Very good material. The assembly instructions lack a bit of clarity. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Very good customer service. Quality trampoline
Good reception when taking phone inquiries, and good after-sales service (a defective part replaced immediately)
we just replaced your old trampoline from Decathlon with an ovaline 430 model and nothing to see. a more resistant net, higher jumps and a ladder. our 8-year-old twins are delighted. the service and delivery are perfect. no problem with assembly. a very good quality-price ratio. thank you
good delivery and easy assembly
Delivery on time, well-packaged, understandable instructions although written in small print. Quick phone contact and constructive responses, the advisor taking his time to explain and even justify his answers.

good quality product, correct assembly booklet, problem of missing strap on tampofoot quickly resolved
Very professional and responsive.
A lot of professionalism, phone call to ensure the good order and proposal for return with refund.
Very nice trampoline, good timing for delivery. True professionals
easy to order and fast delivery however we had taken the small trampoline as a free option and instead we received the football net. We contacted trampoline France to inform them of the error and they told us that there was no more small trampoline but that they would call us back. It's been 10 days and still nothing. Too bad the product is great but the customer service is not great
Very good material perfectly meeting our expectations. Delivery without issues, responsive and efficient customer service.
quality material, easy to assemble with a very clear manual.
good but appointment between 10am and 12pm to actually be delivered at 5pm after a reminder from the carrier? otherwise very good product assembled quickly that brings joy to our daughter and her friends thank you see you later
Very good product in terms of quality-price. My second order the first trampoline is 5 years old.

Very good product
solid material and delivered quickly
Everything went very well. The order, the deadline, the delivery, the assembly: everything was perfect. We chose France Trampoline for the seriousness and good quality that were praised on various sites and we hope not to be disappointed. For now we are delighted.
Good service. Nothing to report.
Excellent service. The fact of calling to ensure that we had ordered the right products is an excellent thing. The telephone contact is perfect. BRAVO
We appreciated being able to buy spare parts individually. And kudos for the speed of delivery!
Very helpful sales service. The commercial information is precise. The delivery person was very kind for a delivery made on a Saturday morning as an exception. The children were able to enjoy the trampoline on Sunday for their birthday celebrated with the whole family. Thank you again to my sales contact from France trampoline for his efficiency.
This trampoline completely meets our wishes and our order. The reviews to choose the trampoline that suits each family are relevant. Very fast and accurate delivery. Only small downside, the paper instructions are not entirely clear for some parts of the assembly. We are very satisfied. And we are happy to buy French!
