shame that we can't exchange or change when the product doesn't fit because that just happened to me. The product I ordered doesn't fit. Attention the mistake is mine, I took the dimensions wrong, I realized it before installing it but it was too late, but well, the product is left on my hands. So don't do like me, take the measurements well before confirming the order because not all products are exchangeable or refundable, too bad!!!!
Hello, You have the option to return the ordered product at your expense (as the delivered order corresponds to your order). After its return, it is checked and if it is not resalable as new, a discount may be applied as the product is no longer new. The France Trampoline team
Perfect in terms of packaging, nothing is missing, a serious company took care of resolving the issue with the carrier.
Fast and competent service, quick shipping and pleasure to use the intact France Trampoline product!
We just assembled it, very satisfied with the material that seems very qualitative. Our child tried it right away and loves it
- Very good quality material - No delivery problems - Overall very satisfied with the purchase
no issues. Material delivered quickly and as expected.
Hello, fast shipping and delivery. Package in good condition. Instructions a bit light but assembly went well (2h30 alone). Since then no issues, the kids are having fun... Regards,
Very large selection, very good fast and efficient service. Very good quality material justifying the price. We have purchased spare parts for our trampoline (very used by our 4 children) twice on this site and regret not having bought a trampoline on this site from the start.
The site is accessible, and without issues. The order went smoothly, with receipt of emails for tracking. The carrier quickly contacted us for delivery. Deadline respected.
good service, good product ... Let's see over time how the product evolves
Very good quality material. The after-sales service and the stock of spare parts is very appreciated as it allowed us 6 years after the purchase of our trampoline to refurbish it with a new mat and new cushions
Trampoline delivered on time, easy to assemble. We are very satisfied with the product.
very good service, impeccable relationship, someone called me to confirm if my order met my needs, fast and impeccable delivery; well done and thank you
Ultra fast. Very good quality trampoline
Very good, service, fast, people contacted by phone were pleasant and competent.
Relevant phone advice. Delivery times were kept and fast. Package arrived open but no parts were missing; assembly long but well explained and quite easy; the product seems to be a good quality/price ratio; usage will tell us if our choice was wise!
The service was very good The difficulty: finding how to contact you
ras
Satisfied with our purchase, excellent trampoline to recommend without any problem
delivery in record time just three days only problem no phone call from the carrier fortunately I was at home that day
Excellent service with respected delivery time and good quality of the purchased material.
Very good product, perfectly suitable for teenagers. The deadlines were perfectly respected both by France Trampoline and the carrier.
Very responsive, excellent telephone contact to find the best supply solution.
Very good product, easy assembly, just regret that the ladder and cover were not included in the price, fast delivery.
* delivery times perfectly respected * excellent quality product (and easy assembly, even for non-initiates, as it is well thought out and well explained!)
Fast delivery after purchase, and very careful. The assembly is very simple, without tools, the material is compliant with the announcements. It is of excellent quality. The trampoline brings joy to both young and old, ensuring perfect safety. I recommend this site.
I wanted to thank you for your efficiency, indeed when I placed the order indicating that I wanted to be delivered within 2 days if possible (my daughter's birthday...). I received a call from you 30 minutes after my request offering me a slight contribution to the shipping costs via Chronopost. Result: the next morning the trampoline was in my garden (24 hours between my validation and receipt!!!). Great, my little girl's surprise was perfect. Thank you again.
No problem except that I did not receive an invoice. For the manual, step 2 of the Oxygen guide can mislead regarding the positioning of the spring holes and the fixing holes of the foot connection tubes. The drawing of the holes on the diagrams would facilitate understanding.
Excellent product. Good contact by phone.
Deadlines respected, product quality, perfect packaging.
The site is well done, the Facebook animation is great, the delivery times are very good 48h. The only downside is that I ordered a product that was out of stock, but this was well indicated at the time of order and the restocking time was well respected (one week). The best product, very good, very solid, the protections around the jumping mat are very good and the poles of the net go down to the ground, the net with arch remains taut. Pure happiness.
Fast delivery. Good contact with the carrier who delivered to us when we were present. Package in very good condition.
Quality product, take your time and read the assembly instructions carefully to avoid small mistakes that require reassembly.
