Very effective and fast, excellent
A product of very high quality, delivered quickly, easy to assemble for everyone's happiness. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
Fast and efficient service for replacing a part. We have been using one of their trampolines for 7 years with always renewed pleasure. The durability is very good except for the protection net poles. (The cylindrical part that fits over the metal poles)
Both small and large have adopted it!!!
Fast delivery, easy assembly via the instructions, good quality
Lower the shipping price and it will be perfect.
very good product and delivery is very fast
Easy assembly, beautiful result. Our little boy loves it!!!! Just a small downside, a bit of a lack of explanation for fixing the foot trampoline
Fast delivery and product in line with our expectations. Solid and safe trampoline.
Quality material, product in stock, fast shipping
Very good quality, instructions not necessarily in line with the product. Moreover, it looks like European manufacturing, which is rare at the moment. Delivery 5 days after the order, so on time.
Good quality but shipping costs are exorbitant.
I recommend their products. Very good quality.
The order tracking was perfectly executed and the information regarding the phases of delivery was interesting. Material perfectly delivered, in accordance with the order and satisfactory for assembly and use.
Excellent product delivered quickly; Delivery should be announced online with the day and half-day planned for this purpose: the delivery person had to come back because I was not notified during the first visit
trampoline 4.30m jump up ordered on a Sunday evening and received 3 days later, can't do better! quick and easy assembly due to the quality of the materials and nothing was missing! very aesthetic with its green color that blends into the landscape, its solid net and the very thick cushion! we are delighted with this purchase, especially my son who finds it great compared to the other trampolines he has had, he jumps higher and has fun with the free foot trampoline.
very good site, fast delivery, perfect
Very good communication via email for order tracking. Short delivery times and respected. Obligation to call the carrier to set an appointment for delivery. An error on the order but very good responsiveness from the after-sales service to resolve the issue. Very satisfied overall.
Very efficient service. Safe and quality product. The first net lasted 5 years. However, the assembly instructions are not very clear. The green protection on the stakes of the safety net does not close from below. Experience has shown us that the foam inside slipped after a certain time. A pressure system or Velcro or something else should be considered to keep this foam in place.
Fast delivery and package in good condition
Quality is there, delivery time respected
The trampoline I ordered meets my expectations delivered on time.
The trampoline seems to be of better quality than in other stores; delivery time respected; assembly quite easy
Fast delivery, well done packaging. Reception after 3 days compared to the order. No problem with the assembly of the trampoline
Perfect except for the carrier who was unable to say whether he was coming in the morning or the afternoon. In case of absence, you have to pay for the second presentation to the carrier but he can easily make you lose the whole day. That's not cool.
Nothing to report. Impeccable, high-end service.
The trampoline is of good quality and aesthetic, easy and quick to assemble by 2 people. The delivery was fast. It is safe with the thick protective cushion. We took the 2m50 without a safety net for a less imposing visual aspect. It is easy to move by 1 person by sliding it on the lawn. We often move it during the day to find shaded spots. We also took the protective cover, we find it useful to preserve the fabric from branches, leaves, pollen when the children are not using the trampoline as we have large trees nearby. The children use it every day to jump but also as a hammock for their moments of rest like reading. It is well integrated into our garden.
Completely satisfied with the trampoline and the speed of transport. The product was out of stock with a delay that was well respected. Package well packaged, nothing to complain about. Good quality of the product compared to what is commonly found in large stores.
Order quickly and well honored
Good interlocutor with very good advice. Attentive to the customer. Order placed with complete confidence.
Satisfactory service. Two-week delay before delivery was correct. Only downside, the Apollo Sport model would be better with a mesh fabric as the black mesh fabric offers resistance to air with each jump which reduces the amplitude of the jumps.
Ultra-fast delivery and very good quality of the product.
Product delivered on time. Phone call from the carrier 2 days before delivery and then on the same day 30 minutes before.
Validation, preparation and very fast delivery.
Fast delivery, box in good condition. The people I spoke to on the phone for scheduling were pleasant and friendly. The delivery person lacked a bit of a smile but did a good job. The trampoline site is easy to navigate, pleasant to look at, with good products, we are delighted with our purchase and the kids too!!
Good advice, deadline respected, product perfect, therefore!!!
Excellent product and fast delivery as agreed!! Super, very happy
Very good service. Fast delivery, good phone advice. Assembly took 1h30 but we are delighted as it seems to be of very good quality, solid.
Very good quality, also pretty. However, assembly takes an enormous amount of time.
Initially ordered item replaced by an equivalent product, a bit cheaper and available much more quickly: received within 10 days, in perfect condition, and too much perceived refunded. Very good service.
Excellent site. Very serious and fast.
Fast delivery, very good quality material
Received without damage. Assembly in 3h30. Everything works correctly and the children are happy.
Good product that meets our expectations. However, delivery service was mediocre: they kept us waiting all day and did not come. New contact the next morning without even an apology, to inform us that the truck would not come to our house, that we had to agree on a meeting place to avoid maneuvers, even though we have had the opportunity to welcome trucks without any problems... Unnecessary precaution and moreover not requested by the driver himself according to him.
Delivery on time, perfect reception, assembly without problems, good quality trampoline, children, grandchildren, parents and grandparents delighted
Excellent quality of the material, very clear and well explained instructions, very well thought out material.
Nothing to report except for the cover I bought for my trampoline, it does not cover everything. Your services asked me to send photos and since 2 weeks no response :( It's a shame to have such a good quality trampoline and a protective cover that does not fit perfectly and that I have to pick up leaves or cherries every day, thank you.
Good product, good service. Nothing more to report. Best regards
Very good, good order tracking from order to delivery, top material.
Very good material and very fast service!!!!
