Trampoline of very good quality; easy to assemble just a downside for the attachment of the safety posts; a single attachment at the bottom causes it to lean a bit. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Very good customer service. Small delivery issue, apparently due to the carrier, very well managed by the team, and quickly compensated by a commercial gesture for a future purchase. Regarding the trampoline, the product seems robust and of quality. In any case, the children already love it. Small downside, the installation instructions' diagrams could be clearer (perhaps due to the quality of printing).
Very happy with the quality of the trampoline and very good service, I recommend this site
Delivered in 3 days, easy assembly in 2 hours, good quality material apparently.
Perfect delivery. Simple and practical assembly, clear instructions. Product meets expectations.
Customer service is okay although a bit unresponsive at first. No difficulty exchanging a defective part under warranty after providing photos proving the breakage of this part. Ordering wear parts was okay and delivery was very fast. The products ordered to restore a trampoline purchased 3 years earlier have been improved in the meantime. Friendly reception on the phone. Reliable and recommendable site.
The packaging was in very poor condition upon arrival and I had expressed reservations, but nothing was missing and the material is of excellent quality. I am ready to recommend the company..........
Delivery speed, easy assembly, still need to test!
Excellent product, nothing to complain about the quality. Expensive product but the quality is there, nothing to compare with Decathlon products, Go sport or worse x products on the internet. We compared the details for a long time before deciding to break our piggy bank. We opted for the 3.60m model which is perfect for our 3 daughters. The only small downside is during assembly, when fixing part n°6 (vertical frame of the leg) with the T-junction piece, it is not specified that the holes allowing the assembly of part n°5 must be aligned. A little moment of stress. Tip: just use part n°5 as a lever to turn it until the vertical posts made up of parts n°6 are well in front of the holes. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to separate the pieces. By the way, the manual clearly states that disassembling these two pieces is delicate...
Service perfectly in line with the information received. The possibility of resorting to an 'installation' service would be appreciated, even if the assembly of the trampoline is, indeed, relatively simple: it still requires a certain physical strength.
Serious site. Fast and compliant delivery.
Very good product, solid, safe. Very good value for money. Very fast delivery. Good assembly instructions. Highly recommend.
The delivery is very fast, quality materials, very clear assembly instructions. Overall, I am very satisfied with this trampoline, and the price compared to the materials used for this trampoline is really justified! Nothing to do with the cheap trampolines found on discount sites!!!
Very clear and informative website. Quick order processing and effective confirmation emails. Follow-up by phone for delivery issues was very well done. Assembly instructions were incomplete on 2 very important aspects, particularly regarding the legs of the trampoline, which resulted in incorrect assembly.
Very satisfactory after-sales service, I recommend this trampoline brand.
Fast delivery in 2 working days. Very simple trampoline assembly, no tools or screws needed.
Very good supplier, good quality product. Excellent delivery tracking. I recommend France trampoline.
Good service overall, small hiccup at delivery but not your fault (delivery person). To evaluate the product we will need a bit of time but so far we are satisfied
Good product. Easy assembly and very well explained in the assembly manual. I might have taken a larger size. For now, this one makes the young ones happy.
Robust trampoline to see over time, fairly simple assembly, only downside one spring is upside down. The kids are delighted!
Very fast delivery, very good product, relatively easy to assemble with two, no setbacks but appears to be of very good quality. Kids and adults are delighted
Very good and nice
Very nice trampoline. You still need to be 2 for assembly. We had a small issue because 2 of the net attachments that fix under the trampoline were broken!! Otherwise nothing to say.
Hello, Beautiful trampoline, just one small thing when I ordered I was offered to choose as a gift a mini trampoline or a soccer goal, I chose the soccer goal and I received the mini trampoline ???!!!! Is it possible to get the soccer goal? Thank you in advance
France trampoline is a very serious company that respects the customer due to its responsiveness in case of questions, the information it provides throughout the order, and the respect for delivery dates. I have only good things to say about this company, the material is indeed a bit more expensive, but the quality and sturdiness are there.
Very good merchandise: We will see over time if the material is reliable but I think it is solid and durable material but it must be stored indoors in winter.
RAS
We assembled the trampoline as a family without much difficulty. And we tried it out right after.
Very good customer service and impeccable trampoline quality!
Very responsive service and attentive to customer requirements
Good quality material. Assembly manual a bit limited for novices, the drawing of the parts is a bit random compared to reality. Otherwise, I recommend this merchant.
Immediate order confirmation emails; delivery times respected; receipt of materials in excellent condition and very friendly delivery person!
Excellent delivery, as well as the product, my children are very happy, I recommend it to all my friends
The whole set seems to be of good quality with 2 reservations: - the quality of the galvanization has many imperfections - the ground fixing system is very insufficient and impossible to use if there is even the slightest pebble. Moreover, the straps and their tightening system are very rudimentary in quality and ease of use (effective tensioning means are needed!!)
Easy online order, restocking of a net for a rather old model (7 years) turned out to be possible. The restocking time was rather long! Luckily I had planned ahead
Very fast delivery. No assembly issues. Seems solid. Children and adults delighted.
Good description of products and good navigation on the site. Fast delivery, products perfectly packaged. Assembly without difficulties. Quality of the product to be evaluated over time.
Reliable and responsive service. The pallet with our trampoline disappeared into the wild so needed to reorder after a week. The trampoline arrived the next day. Bravo for your responsiveness and also the quality of the product.
Very competent provider both in terms of advice before the sale and in after-sales service. Go ahead with your eyes closed
very good service nothing to complain about
very good quality product, easy to install, delivery time respected. recommended site nothing to complain about.
Order received within the announced deadlines, taking into account possible stock shortages (announced before the order validation itself).
reliable and serious
Very good product, very easy to assemble.
Very good service and good quality material. Simple assembly.
Excellent, it's the first time a customer service ensures the accuracy of the order before validating it. I greatly appreciated this business philosophy.
Great, nothing to report
This product perfectly matches its description and my expectations. Beautiful quality No delivery problems Detailed and easy assembly
For now, nothing to say, everything is great, carrier, advisor, shipment of the package on time. The children are delighted, even the parents. Missing a referral offer. Personally, I assembled the trampoline alone, 3 hours of assembly. Missing information when assembling the T with the holes of the bar to align properly.
Very serious and fast. Very good material, easy to assemble.
