Perfectly guided in the choice of the product. No need for additional information. Very satisfied with my order and the quick process. Serious in delivery. Very satisfied with the quality of the product.
Very detailed description of the product, proof of seriousness.
Great product, top quality, nothing to compare with the trampolines from large distribution.
Very happy with the service and very happy with the phone information to refine my order. Thank you again.
Very very good.
The delivery had a problem: the delivery person only contacted us once in front of our gate, at 2 PM in the middle of a working day... There should either be an email beforehand informing us of the delivery time, or a call at least 4 hours in advance.
Hello, we understand your concern and we apologize for it. This should indeed not happen as we request the appointment service from the carrier. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
It was good and arrived on time before Easter.
Speed for delivery, no problem. Technician's advice obtained quickly.
The search could be more intuitive. Nothing to say about the rest, payment, delivery, packaging, and product. Perfect!
Delivery within the deadlines, complete and quality material, easy to assemble (except the ladder).
Hello, we are quite surprised by your comment about the ladder. The elements of it are relatively easy to assemble together and should be done with a bit of force only. If you encounter too much difficulty, do not hesitate to call us or send us photos directly. We will help you directly. The France Trampoline team.
Excellent service, fast delivery split into two because the second item had a different delivery time. Arrangement facilitated with the carrier to match our schedules and the time was respected in the fixed time slot. (between 9 AM and 10 AM, the delivery person was there at 9:30 AM)
Speed of delivery, good quality. To be seen over time...
Quick to process the order, well-packaged parcel. Reliable for the delivery service (5 days). Excellent product, we are very satisfied with the trampoline. Just the door closure is questionable, the velcro is hard to put back from the inside for children.
I am very satisfied with this product and the delivery! I highly recommend it!!!
good performance
Professional, serious.
Happy with the product, thank you.
Very satisfactory trampoline for my three children. I do not regret my purchase at all. Delivered on time. The only small issue was that the transport company did not send a text message, I did not understand, I thought of **** with all that we receive. I would have preferred to be called.
Trampoline arrived on time. Easy to assemble (I, the mom, assembled it).
The customer service provides clear information and is very responsive to requests. The material was delivered within the expected timeframe. Once assembled, we were satisfied with our choice.
Great product, in line with our order, respect for the delivery time.
Nothing to complain about, fast shipping, assembly not always obvious.
Very good customer follow-up after telephone contact.
Very fast delivery. Items as described. Good product descriptions on the site.
Just a few words: very satisfied. Thank you for the speed.
Very serious company - great professionalism - quick and efficient after-sales service - Bravo for all these very positive points!
Good product with fast and serious delivery.
I am very satisfied with the delivery time, trampoline ordered on Thursday evening, delivered on Wednesday morning. I give 4 stars because during assembly, we had a crushed tube which hindered us in assembling the structure. Fortunately, with a few hammer blows, we were able to fit the two pieces together... I will leave another review in a few months to assess the sturdiness against the weather (spring protection cover, net, faded color or not, etc...)
After-sales service (order of spare parts) perfect!!!
Simple to order and fast for delivery.
Delivery time not always well respected.
Very good telephone advice to guide the choice of trampoline. Well-organized delivery.
The delivery was very fast and the product is really as described. This trampoline seems very sturdy and my children can't get enough of it.
Order without problems. Delivery as agreed. The only downside was that an optional item included in the pack was not received, and we did not get a response from France Trampoline.
Hello, after checking your order, it was the anchoring kit that was offered with your order as mentioned in your cart, your order confirmation, and your invoice. That is why the trampofoot was not included with your pack. The France Trampoline team.
Order very well handled, but assembly poorly explained and hook for net already 2 broken, too bad
Hello, We have seen your comment and we will send you hooks so that you can replace the broken ones. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with the assembly. We are available all week and there are videos on our YouTube channel just in case. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Delighted with my purchase on France trampoline. very good purchase, the whole family appreciates it, I recommend this site, fast delivery with appointment scheduling. trampoline super, pure happiness! well done
Friendly telephone contact, very quick response. Fast shipping as well!! Perfect!!
Delivery time not respected.
Hello, we acknowledge receipt of your comment. Indeed, the delivery took a bit longer than expected after verification. The carrier waited for your return after several voicemails for 3 days to confirm the delivery day. Without your agreement, the carrier will not deliver to you like that, and fortunately so. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
Very good. No assembly difficulties. Clear and well-illustrated instructions (with the caveat of a page inversion between the French and Italian manuals...)
Deadlines perfectly respected. Material very well packaged. Excellent quality product and easy assembly.
very good relationship with France Trampoline, very responsive to requests for information.
quality material delivered on time; perfect. The instructions, however, are not easy to understand (not very detailed)
They advise you on products based on your needs. They will contact you again during the day. The phone reception when taking the order is very clear, good and efficient. Delivery times are respected.
Quality product, delivered within a reasonable time.
I appreciated: - up-to-date website - respect for announced deadlines - receipt of packages in very good condition - no unpleasant surprises during installation - friendliness and professionalism of the contacted people - speed of responses (email/phone)
First of all, very fast delivery. Assembly was not that complicated, my children aged 17, 16, and 13 installed it. Since then, I have had a hard time getting the "little ones" out of this new playground. I can only give compliments. Very very good product and very good service.
Functional website, good presentation of products. Quick and very serious order processing, product delivered in 3 days. Reception as expected, packaging in perfect condition. Simple assembly, product of excellent quality. In practice, our trampoline is a delight for both big and small and the quality of manufacturing shows every day!
Service corresponding to our order, delivered very quickly. The assembly is relatively simple and the product seems solid. Only downside: a wider closing flap should be provided so that it does not have to be pulled to be velcroed.
Delivered on time without any problems. Quality product that brings joy to the children every day since the assembly of the trampoline.
nothing to complain about impeccable service.
