A technical point to improve would be to have factory-marked references for the assembly of the mat to avoid mistakes in the order of the springs. I was not contacted to arrange a delivery appointment. One day, the delivery person came unexpectedly and called me because he was in front of my house and there was no one there. The parts provided by the after-sales service do not fit well with the old model of trampoline. The springs had to be forced into the arches, the cap of the net pole does not have the same diameter as the pole at all. Moreover, it is difficult to make this situation understood to our contact at France trampoline despite explanations and photos provided.
