Very very good telephone reception. I would say that my only concern before delivery was leaving all my card references over the phone... I really hesitated but the deadline was too tight, when will PayPal or others be available.... Afterward, the documentation could perhaps be more detailed in diagrams. A bit like Swedish furniture. Impeccable service. The order service called back because I had made a mistake with the tarp reference: bravo. One downside that prevents me from giving 5 stars: the plastics at the top of the net poles were not well protected = 1/2 was broken upon opening the box (this did not prevent assembly and is a part masked by the plastic protection but it's a shame. I recommend this superb product.
