Quality service. Delivery within the announced deadlines.
A customer of France Trampoline for over 5 years, I am still very satisfied. I recommend this company to anyone looking to acquire a trampoline. Quality services and products. Father of three children aged 13, 10, and 8, our trampoline is the best toy I have ever bought. They never get tired of it and at least they are not staring at a screen. They expend energy. It also brings joy to the children who come to the house. Convinced parents. However, I would never have bought it without the net.
Nothing to say about the material, however the partner carrier is not the fastest (one week after delivery by France Trampoline). Nothing too bothersome for leisure material but other carriers are much faster
very good quality service short and respected deadline
Nothing to report
the trampoline has just been assembled, of very good quality, the kids are thrilled!!!
I have nothing to say about the quality of the interlocutors and their seriousness. The only concern is that I did not receive the entirety of the order and do not know the outcome of this matter. Indeed, upon opening the box, 2 items were listed on the delivery note and only 1 was in the box. I was told that I should have made reservations on the delivery note. I am not in the habit of opening the packages that are delivered to me and only check that the box is not damaged, which was not the case. I hope to have a favorable outcome...
Hello, thank you for your comment. Your file is still open on our side to find a solution to your problem. It is important at delivery to properly check your package and the delivery note attached to the package. Without any reservations made, for any shipper, this means that the package is well delivered according to the order. We remain at your disposal in any case. The France Trampoline team.
excellent, I have nothing to say
Excellent quality trampoline, easy to assemble (with two people). The kids love it. Everything arrived on time, well packaged. The only downside is that the delivery person left everything on the road, at the bottom of our house. We had to unpack all the packages to bring everything up to the house (house in the mountains).
1st contact very good FT, product compliant and top quality. Read the instructions well and you will save time. 1st and 2nd contact with the delivery person top My only downside: a not-so-great driver during delivery but FT can't do anything about that!! I recommend this site and its products with my eyes closed.
the trampoline is well made, too bad the instructions are not more explicit.
Delivery was quite fast despite being out of stock. Trampoline of very good quality. Clear assembly documentation.
The website is clear and allows for easy reading and searching. It is very comprehensive which is a real plus. The different products made and designed by France Trampoline demonstrate quality and are a guarantee of seriousness!
fast delivery in Belgium!
Product and delivery times are perfect.
Very serious and good quality material
Very good quality, easy to assemble
Perfect! Trampoline jump jp of 3m, our 4-year-old son is delighted! Nice trampofoot accessory.
Delivery date OK, easy assembly done alone in 4 hours, nothing was missing, everything was perfect, I recommend this site. The kids are having a blast, thank you
Very good trampoline, good quality material! My son is having a blast!
impeccable delivery regarding the appointment
Very good quality product; fast shipping, respecting deadlines. The people in charge of follow-up are easily reachable and able to answer any questions.
Very responsive customer service, trampoline received within the indicated deadlines. An accessory not yet received because not available but expected early May.
It is exactly the right size and of very good quality. Not to mention that in blue it looks great in the garden
Fast and compliant delivery. Very good quality trampoline. My daughter is delighted. One part was damaged when we assembled the trampoline. I easily contacted customer service, sent the photos and 3 days later I had my new part. Highly recommended with eyes closed.
good
Nothing to report ...... material received on time, no delay, very easy assembly of the trampoline, no missing parts ........... in short, perfect
Delivery time not respected by the carrier due to a delay in delivery of a few days.
I am very happy with my purchase (jump up 300), it is of very good quality. No delivery problems, delivered on time. Only downside: I bought a protective skirt and I find it a bit expensive.
Quality material that meets our expectations. It would have been preferable for the carrier to contact us 72 hours in advance as planned instead of notifying us on the day of delivery.
available and very professional interlocutors. quality service. very clear assembly instructions
I bought the Jump up 250 trampoline and I am delighted with my purchase! it inspires confidence with its solidity and stability. Nothing to compare with other brands found in supermarkets... the cushions are thick and the net is well stretched. Well designed for simple assembly. (2 people) In short, my children love it!!!! and I do too, I admit!! Certainly it is more expensive than what you can find in supermarkets but it is worth it for the quality and durability!
very good product. Quality and safety are perfect. this trampoline brings joy to my grandchildren. excellent product. We are completely satisfied.
Very good products. Good quality of commercial follow-up.
Super!!! The assembly was a great moment, the whole family pitched in, from 9 months (1st test of the fabric) to 70 years, reading the plan, not always well inspired ;-) we got our arms tired stretching the last springs, but the result is beyond our dreams!
It would be good if the example photos matched the product.
I was satisfied with the entire service. From the phone contact I had with the different people, to the order on the site and to the delivery. The assembly went smoothly, and the material seems solid, we will see in use (the children have already tested it and are happy!) Thank you.
Fast delivery and perfect packaging. The assembly was done by a handyman assisted by several helpers. Two hours! So if I had to assemble it, it would have taken me the whole day for sure!! Maximum safety/good quality but we will see in use (in a year...)
Nothing to say
5 stars
very good trampoline the children are delighted the quality seems very correct to see in use
Nothing to say, we have been enjoying our trampoline bought from France Trampoline for 4 years. We needed to buy the caps after a storm. The team is always available with good advice. I recommend them without hesitation
Well packaged product, impeccable delivery from the driver
Satisfactory product, delivery within the announced deadlines. Some additional details would be necessary on the manual for easier assembly.
Very good
Product delivered in good condition, too bad the time slot is so large
Congratulations on the product and the speed of shipping
Very good service and deadlines met without any problem
Very good brand. Clear site and products adapted to different needs. Ultra-responsive after-sales service.
