I was very satisfied with your services both in terms of delivery (3 days delay) and the quality of the product. The assembly was clear and detailed but still quite long (1h30). The trampoline itself is of good quality. We will see over time if it holds all its promises.
Nothing to complain about, friendly, fast, conscientious, the only downside is that shipping costs remain high.
Good phone relationship, trampoline corresponds to our choice and seems to be of good quality, the children are very happy.
Delighted with my order and the after-sales service!
Delivery okay. Quality of the material consistent with what we expected. Relevant advice over the phone.
Good quality, very fast delivery, ease of assembly. I think I will add additional items to my cart. (accessories)
Express delivery (order on Sunday / delivery on Wednesday), trampoline of very good quality. A lot of fun to come!!
Very fast delivery without problems. Very simple assembly. Good quality of the product.
Very good product, sturdy, easy to assemble, but the diameter of 180 is small because the surface to jump is reduced.
Products of very good quality. For family use, trampoline outside all year round, the fabric lasts at least 5 years. The time between the order and delivery is very quick. One star less due to an unpleasant delivery person.
The only downside is the delivery: to know the delivery time, I had to call the company on the same day, delivery was made 1 hour and 30 minutes after the scheduled time!
Delivery on time with an appointment. The pallet arrived impeccable and complete. My husband took barely 2 hours to assemble the jum up 3.60 and the family is delighted. I must say that 3.60 is already a good size, it's quite impressive in our garden, yet we have 1600m2 of land!
good product, easy to assemble, well finished, a bit expensive but time may validate the price.
Optimal service for: - The descriptive information of the products. - The preparation of the order. - The information on delivery. - The respect of deadlines.
simply perfect, very fast delivery, excellent quality material.
Nothing to report, very good communication for the purchase and delivery.
Hello; I strongly advise people who want to buy a trampoline to do like me at France Trampoline, indeed it has been 5 months since I made this purchase and I do not regret it at all. My children spend their time in it, the neighbors too, I have tried it myself and I assure you that it is pleasant to do figures in it or simply to jump. It does not move, the safety net is well tensioned and attached everywhere, I am a nanny so I know safety. The door closing system is done inside and outside. Aesthetically, it fits well in the garden and in one word I am delighted. THANK YOU to France Trampoline for allowing us to buy professional equipment for our daily leisure. Have a good day.
Excellent service: perfectly detailed website, very fast and compliant delivery, perfectly correct packaging, well-adjusted prices. Very satisfied, I will return!
RAS
The delivery was very fast with a friendly carrier. The trampoline corresponds exactly to our request .... we hesitated between the 360 and 430, and we do not regret the 430 whose surface allows the children to practice a maximum of figures in complete safety. By following the instructions, the assembly is done perfectly. Highly recommended ...
This is an excellent product that is well suited for my children who are 5.5 years and 7 years old. Very robust, solid legs, the net closes well. The ladder is necessary to access it. Assembly takes a few hours. Fast delivery and careful packaging. it is a French product, certainly more expensive but I benefited from the promotion. I highly recommend it to parents whose children need to let off steam.
Good advice, fast delivery, beautiful quality trampoline!!!! My daughter is delighted!!!
welcoming site and easy to use. fast order and delivery times. nothing to complain about.
Perfect customer follow-up and very fast delivery
Website: well designed - easy to use Telephone contact: very pleasant staff Delivery time: fast Assembly: quite simple - requires at least two people - about 4 hours of assembly Product: seems quite solid but we do not yet have enough feedback to judge. Use: the children are delighted....
Fast delivery. No problems
delivery time very correct, easy to assemble The trampoline and the safety net seem to be of good quality compared to what is sold by competitors (having compared with other trampolines sold in sports stores) I hope that the quality can be verified in 2 or 3 years Thank you for your quality services
perfect
very fast and very serious
EXCELLENT PRODUCT. SIMPLE AND QUICK ASSEMBLY. DELIVERY WITHOUT ISSUE.
this is the 3rd time I have made a purchase at France trampoline, there is nothing to say except that it is very serious and when there is a problem with the carrier, they call us to apologize and make an appointment for delivery.
Good product but expensive
Order and delivery impeccable. Very good quality product.
We chose the oval trampoline with the trampofoot. The product seems to be of good quality, the children are having a lot of fun. Delivery times were perfect and we were able to arrange to pay in 3 installments. We are satisfied.
Very good product, fast delivery, pleasant and quick customer service contact. In short, super happy, site to recommend.
service OK but shipping costs for spare parts are excessive
Very good service.
very fast delivery, excellent quality, very responsive after-sales service
It's the best! I bought the booster 360, and I recommend it without hesitation. Trampoline ordered on Wednesday, received on Friday. We assembled it right away without any difficulty (be careful to look at the instructions though) and off we go!!! We are really happy to have chosen this brand. You can tell it's solid and of quality. And both young and old, we all have fun.
Perfect: quality and color as expected, fast delivery.
the item meets my expectations and the profile given on the site, the delivery was astonishingly fast, I recommend this site
Website explaining all the necessary information well for the type and dimensions suitable for the family. Delivery time respected, very robust structure and material, detailed assembly sheet. Advice for the site given by a friend who made this purchase 2 years ago.
100% satisfied with the quality of the product and the commercial service.
Clear website. Fast delivery. Quality of products.
Very good service from start to finish, very good quality material and very good packaging.
The site is very clear and the customer phone contact is pleasant and efficient at the same time.
Very good advice, very good material, very good responsiveness.
As soon as unpacked, you know you are dealing with a quality product. The entire material is well made and seems to be very durable. Assembly is easy and relatively quick. The accessories (spring pads, net, ladder) are also of impeccable quality. I will still have some reservations about the protective pad covering the springs. The fasteners are too few in number and it tends to come off during use, leaving the springs exposed. I had to do some stitching with sail material to remedy the problem.
This comment concerns a Booster trampoline 4m20. Quick order and delivery (2 days), within the time slot announced by the carrier. Assembly took longer than expected, but without any unpleasant surprises: the instructions are clear, the delicate points are well explained... but I was alone (2 people recommended). The final product seems to be of very good quality. The children were surprised (ENORMOUSLY) to discover it upon returning from vacation. In short, 5/5.
You should complete your accessory catalog with nets compatible with 6-post trampolines.
