Very good product. Our 2 children aged 12 and 7 are happy with this acquisition. However, the instructions in the manual need to be revised. We could not manage to assemble the ladder correctly. Moreover, the gift sent with the trampoline to play with the ball is too small for the model we chose.
very serious site fast delivery very good quality
Delivery time respected. Quality product. To see with time....
very happy with the product.
Serious company, quality material, respected deadlines
trampoline received quickly and of quality, quick assembly
very good site, serious and fast.
INFO ORDERS
The service from France Trampoline is perfect. A small downside as always, the carriers come without warning.
Hello, Thank you for your comment. Your order includes small accessories. We clearly specify in several visible locations on the site (homepage box,
France Trampoline: a very reliable site. Our trampoline was no longer available at the time of our order and the indicated deadlines turned out to be accurate. The delivery went perfectly. The carrier contacted us more than 72 hours in advance to set up an appointment. The assembly of the trampoline was quick (less than 2 hours with 3 people). Our children have been testing it every day since... Very good value for money.
Very high quality trampoline compared to other models we see everywhere. Delivery time respected and very good telephone reception. Thanks to the entire FRANCE TRAMPOLINE team.
sending emails) that the carrier does not call for a shipment of accessories only. Please mention an address where delivery can be made during the week and during the day. The France Trampoline team.
Fast delivery.
Very available. Good advice.
good
Very good product whose price is fully justified. After seeing trampolines sold in well-known stores, the additional investment does not seem disproportionate given the quality of the materials used and the final result. Delivery of the packages on a very well-packaged pallet by competent delivery people.
The site is well designed to clearly define the product. Being contacted to verify the information is a plus to ensure that the order is correct. The received products are of quality and the shipping is fast.
Nothing to say for now, will see later on the duration.
Delivered quickly and in accordance with the order. Thank you again
very good
Very large choice of products. And very high professionalism
No email to notify us of the shipment, and the delivery company also did not send me the SMS with the code for the second delivery.
Simple and precise order with a very reasonable delay and obvious quality, I recommend this site which is very serious.
Received the cover in excellent condition and within reasonable time.
FAST AND RELIABLE SERVICE
Quality material, easy to assemble, we had a manufacturing defect on the jumping mat, customer service reacted quickly to send us a new mat, everything is compliant!
Hello, When my trampoline was delivered, I had ordered an anchoring kit at the same time. It was not delivered at the same time. I had to return to the site to understand that it was out of stock and that the delivery was delayed. An email notifying me of this setback would have been welcome. Regards
Hello, thank you for your comment. The anchoring kit was mentioned as out of stock on the product page and in the cart. We specifically mention a two-part shipment to avoid delaying the delivery of the trampoline and without additional costs. We apologize for this misunderstanding. The France Trampoline team.
Nothing to report everything is perfect
Competent contact person, deadline respected
Perfect, both in terms of product quality and delivery
The quality of the supplied material is good. However, we have a small issue because the ground anchoring kit was not provided. It was not mentioned on the delivery note, my wife sent you a message this weekend raising the issue as the money for the kit has been cashed.
Hello, We acknowledge receipt of your comments. We received the email this morning and we have replied to it. The anchoring kit was indeed placed in the trampoline box after verification. We are waiting for your feedback. The France Trampoline team.
Very good purchase, very good quality, the children are having a lot of fun. I recommend this site. Thank you.
BLA BLA
Perfect delivery Trampoline ok except for brackets that are too short but the new ones were quickly received (in 2 days) so very good responsiveness.
Good after-sales service
Very available people, whether by phone or email, very responsive. Happy with the advice provided. Fast delivery. Assembly instructions are very clear, so easy.
Hello, Excellent product, very good quality. Reassuring from a safety and functionality point of view. Implementation is quite simple as long as you have two people for assembly. A real professional trampoline!...looking forward to it
Big issues with the carrier.... totally abnormal to have part of the package stolen.
Hello, We thank you for your overall rating and your comments. We have forwarded the information to the carrier directly regarding your issue. The missing package was immediately resent at their expense of course as it was lost during the shipment of the first order. It is very important to check that all received packages are present according to the delivery note attached to the pallet (as indicated in the confirmation emails of your order shipment). We renew our apologies for this issue and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Perfect, trampoline, ordered, delivered, assembled as expected. Product meets expectations.
Pleasant and professional phone reception. Material provided is of excellent quality. One remark though: The protective net purchased to replace the old one has a zipper this time reinforced at the seams BUT unfortunately is smaller than previously and unfortunately my children have grown!! So folding it in four to fit into the trampoline!! So there is improvement and less. But the quality is there and that's the main thing!!
I took the Whaou 360 pack..... and we are fully satisfied. Very fast delivery I was informed of the package's departure by phone: very good follow-up. For assembly: we managed very easily with two in ... almost 2 hours The trampoline seems very solid and the finishes are very good.
Very efficient after-sales service that took into account my small problems with the net support ring and within a week had provided me with the spare parts to remedy it. My children are having a blast on the trampoline which is really great. Good product and plenty of hours of outdoor play ahead.
THE PRODUCT MEETS OUR EXPECTATIONS
Excellent quality price. Easy to assemble and easy to transport from one place to another. Delivered quickly. Well done!
Very serious. Delivery made as promised, and pleasant staff. As for the material, it meets our expectations in every way. Very good quality and I won't hesitate for a second to place a second order and recommend it to my friends.
Purchase of the jump'up 250 Product of very good quality, impeccable delivery. Nothing to say, everything is perfect except for a defective screw thread to put on a screw. I recommend this product without any problem.
Very reasonable deadlines, well packaged, easy to build with the instructions and especially the video on YouTube. We've only had it for 15 days, so impossible to judge the quality over time. But the next day a plastic hook from the protective net broke. Otherwise, the rest seems to be of very good quality. I weigh 70 kg and I go on it without fear. It's really nice for my daughter and her dad.
Efficient and very courteous after-sales service.
Excellent after-sales service for an excellent product! Buy with your eyes closed.
Impeccable delivery and service
