Easy assembly. The quality seems to be very good. However, we will have to see in use. It's a shame that the carrier specifies delivery 'between 8 am and 6 pm'. The customer loses a day to receive their package.
Hello, we thank you for your positive feedback on the ordered trampoline. Regarding delivery, the carrier delivers everywhere in France. If you are not available, we can deliver to another address where you or another person is available during the day to receive the trampoline. We remain at your disposal for any questions. The France Trampoline team.
excellent
VERY GOOD AND EFFECTIVE THANK YOU
Sturdy material, perfectly meeting our expectations. Easy assembly even if the instructions could be more explicit on some small details.
very happy with the product my 7-year-old daughter had a very nice experience she is delighted my 2 teenagers find this trampoline great
Good communication, nothing to report regarding the respect of delivery times. Packaging and material meet expectations.
Very well advised on the phone. Delivery on J+7 as planned. Perfect
Very good trampoline. Nothing to complain about.
I am very satisfied with the service provided: - helpful and efficient customer service - delivery as requested and within the time slot - product of excellent quality - assembly and instructions impeccable: my daughter is delighted with her birthday gift, just need to get her out :) Thank you
Perfect
Great responsiveness. Very fast delivery. Product as described, some attachments are fragile.
Very satisfied with the ordered product, too bad the 2.50m roof is no longer available.
Delivery times respected, warm phone reception, great product a bit difficult to assemble but certainly due to the high quality of the product.
Apart from the delay in delivery (the package stayed in Tours for a few days for an unknown reason), I am satisfied.
Very good quality product - complete assembly with 2 people in 2 hours for a 4.30 m trampoline. The children are more than happy with this new play area and I think I will complement my purchase with accessories, especially the tent.
Good advice before purchase.
I am delighted with this purchase, my children love it. The little extra is the originality of the trampoline.
Very good
Fast delivery, professional material, assembly 3 hours accessible to everyone. A good purchase for the fun of the whole family!
Fast shipping, very sturdy trampoline. I have never seen a game used so quickly, my grandchildren arrived at 7 am, 5 minutes later everyone (the 5) was on it...... I do not regret my purchase, everything is perfect. Thank you.
Very serious site
Good product Easy to assemble Follow the instructions well Happy children
When we ordered the trampoline it was out of stock wanting to surprise my children I called and the trampoline arrived on the right day, the France trampoline service called me back very kindly and pleasantly.
Of good quality
Very good service.
No problem with the transport, the delivery was very quick.
Excellent welcome; information completely satisfactory and very good quality material
No problem except that the delivery service did not announce itself beforehand. They were lucky we were present on the delivery day.
Very easy-to-access site. Attentive and very professional staff. Trampoline received without issues, a clearer manual would have avoided the problem of orienting the feet relative to the W arches (they should first be associated together before being mounted on the circular arches of the structure). A downside for the carrier, not at all attentive during the phone contact, but we cannot hold that against the people of France Trampoline.
Trampoline delivered very quickly. Easy assembly. And all of very good quality. Ideal for both adults and children!!!
Delighted with the quality of your products... A nice phone contact to confirm my order was taken into account. An immediate response following a partial delivery. A friendly and professional Alloin delivery person... The trampoline meets my expectations... Especially since I am demanding! A pleasure that our 3-year-old son shares with us and our friends since the trampoline is also for adults. I highly recommend France Trampoline. Only disappointment: the 5% discount that was not applied following the Facebook Like.
Ultra-fast delivery. Nothing to say, it's perfect. Quality trampoline. Nothing to compare with the cheap trampolines online.
The minimax is small, compact, and easy to assemble. For now, after 15 days of use, it fully meets my needs for cardio or fitness. I recommend it. Too bad there are so many shipping costs 15/54*100=27% of shipping costs in the total amount.
Fast delivery, package not damaged, the trampoline is really of good quality but not so easy to assemble!!! It takes a bit of time, 2h30 to 2 hours, the main thing is that it makes the children happy!
Very good communication.
The material seems robust, it still took us almost 4 hours to assemble everything trampoline + safety net + ladder. The downside is the assembly instructions (without going to the extreme of a flat-pack furniture ***) Some indications are missing, especially when bridging the legs, it would have been wise to specify to pay attention to the position of the holes... once set, very difficult to remove and then put back.
I am not disappointed with my purchase, the material seems robust and especially having had the opportunity to try other types of trampolines, this one really bounces well compared to the cheaper brands, I recommend without hesitation.
Super quality, beautiful product, which entertains both adults and children. Quite long to assemble, but no particular difficulties. The children are delighted!
Nothing to report. Everything was clear and receipt of the purchase was compliant.
Good
We acquired a trampoline in November that turned out to have an issue with the safety net. We contacted customer service who advised us well and ensured its exchange. This leads us to consider the quality of your services and we thank you for that.
Good technical advice, fast and compliant delivery.
Easy order. Very short deadlines. An error in the batch, corrected even before I could return the wrong items. Material ultimately perfectly compliant.
Delivery okay, no problem, date and time slot respected, good quality product, to see in use, however the system for fixing the side nets is too fragile, it breaks, so I had to fix them differently than in the instructions to prevent them from breaking.
Fast delivery, assembly quite long and not easy especially for the protective net bars.
No surprises. Delivery ok: the appointment for half a day would be more practical than for a full day. Assembly instructions correct, it should be noted on the packages the names of the parts indicated in the manual: time-saving for assembly! Otherwise, super trampoline: my three children (12/11 and 7 years old) are delighted. The oval is large and does not take up much space in the garden.
Good and fast, very good material
Good quality material and professional service
Excellent
Very fast delivery, impeccable product, nothing to complain about.
