Fast and careful delivery. Product conforms and easy to assemble. Telephone service very available.
I ordered a new cover for our trampoline online. 1 hour later, the technical service called me to verify the dimensions with me, the next day our package was shipped, the day after we were delivered. Perfect: speed, efficiency, professionalism.
Quality product, fast delivery even to Corsica.
good quality of the product.
Everything went very well for this order. Payment, deadline, product compliance all is o.k. just a small problem 3 hooks broke during assembly
Hello, We apologize for this small issue. We will send you replacement hooks quickly. The France Trampoline team.
Well-designed and well-finished product, very robust, with a safety net that does its job, easy to assemble and delivered quickly. My children love it.
Product simple to install, it appears solid after the first weekend of use by my two pre-teens.
Efficient information. Fast delivery.
Despite a long wait, I am completely satisfied.
Serious company, we ordered a protection for our trampoline. - the site is clear - the delivery is fast (48h for our protection) - the materials are of good quality.
Very good telephone reception. Delivery time a bit long, which is explained by the holidays in May. The assembly plans could be clearer, I took 3h30 to build it. The quality is there. Best regards.
Robust-looking material that makes both kids and adults happy. A big downside for the net, impossible to set up correctly, and one hook broke in less than a week. The jumping mat is very good.
Impeccable !!!! Top !!!!
Ordered and received 3 days later, robust trampoline and easy to assemble. Very good quality compared to other trampolines. MY CHILDREN ARE DELIGHTED (15 years and 12 years).
Quick service, which I appreciated a lot
Nothing particular, everything went well.
Nothing to report
I recommend this site: serious and fast! Very good quality product, easy to install and which today brings joy to our son and his friends.
We were looking for a reliable quality product available quickly. We do not regret our choice. A customer service that is available, attentive, and efficient perfectly supported our purchase. The fast delivery was ensured.
A bit complicated to assemble, but excellent product quality.
Nothing to report, speed, quality....
good service and quick response to emails
Very good site. Serious, quality material, helpful staff.
Very satisfied
Delivery time as expected, good quality product apparently, difficulty in fitting one into the other the bars of the upper net fixation, unnecessary in season the protective cover that I thought I could install quickly but it requires removing the net not necessarily practical
a serious, fast, and efficient service that feels good.
serious service from order to delivery. Quality product.
fast efficient
Quality product. Good advice and friendliness on the phone, quick and efficient customer service. Fast delivery and friendly carrier (that's rare). Overall, the site and products are to be recommended. Just make a little effort on the assembly instructions which are very brief.
Good commercial contact, fast delivery within the expected time. I chose France Trampoline because there is a guarantee of having all the spare parts just in case. It's a shame that for small technical questions, we have to wait for the technician to get back to us.
Excellent material. Excellent phone contact before ordering. However, the information about the delivery was vague and then incorrect. Nevertheless, the initial deadlines were ultimately respected.
super pink trampoline that adds pep to my yard, sturdy, delighted with my purchase! my daughter was over the moon!
Fast delivery, products well packaged and of very good quality so far.
Very responsive
fast-efficient-respect of deadlines-good follow-up regarding transport-clarity
the carrier contacted us to arrange the delivery and it was only during this delivery that he mentioned having only one package out of the three expected. This necessitated a second visit from the carrier the next day for the two missing packages. It would have been simpler if the carrier had informed us during the first contact, we would have asked him to wait for a single complete delivery.
Very good customer service that provides advice tailored to the customer's needs without pushing for a sale. Quality product. No problem at the time of delivery.
very good
very professional
The trampoline once assembled gives complete satisfaction to the children. But we will have to see about the durability...
Very good description of the products on the site. Fast shipping. Note, the carrier was supposed to call me 30 minutes before delivery but did not do so. Fortunately, I was home when he arrived. Boxes damaged but not the contents. Long assembly but easy with two people. Everyone loves it.
Package delivered without any problem. Complete kit. Quality material. Note: be careful with the assembly documents. Some pages in Italian appear in the middle of the French ones.
Excellent quality material, sturdy and accompanied by protections for safe play. It comes with very clear assembly instructions. We enjoyed it in two hours...
excellent quality service nothing to complain about
impressed by the quality of the trampoline. One of the users is autistic and plays safely. Maybe a bit of grease would have been necessary before assembly to ensure future disassembly.
Very satisfied with the ordered products (good quality, quick assembly), the delivery times were respected and the packaging of the parcel was not damaged unlike what other users had mentioned.
Good quality product - very good assembly instructions. Perfect delivery service.
Service at the level of our expectations: delivery time, delivery method, and product quality
Trampoline of very good quality, meets expectations. Assembly instructions precise and very clear. Delivery within the deadlines specified at the time of the order.
Product easy to assemble, aesthetic and looks really robust. We'll see in use.
