Good phone advice; good order tracking; delivery OK
Very good quality, fast delivery
Quality trampoline, difficult to assemble (fabric to stretch) and fast but unfriendly delivery service.
Fast delivery. The material (trampoline pad) is of good quality. Written instructions would be welcome to install the pad correctly and quickly. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
Very satisfied with our order. Delivery as promised within the deadlines. Quality of the trampoline is top-notch. Very good product (purchase of a Jump'up 2.50 with net)
We were informed of the product being out of stock at the time of ordering but not in a precise way about the restocking.
Fast delivery, good quality trampoline, the kids love it, the adults too.
Product completely in line with the description. Fast delivery and impeccable customer service. I highly recommend this site!!
Quality product, easy to assemble, good protection, to recommend.
The material seems to be of good quality, no problems so far.
Very fast delivery, excellent quality material
Good product, good service
Perfect product. Very simple assembly. Impeccable customer service that was able to proactively respond to my delivery issue.
very satisfied
Fast delivery, trampoline of very good quality both in terms of springs and fabric and mat. Nothing to complain about. Let's see over time...
without problems
fast delivery, simple assembly, very good...
Product of very high quality. Both the little ones and the big ones enjoy the trampoline every day with a lot of fun. Speed of order processing. The only downside is the delivery times which are not compatible when you work.
Barely time to say phew, and the package was delivered. As for the booster... it lives up to its name! ********, 47 years old, 78 kg
nothing to say, great customer service, thank you
Very good French quality. Delivery without problems in the province and at my vacation spot, perfect service quality from the carrier. Easy assembly. The only small downside is the manual! It could be better detailed according to the trampoline model. We lost time finding parts we didn't have (since it was the small model). The kids are delighted and so are we.
no comment
good value for money, easy assembly, even alone no unpleasant surprises, I recommend this company.
Trampoline perfectly meets my expectations, do not rush the assembly at the risk of making mistakes. Received on time and the package was not damaged.
very happy with my purchase on France trampoline, conforms to the description. Delivery costs a bit high but very fast shipping (ordered on Monday at 9:30 am and delivered on Tuesday during the day)
innate services

Trampoline of very good quality. Easy assembly. Delivery on time.
No issues with delivery... Very well packaged... Easy setup... Very satisfied with the product... We are having a lot of fun in complete safety....
Clear site, timely delivery, quality product, well-made instructions,
Totally satisfied, I was delivered quickly, the assembly of the trampoline was simple, the jump up 390 is great, the kids and parents are having a blast, in short, pure happiness. I am delighted to have ordered from this site.
Great: I wanted to add a tarp to my order after validating my trampoline order online, no problem making the request by phone, and without paying for shipping twice! Everything arrived within the week.
The installation was done with three dynamic young people: so no problem. The delivery was punctual. Very satisfied and my children even more. And, we will see with time... In any case, everyone is laughing a lot, both the big ones and the little ones!
Our trampoline arrived well within the time frame and in very good condition. We are really pleased with our purchase. The product seems to be of very good quality. It is currently bringing joy to our 3 children.
perfect fast delivery package on a well-wrapped pallet good quality product my children love it
Hello, if you want optimal safety for you and your children, I recommend purchasing a trampoline from a professional. After seeing the trampolines around my area from large brands, I searched for perfection and safety, and I assure you that I am not disappointed at all. My children jump with complete peace of mind; they have space and are delighted. I tried it myself and I confirm that I do not regret my purchase. The assembly was very easy, well explained, and it blends well with the garden. I have a lot to say, but it would be too long; just to keep it short, don't hesitate to set the bar very high for good moments. Thank you very much.
very good material, delivery time respected
Good supplies and services overall. However, some arrangements are not perfectly functional. For example, the protective cushions on the trampoline springs have no means of securing them and need to be repositioned frequently.
Super trampoline!!! easy to assemble, very sturdy net and perfect closing system for young children. Very fast delivery time with only one downside: the size of the pallet not suited to the length of the package, we were afraid that some elements would be damaged but everything was perfect. We recommend!
correct
very satisfactory purchase of very good quality. fast delivery
No comment. Package received, informative email to explain what is happening when necessary. No problem.
the option for securing the trampoline to the ground is not very practical and disappointing. The overall price remains quite high but quality is fairly good.
Super trampoline of very good quality. Nothing to complain about, the kids are having a blast.
Package arrived as expected. Message to inform about the arrival of the package and the conduct to follow. Long assembly (normal!) but well explained.
Nothing to say, the quality is there. A safe bet in the complicated world of trampolines.
good delivery service. very good material. WARNING, the assembly booklets are sometimes incomplete. You need to be handy or multilingual to succeed in the proper assembly. oval assembly 4h (trampoline + safety net + skirt)
fast service, simple assembly, after 1.5 hours our daughters were able to enjoy the trampoline of excellent quality.
Very fast delivery: within 48 hours. Clean packages and fairly easy installation if you follow the instructions! The children are delighted and so are the parents.
ease of assembly of a material that seems to be of quality
