order as expected, delivered on time Very good product, to see over time!!
speed of delivery
Super fast delivery, less than 5 days after the order. Quality of the material present. Ovalia 490 model with net, ladder, and football net. I contacted customer service for information and got a response 10 minutes later. I assembled it all by myself in 6h30... it was the first time I assembled one.
nothing to report
defective part in the received package. new part sent express by france-trampoline but a bit of time lost between the reception of the first package (Friday afternoon) and the spare part (Tuesday morning)
I have never encountered a site, in the field of home and garden equipment, as precise in its presentation, as respectful of its deadlines, and having such an organized and punctual delivery service. The delivered product is exactly as described. I am more than delighted with this solid trampoline, with effective accessories, the whole being discreet and aesthetic, it was assembled by two people in 3 hours, as planned. There is no trickery here! At no level! Bravo and thank you! I hope my review will be published.
Impeccable customer service, fast shipping!
very good
fast delivery... Super !!!!
Good quality material, no forgotten packages, no breakage, delivery on time for the appointment, the phone support is very available and answers my questions, thank you trampolines France
even when paying by check in three installments without fees, delivery is super fast.
I am very satisfied, I ordered cushions for the trampoline, and they are very good.
Impeccable. Call from France Trampoline on the same day of the order for delivery confirmation. Delivery respected with a call 45 minutes before arrival for confirmation. 3.60 m trampoline assembled without any difficulty by one person. Very clear assembly instructions.
clear site, and fast delivery
fast delivery
Thick green plastic winter cover for large trampoline with safety net: very complete and accurate product description on the site, easy installation with the detailed manual and good resistance to the weather already endured (violent Mistral and 2 heavy storms). The fastening system is much better designed than what I had seen elsewhere. Speed of dispatch. I see no negative points!
I am very satisfied with the organization of the website, its clarity, the speed of delivery and the quality of the product
Discovery of the product at friends', we are waiting for the delivery of ours on the island of Reunion. The welcome, listening, advice and follow-up of our request by the company is top!
Super delivery person .. who sets an appointment ... never seen that, *also especially a super trampoline. Just can't wait to jump on it every evening. Super material
very satisfied with the product as well as the speed of delivery and the responsiveness of the after-sales service. Delivery a bit high for spare parts
The trampoline meets our expectations. Delivery within the announced deadlines.
very good service nothing to say
Very serious service, fast delivery, quality products. Thank you!
Fast delivery respecting the deadlines. Quality material that makes my daughter happy...
Good phone contacts allowing to finalize the choice of the Jump'In 360 trampoline. Delivery scheduled between 1 PM and 3 PM, arrived at 11 AM: no problem we were able to have someone move to receive the packages. Assembly possible by 1 calm person attentive to the instructions. The product seems to meet my expectations, I hope the children's use will confirm it. Not sure I will use the site again as 1 trampoline should be enough for me :-) or for maintenance parts; however, no problem recommending the site and the product.
Very good product (jump up 300 trampoline). Fast and complete delivery.
High quality service! Ordered on Sunday received on Thursday! High quality product that makes both kids AND adults happy! I was tempted by the reviews and really not disappointed. The after-sales service is really very responsive! An email at 8:30 for a clarification, a callback not even an hour later! Nowadays, this is becoming rare. The product is a bit more expensive than at D*... but really the price difference is justified. No regrets The oval shape is really very practical. In terms of placement in the garden, less space loss and I find it more practical and more fun for jumps as well. I recommend compared to the round. But that's my opinion. Just a small downside, the net instructions are not in French. But well illustrated so not bothersome for assembly but it's nice to have a manual illustrating it when buying a French product. I recommend this site with my eyes closed. I will come back next year to give my opinion after 1 year of intensive use!!! lol
The trampoline fully satisfies my daughter who is delighted!
Fast shipping. Very good material, easy to assemble.
Purchase Trampoline Wow 460 Delivery time respected The quality is there, nothing to compare with the trampolines sold in toy stores, this is solid! I recommend taking the plunge for the undecided.
excellent product
Top quality material, solid, easy but physical installation, you need at least 2 people for assembly, even 3 at certain moments. The kids are thrilled. And I am very happy to have chosen this oval model which is different, pleases the children and is practical for acrobatic figures! My only downside is about the delivery, I had to call twice because the carrier gave no sign of life.
Hello, Thank you for your comments. Please feel free to contact us in such cases. We are of course available to inform you as soon as possible about the status of your delivery. The France Trampoline team.
Very satisfactory product, easy to assemble. Fast delivery. Nothing to complain about.
Perfect, with a phone call to validate the order and dimensions.
Protection mat too small, barely covers the springs. The net closure system (velcro) is impractical and far from being as ergonomic as a rack. For the rest, the material is of good quality.
Hello, Thank you for your comments. Please feel free to send us photos of your trampoline so that we can verify that it is properly installed. The France Trampoline team.
Product, price, delivery, all in line with my expectations ...
Quality product, fast delivery, site to recommend without any problem. Excellent phone reception, I was very well informed
Perfect.... super nice product and very good quality. Quick and efficient phone response. Delivery without delay, and very friendly delivery person. Remarks without consequences: extend the assembly time on the instructions...(otherwise you feel very useless at DIY...) and mention on the site that the ladders are compatible with the new trampolines like the Hip Hop... I have already recommended your site because I want to support companies in France.
Hello, Thank you for your comments. We have updated our product sheet for the ladder. Indeed, the ladder fits all our trampolines and all our ranges. The France Trampoline team.
super, efficient and fast.
