Quality trampoline, careful delivery and on time.
Quality product. Short deadlines and respected.
Speed of delivery and product in line with our expectations.
Delivery in less than 48 hours, very easy assembly following the instructions and very good quality of the materials used.
Fast and correct service. Dimensions OK even for a trampoline of another brand.
Not disappointed with the material even though I would have preferred the tent to be waterproof. Very easy to set up and very pleasant inside.
Excellent service, I was delivered on time and nothing was missing from the package, and during my phone calls, I found my contacts very friendly.
Very fast delivery. Good quality of the trampoline components.
The trampoline corresponds exactly to the description. The material is obviously of very good quality and brings joy to its young users.
I bought a trampoline from France Trampoline 6 years ago. At a time when everything is becoming disposable and consumable, I am very satisfied with France Trampoline, which just provided me with replacement parts (net, springs, posts...) for my product. Congratulations on the continuity of your product approach, your professionalism, and your very competitive pricing.
The products seem to be of very good quality... And the customer service is really fast and efficient... Highly recommended!!!
Fast service and quick contact from the advisors to validate the order content. One downside: it was specified that the carrier would contact to define a time slot for delivery, but they called only once in front of the door!
Good material. Fast delivery. Very correct packaging. Easy assembly with instructions in French. One small downside: manufacturing defect on 2 springs. Out of 88 springs, it's not essential and I will contact the company to arrange for an exchange. The first impressions are good regarding quality. Review to be reassessed in a few years.
Quality material. Clear instructions. A few small delivery issues, but resolved quickly. A serious company apparently.
The service of the site is top-notch, phone, delivery, etc... the trampoline is very good and seems to be of very good quality, we will see over time but for now the whole family is very happy.
The trampoline completely meets our expectations. The delivery was perfect. The only downside is that the assembly turned out to be more difficult than expected because the manual in French for the protective net was missing and the key provided for assembly as well as one bolt were damaged, so we had to go buy others. After this bad moment passed, the trampoline finally assembled, the children and we ourselves are having great moments of laughter thanks to this trampoline which seems very robust.
Excellent quality product! Robust, reliable, does not move! The net is high and well secured with a double-hidden entrance that can be closed! Non-slip ladder... great color! In one word: DELIGHTED!
Very good quality trampoline. And well-made instructions for assembly. The delivery was made within the deadlines. Very good site, to recommend.
very good material and fast delivery
delivery as planned, good quality
I live in Switzerland and I have a postal box in France but it only accepts Colissimo or Chronopost! Many Swiss do this when they live not too far from the border! It's not bad either! We don't necessarily have a private address in France, because of the carriers! Because for us in Switzerland, customs fees are very expensive. If we live in France, it's great but for me who orders from Switzerland, it's a bit annoying. Plus, they are very nice at the phone.
impeccable product, easy to order, prices are affordable for some products but too expensive for others
The trampoline completely meets our expectations (design, robustness, finishes). Long hours of fun for our children... I didn't give the fifth star because the delivery was quite chaotic.
Clear, precise, and compliant. Nothing to say (except that :-) ) !!! Be sure to test the compliance of the accessories sold!!! When installing the protective net of the trampoline, I had to shorten the fiberglass rod by 26 cm to close it!!
delivery times are in accordance with those stated on the website, the material seems to be of very good quality (after 1 month of testing, however)
Delivery in accordance with the announced deadline and very good quality product. The site is very clear and the delivery tracking is excellent.
We thought a lot before this purchase, took multiple opinions and finally we decided! We are very happy with this trampoline! It brings joy to the whole family (young and old!). Quick assembly, certain quality, delivery ok! Perfect!
very good contact for a telephone inquiry, delivery time respected.
Serious contact with after-sales service.
Delivery time exceeded, if I hadn't followed up, I wouldn't know when it would have actually arrived. Otherwise, the product is in accordance with the order.
very good
Excellent online store that offers quality products.
quality product. It is a pity that the manual is not more complete and explicit on certain points, which would save time during assembly.
Very good service: the package arrived within the expected time and in very good condition. The trampoline is in accordance with the description. Assembly takes time, but the instructions are very clear. Overall, we are completely satisfied with our purchase.
good follow-up available by phone, notifying the client by phone the day before delivery would be a plus.
We can be put in touch with customer service very quickly, the order is processed immediately, we are dealing with very competent professionals. Thank you.
Delivery time very random.
Dear Sir or Madam, Following our telephone conversation today, we understand your disappointment regarding the delivery times. You placed your order on Sunday, August 11, and were delivered on Tuesday, August 20, which is a delay significantly longer than what we announce on our site, namely 2 to 5 working days after the order. This delay is regularly observed and managed by our carriers. However, in August, some delivery agencies near our clients are understaffed and work with substitute drivers, and it can happen that some delays are extended to the detriment of our clients, despite our reminders. We can only apologize for this delay that occurred, especially during the extended weekend of August 15. The France Trampoline team.
Very good product, flawless transaction.
perfect
- clear website. - very wide range (for beginners or pros). - fast and careful delivery. - problem with the amount of shipping costs when ordering accessories.
Delivery times respected. Products conform to the order. Perfect.
excellent quality trampoline. Very fast delivery. We are very satisfied.
Delivery ok. Clear installation guide.
Robust trampoline and fairly easy assembly. Some doubts sometimes but the assembly videos found online can help. Small downside for the delivery person who left the package in front of the street because he didn't want to back into our yard even though 2 trucks can fit in there... anyway... otherwise we are delighted. We will judge the rest later with time... but the quality is there.
For now, I can only judge the delivery which was correct. The product seems good.
An 'oversight' in preparing the order was quickly recovered after a phone call to customer service. Very efficient phone reception and quick delivery after this little hiccup. Excellent quality material that the whole family enjoys. The 4.30 m is the ideal model for a fairly sporty trampoline.
Good product, of good quality, easy to assemble. It would just need a few extra small elements like a nut, a spring, and an elastic in case of an assembly problem. Also, reinforce the ladder a bit which seems a bit less sturdy than the rest.
Perfect order. Delivery on the requested day. Very good quality product.
All good.
Flawless! They met the deadline I requested, even in the middle of August! Perfect customer service, attentive, a store like they don't make anymore!
