Very fast delivery
very good service, material corresponding to the description, very fast delivery, as planned. My grandchildren are very happy with their gift, as are their parents. I recommend FRANCE TRAMPOLINE
Good service, no complaints
trampoline of very good quality. The only downside is that the packages arrived very damaged but nonetheless everything was intact!
I am completely satisfied with this purchase, very recent, I wait to see in use over time!
delivery on time, quality trampoline
No problem, the delivery was made on time. I raised a concern because the package was torn. After assembly, no element was missing.
very easy to assemble. the instructions are well made. the children helped us and they were very happy. Super quality and very sturdy! Perfect.
High quality service as well as the product (Jump Up 390). In terms of quality/sturdiness and use, it has absolutely nothing to do with the trampolines from the competition (Chinese (internet)) or even Decathlon! Sure, more expensive... but nothing to compare. Structure, jumping mat, and net are of quality and very sturdy. On-time delivery, support available when you call... in short... I didn't even know that this still existed nowadays. One remark on the instructions (very well done by the way when you do a bit of DIY): There is a missing note on the assembly of the front tubes before placing the W feet which... if you are not careful makes you fit the feet misaligned with respect to the
Very nice product, fast delivery, serious company. To recommend.
Service at the level of my expectations given what is presented. Needing additional information, I was able to easily reach someone by phone. The contact was very satisfactory. Fast shipping.
Very good service
fast, efficient, very good material (trampoline 360 + net) assembly instructions could be improved
Already very satisfied when acquiring the trampoline, I am still for the purchase of spare parts. Very good telephone advisor, he verified the model we had to validate the order, very fast delivery.
Excellent customer service and extreme efficiency. I recommend ++++++++
Trampoline very well built in 6 hours!!!! the lack in the purchase already quite expensive, the ladder!!!!! which is not provided! option????? Purchase of pink trampoline, 3m66 Fast delivery no problems
fast delivery and quality of the trampoline
the site is very clear, we were able to choose thanks to the very clear indications.....the delivery was a bit long, but I must say we were impatient to receive the birthday gift!!!! (thanks to the delivery person who played along in front of my daughter who did not know it was the trampoline for her birthday!!!)
too bad the carrier does not notify of its first passage, by SMS or email, we missed it by 5 minutes! The package is impeccable, the product too, no problem.
Good service!!!
Quality product. Irreproachable service. Small downside... The delivery person does not notify 72 hours in advance to make an appointment but... 5 minutes and they are of a rare rudeness at UPS. But after all, the essential thing is to have the product...
Serious, organized, within deadlines. Nothing to complain about.
the France trampoline site was very good but the delivery left something to be desired, too bad................
Very good material. No unpleasant surprises. Fast delivery.
Apart from a few minor design flaws, I am very satisfied with the service provided by France Trampoline. The trampofoot arrived slightly damaged, the after-sales service had no difficulty and quickly sent me another one. The materials used are of good quality, but I do not give 5 stars due to small design errors like the protective socks for the posts which have a hole too small to go over the top of the post, so we have to mount them upside down by putting them in from the bottom. The hoop of the net is a bit too small and the elements come apart, I think that in the medium term the friction of these dislodged elements with the sleeve will tear it. Aside from these drawbacks, assembly is not complicated, one adult and one child are sufficient. A good quality-price ratio, which easily surpasses the cheaper Chinese production.
Ok
Delivery time respected, correct and sufficient packaging, material easy to assemble.
good
Excellent quality product, nothing to compare with what can be found elsewhere, the investment is more than justified. This trampoline is suitable for both children and adults (safety, sturdiness, and quality of bounce). Moreover, having experienced some issues with the delivery, I was able to rely on the quality of after-sales service from your company, another guarantee of seriousness and competence. I will not hesitate to recommend your products and your company. Keep it up!!!
Quick preparation, delivery as well. Only downside, we cannot choose the time of passage.
Fast and careful shipping, quality product. Very happy with our order
Very good quality products. Delivery a bit long.
very responsive and professional customer service. High-quality material and relatively easy to assemble
Very good. After receiving a message, I contacted the carrier again and we quickly agreed on an appointment.
problem with a bar that is too short
Everything perfect, fast, correct, good product.
Delivery as expected, within the deadlines. I have not yet been able to test the quality of the product
very good service
Fast and serious, very professional and courteous phone contact. Very nice trampoline that integrates into the garden thanks to discreet colors. Assembly quite simple (2 hours). My daughters are delighted.
Fast and complete delivery, ease of assembly and real comfort of use compared to other trampolines tested at friends' thanks to the longer springs. Perfect! I hope now that it will also hold its promises of robustness over time...
The products are of very good quality, From ordering to delivery: It's perfect!!!
Very good order tracking following a stock shortage, product still delivered on time. To recommend
Fast delivery and at the scheduled time. Assembly without problems and the material seems to be of good quality. To see over time.
The delivery went very well, within the deadlines. Moreover, the carrier gives a fairly wide delivery time slot but I was able to ask for the carrier to call me an hour before delivery. As for the trampoline, the assembly was very quick and simple (with two people) and seems to be of very good quality but we can only confirm that over time. In any case, the children are delighted.
Good advice over the phone, very satisfactory delivery time, clear assembly instructions and finally after a few jumps we can say that this trampoline is suitable for young children as it is flexible.
The delivery of the trampoline was very well organized and the assembly was super quick thanks to the two user manuals, including well-detailed step-by-step diagrams... The safety warnings and advice... Overall, for me, the company is very organized and serious.
Navigation on the site is a bit ambiguous but otherwise the service, delivery, and advice are on point.
Fast and efficient delivery Simple and hassle-free assembly Quality product I do not regret my purchase
very good: a few items were missing from the package, they were sent very quickly
Very serious and quick
