very good
No major issues everything went well and the device is operational. And it seems to be of good quality.
nothing to say
fast shipping, the mat fits perfectly thank you
Trusted provider
fast delivery, very good quality, the children are delighted I recommend to everyone
Perfect!
Just one small downside... It's your assembly instructions that need to be more explicit. Otherwise, for the rest, nothing to complain about: quality of the material, delivery times...
SUPER PRODUCT IN EVERY WAY AS WE EXPECTED
PERFECT. Very fast delivery (order on Monday at 6 PM, delivery on Friday at 3 PM). Complete assembly took 3 hours for two people. Trampoline of very good quality. The children are delighted.
Listening and setting up the services are very good
I asked for advice before my purchase by phone, a very competent person informed me. I then ordered the trampoline, the delivery was made without any problems within the expected time. The assembly of the trampoline went very well, the material is really of very good quality, since my 5-year-old daughter only thinks about jumping on her trampoline, her older brothers borrow it as soon as they can... ONE WORD PERFECT!!
I FOUND A VERY GOOD CONTACT WHO WAS ABLE TO RESPOND TO MY EXPECTATIONS WITH SPEED AND COURTESY. VERY PROFESSIONAL
Excellent for the service: order and delivery. Very good quality material. The kids are delighted.
Trampoline delivered by Santa Claus and assembled last week. The kids are thrilled... thank you Santa Claus!
nothing to say, trampoline as I wanted, a bit big indeed, delivery on time, very well packaged, easy assembly
The delivery person left the packages on the sidewalk.
perfect trampoline, assembly quite quick, net protection and ladder matching the need. A real pleasure for the kids!
Fast delivery, ordered on Tuesday evening, delivered on Friday at 1 PM. Very well packaged, clear instructions, easy assembly. And very happy kids, what more can I say, oh yes!!! We even receive an email to warn us when there is a storm warning in our area. Congratulations to France trampoline, I recommend you.

Super well-presented site, careful delivery and deadlines respected.
I am generally happy with the trampoline, the quality, and the service. Since the trampoline was installed, the kids haven't left it. Plus, I added the trampofoot which is very popular. 2 downsides: - difficulties in assembling the net - the price: I bought the trampoline on sale with the trampofoot additionally to find out that at the time of delivery (I had requested delivery in spring with a purchase date during the sales period), the price was the same as the sale price and that the trampofoot was free!). I find the commercial policy during sales a bit misleading!
site up to the desired height, well done but just a downside on the transport which was a bit limited in quality. We have bulky packages but placed on a 60 X 80 pallet is a bit limited, not much film around the pallet so the boxes are damaged.
Hello, We apologize for this pallet issue. However, after checking your delivery note signed by you, no reservations were mentioned regarding this matter. We have still reported this information to our preparation service. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
very good product. Let's see how it evolves over time
Very good quality products, fast transport. Nothing to say.
Clear and well-made site
Very good service!! Very short delay!! Very well packaged
Order well managed and successful delivery.
Excellent quality product and ultra-fast delivery (ordered on Tuesday afternoon and received on Friday). Nothing to complain about, all good.
Good quality product. Very fast delivery in 48 hours
trampoline jump purchased for our 5-year-old daughter and also a bit for us. A real treat. Assembly is quite simple but takes time.
very very good customer service
Very simple and clear to use, very effective
Nothing to say about the order to delivery process. Just need to test the durability of the material over time, especially regarding wear
We are very satisfied with the trampoline, it just lacks a small piece and we will ask for it.
Hello, we just saw your comment and we asked you for the missing "small part" so that we can send it to you quickly. We apologize for this problem. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Order for a replacement jumping mat on a trampoline purchased 5 years ago. The product still exists, the product meets expectations, of good quality, delivered on time. no complaints to make.
Perfect product that meets our expectations. Delivery time respected.
Very good on all points
Wide choice at affordable prices. Fast delivery without problems. The material seems very solid, to see in use. Excellent customer service (speed of responses, quality of answers).
just perfect !!
Everything went very well. Information, order, delivery.
Serious follow-up of the order, very good material, impeccable, to recommend.
Speed between the order and the phone call for the delivery appointment. Top delivery, and material up to what we expected. A small downside, in the picture, there was the fabric to play football, I thought it was included and offered...
Hello, We thank you for your comments. Your purchase did mention "trampoline with safety net, ladder and anchoring kit offered". There is no mention of the trampofoot. Some presentation photos may have a trampofoot installed indeed so that you can best visualize this accessory on the trampoline. We apologize for this issue and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
no manual sent by email and spring clamp also not very good quality product
Hello, We apologize for this issue. In a case like this, we can send the manual by email very quickly. We also apologize for the oversight of the clamp. This is the first time this has happened to us and we sincerely apologize for that. The France Trampoline team.
Efficiency, speed, easy assembly, good product. One point for improvement: the 4 ground anchoring pegs are a bit light compared to the structure to hold.
very serious, fast, very good material
Material conforms, well packaged, delivered on time, no issues.
Everything went well, notified in advance and fifteen minutes before, punctuality.
It was very easy thanks to the information on the site to determine which item met our needs. The delivery was very fast and the assembly simple and without problems. Since then, the little children but also the older ones are having a lot of fun....... To see over time but everything seems to be of excellent quality.
