meets my expectations
After studying several models from competitors, I chose France Trampoline for the quality of the materials indicated in the product sheet and after one week of use, I am delighted with my purchase and especially the children! Fast delivery in 72 hours and even though the delivery person did not call us to arrange an appointment as planned, the delivery was ultimately made the next day without additional costs. I will recommend my purchase to my circle.
very good
the material offered does not necessarily correspond to what is sought
Everything is perfect. Product delivered perfectly on time. Beautiful quality. Very satisfied. Highly recommend +++
very good
Very professional. Good advice over the phone. Excellent quality product compared to what can be found elsewhere. Fast delivery by carrier. One small issue: a part of the protective net attachment was broken upon arrival, but quick exchange after sending photos as proof. In short, nothing to complain about. Thank you very much. Do not hesitate to trust them. I recommend!
Good service, reasonable delay, shipping costs a bit excessive (14.4 Euros for shipping 6 tips at 18 Euros, it's very expensive!)
Very good product, fast delivery, payment facilities. Recommended.
The delivery time is respected, even if it's the longest (2 to 5 working days), it took 5 for us! Only downside, there is no installation manual.
Hello, we take your comment into account and we apologize for this issue. Indeed, there is no installation manual for the protection cushion ordered alone. Just place it on the springs and pass the bungees through the eyelets and attach them to the frame. We renew our apologies for this issue and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very good product. Fast delivery. Payment facilities. Recommended.
Good
Nothing to say.
Good service
Everything is perfect
Easy order on the site. All technical information allows for a good choice of trampoline. AFTER RECEIVING ORDER: Very good quality trampoline. Very clear assembly sheet. Fast delivery with no fees. Kids & adults very happy!
Perfect. Quick order and careful delivery. Quality product easy to assemble thanks to very clear instructions. A big thank you
I appreciated the professionalism of this company, as well as the ease of contacting them. A small downside regarding a breakage after a storm, no commercial gesture on the high shipping costs when for me the fault was indeed shared.
Hello, We have taken your comment into account. You replaced broken parts after a storm. However, we do not understand how we can share the fault with Mrs. Nature and make a commercial gesture accordingly. Shipping costs are an additional cost but unfortunately, this does not depend on us. We pass them on as fairly as possible to you and all our customers. Sincere greetings. The France Trampoline team.
This trampoline skirt is solid, practical with its pockets, easy to install. I was afraid it would be too small at first, as I couldn't close it. But after readjusting each strap (don't hesitate to redo it several times to stretch the fabric well), it's perfect. The 3.60m model fits perfectly for my 3.65m trampoline, purchased from another sports store. Additional positive mention for responding to my question about compatibility between this skirt and my trampoline very quickly.
Very good commercial service, nothing to complain about. No more expensive than another brand and better quality. I advised some parents to check this site
Nice, friendly, professional team and very attentive. Meeting all our expectations with seriousness.
Nothing to complain about, impeccable!
Clear site, fast and careful shipping. Quality material
Reactive team both at the order and for the pickup at the depot, good welcome from the staff.
Nothing to complain about

France Trampoline
Advice before the sale very accurate according to needs; Fast delivery, call from the delivery person to schedule an appointment and respect for the appointment. Missing product and resent the day of the call received the next day, I assembled the 3.60m trampoline by myself, my husband helped me with a few springs. One point of improvement to consider on the manual which would benefit from a bit of color and photos in addition to sketches. For the net, I had to flip through the pages of the manual which were mixed in languages. With its colors, it blends into the landscape. My children appreciate the trampofoot gift, the trampoline seems sturdy and made with good materials which I hope will last at least 5 years. This is actually the kind of review that is missing on the site: section "your trampoline a few years later" in any case for my part appointment in 4 years at which point I estimate my purchase amortized Thank you France Trampoline my children are crazy with joy and so am I :-)
serious service. Compliance of ordered products and very fast reception. Excellent quality trampoline. The whole family is delighted.....
good!
Very good and fast
No problem regarding the material and delivery. However, I regret that the fixing material manual is in English and it would be interesting to produce this material in France....
Hello, we apologize for this issue. Our manuals are normally in French. You could have contacted us by phone or email and we would have sent you a manual in French right away. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Excellent quality product (wow)
Great site! trampoline conforms to the order!
Remarkably efficient in responding to my order (trampoline jump mats). As soon as I received my email, someone from the team called me to verify if the specified measurements were correct. (well done!) A fast and precise delivery service (the next day, I received my order!) Easy product search.
Very fast shipping
Perfect communication, no problem with shipping, excellent quality trampoline. I do not regret my purchase.
Good service but disappointed by the logistics (I had to pick up my package myself at the carrier's warehouse).
Very good quality trampoline, relatively fast delivery (1 small week).
