trampoline suitable for our 32-month-old children and of very good quality
Wow trampoline 430 ordered on Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday on a wrapped pallet. The carrier called us on Monday to schedule an appointment. The driver was very nice and professional. Assembly in less than 2 hours without any problems. Very nice trampoline. My children are happy and so are the parents. I really do not regret my purchase.
fast, contact by phone for delivery, very good! and especially help with transporting the packages to the designated place with the kindness of the carrier, thank you again
quality product, deadline respected, easy assembly despite some hesitations for the net. More expensive but better hoping for French!
Nothing to complain about for now regarding the management of the order and the quality of the product
Perfect customer service from order to delivery
We found the spring protectors we were looking for. Very good quality of the product, delivered quickly. The only downside is that the description did not clearly indicate that the attachment bungee cords were part of the kit, which meant we also ordered them additionally.
nothing to report, very efficient on the entire order, it's very appreciated
Very good material, fast shipping. a lot of seriousness.
We are very very happy with the product, of very good quality, very secure, delivered quickly despite a stock shortage, we took the skirt for this 360 trampoline which in addition to being practical for shoe storage perfectly dresses the whole, the trampofoot offered makes the children happy; without a problem, we would reorder.
Fast delivery despite a labeling error on the part of the carrier. The children are delighted with their trampoline.
Very good trampoline, very high quality (Jump'up 360). Very good customer service. Fast delivery time despite some issues: stock issues, initially available but ultimately with an additional two-week delay. Then an issue with a defective part but a replacement part provided in 24 hours! In short, real responsiveness.
We are satisfied with the purchased product, however we are very unhappy with the transport chosen by France Trampoline which did not deliver on the agreed day!
Impeccable delivery, impeccable material
GOOD QUALITY MATERIAL, good customer service for order tracking, respectable delivery time, nothing to say for now, remains to see the quality of the trampoline over time especially if it stays outside in all weather.
fast service but missing 2 bolts for the protection and a white paint stain on the jumping mat otherwise great
Good product, and extremely fast delivery despite a high cost.
Very good service. Fast delivery and perfect after-sales service!
Customer service attentive, friendly and responsive. Irreproachable quality. Thank you
very quick and precise email responses
excellent service, serious information, perfect order tracking, fast delivery
The advice is relevant and the commitments are kept
When ordering, the desired trampoline was not available. The salesperson confirmed delivery on a specific date and that was the case. At least one site that does not announce a date without respecting it, so I say bravo and thank you for this professionalism
Trampoline well received and meets our expectations. The quality seems to be there! Assembly was quite easy. Some communication problems with the carrier who did not want to go up our sloping dead end with his truck... we had to insist for him to do his job...

Super trampoline, but two problems: dimensions are not overall and assembly manual for the net is very light
