What do you evaluate? the supplier? the site? or the carrier? The order was received quickly, in good condition. I regret the high amount of shipping costs, it's largely 10 times more than competitors....
Hello, we are happy to see that the products received suit you. The EKOMI comment allows you to evaluate all services. The site, the ordering process, the delivery, the phone contact if you had one, etc. Regarding shipping costs, we did not find competitors with shipping costs of less than 10€ for all ordered items. Using a national carrier that generally delivers in 48h/72h, this is a slightly higher cost than a parcel relay service indeed. The France Trampoline team.
The delivery was fast!!! After at least half a day of assembly!!! It is super well made, solid, safe, beautiful, and very large (3.90)!!! It's a pleasure for the whole family!!!
Thank you for your feedback, Catherine! The France Trampoline team.
Speed of delivery. Solid packaging. A bit complicated assembly of the trampoline needing tools but once assembled, a quality trampoline with a great safety net.
I am very happy with the ordered material, it is of quality and was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. It corresponds exactly to what I expected.
Very complete website that allowed me to make the right choice. We ordered the item before our holidays and expressed the wish to be delivered upon our return from holidays. The logistics were perfect. The product is great and my children use it every day since its acquisition. I believe that only winter days will prevent them from using the trampoline. Thank you.
Hello, thank you for your message and we always try to serve you as best as we can. The France Trampoline team.
Everything went perfectly.
Nothing to say, satisfied
Very good
Clear website, placing an order is very easy even for people who are not familiar with trampolines. Impeccable and fast delivery system, by appointment.
Jérôme, thank you for the time spent writing your comment. The France Trampoline team.
Delivery made on time, very well packaged.
Having had an issue with damaged net poles due to a strong gust of wind (storm), we ordered the damaged elements. Very responsive service and good advice. Order received by carrier the day after the order.
No issues with the trampoline. Good quality and easy to assemble. However, the delivery person was unpleasant with a backache that prevented him from delivering the boxes to the right place without help. (we have a slight rise between the gate and the house) Even after suggesting to separate the boxes and make several trips, he left the boxes at the gate. Very unpleasant person.
Hello, thank you for your review. We are glad to see that you are perfectly satisfied with the trampoline. We apologize for the issue with the delivery person. We have passed the information to our logistics so that this does not happen again. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Trampoline mat perfect, delivered quickly, very good service.
Trampoline of very good quality. Aesthetic. The attachments of the mat seem solid, to see in use. The only downside is regarding the attachments of the poles holding the net, which move a bit. Overall, a very good product for the whole family.
Hello, thank you for your thanks. The fixing brackets of the poles need to be tightened well. They should not move normally. The France Trampoline team.
Perfect
Order received in record time, impeccable delivery, product (jump'up) of very good quality.
Perfect service: fast delivery, a small assembly issue quickly resolved with the help of France Trampoline.
Delivery times respected. Material conforms and of quality. The instructions should absolutely draw attention to the assembly of the vertical tubes in the 'T' parts while respecting the future alignment of the foot locking holes. Disassembling these tubes is strictly impossible and I had to drill new holes to receive the foot locking system.
Regarding delivery speed: super Regarding product: really good, super quality However, we sent a question by email to your sales representative 10 days ago and we still have no response.... Best regards
Hello, we thank you for your feedback. For your email, we checked our entries but we have not received any request from you to date. If you feel it is necessary, do not hesitate to resend your request to contact@france-trampoline.com. The France Trampoline team.
We ordered a 3m trampoline two weeks ago which was delivered on time and in good condition. The assembly was easy and the elements seem to be of very good quality. My son and daughter are delighted. We hope that the quality of the trampoline remains good over time.
Product quality
Perfect order on site in Bordeaux with good advice. Very complicated delivery. Use by children very appreciated but inappropriate for an adult: a broken hook on the first jump.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. Please feel free to put 1 hook on 3 near the frame instead of the jumping mat. This allows to release a bit of the tension of the net which is very rigid at the start. We will send you new hooks by mail. The France Trampoline team.
Very good value for money, impeccable customer service
We placed an order for an accessory (a trampoline net) due to a problem with our original part (torn net). The first phone contact allowed us to find the reference of the part we needed: we were very well informed. Internet order placed without issue. We received a call to provide us with details about the delivery method: very good. Very fast delivery, package in good condition.
Thank you for your comment. FT
Very good
Even though the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the whole family is delighted to be able to use the trampoline, a quality product.
Very good product, appreciated free delivery. A bug regarding the delivery but everything is back to normal.
Ideal transaction.
Satisfied with my item, only the mat is a bit torn, we hope to get another one. Otherwise, my daughter loves it!
Hello, thank you for your comments. Please send us photos by email so that we can review your request. We will replace the jumping mat if it falls under the warranty, of course. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
I ordered an Ovalie trampoline. Regarding the trampoline, nothing to complain about the quality of this product which makes my children happy. Regarding the delivery, the requested period was respected. Finally, upon receiving the package, 4 small pieces were missing. The after-sales service reacted very quickly and delivered the missing pieces to me in less than 48 hours.
Highly recommend without hesitation!!! The trampoline was ordered on a Sunday evening and received the following Friday. Complete trampoline and assembled without problems. One can only recommend such a product, especially when comparing it to the low-cost trampolines that most people buy. The structure is very rigid, the nets are robust, and the trampoline is very secure. In short, it's the best. Since I installed it, my 4-year-old son and his friends have been having fun for hours!!!! The price may seem a bit high, but one must not forget that quality comes at a cost... I hope to keep this trampoline for many years!!!
We sincerely thank you for your comment, Arnaud. The France Trampoline team.
Good product easy to install
The small weight noted in the provided tools was missing from the package, apart from that the assembly is a bit long but the result is very good.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. After verification, we confirm that we do not have a "small weight" that is delivered with our trampolines. There is a clamp that is used to tighten the junction pieces and to pull the springs. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Listening and responsive. Excellent quality material.
Very good
Very happy with the product, as well as the delivery time.
After calling the sales representative at France Trampoline, we placed the order without hesitation. However, it is a pity that we could not order the skirt which was out of stock.
Hello, we thank you for your trust and your purchase. The desired skirt is indeed out of stock. This accessory will no longer be allowed for sale soon (even though it is very practical) and we can no longer manufacture it due to a new standard to be published in 2015. The France Trampoline team.
Excellent services, including during a return/exchange, carrier reservation, etc... Kudos for your professionalism and availability.
Thank you
excellent reception and advice
Clear and well-constructed site. Professional advice online and by phone. Tracking of products and accessories. Fast delivery and in accordance with the ordered product.
Very nice trampoline, good workmanship, very good quality fabric quite close to club trampolines. However, big downside for the assembly instructions, with nonexistent explanations and sketches that do not show the order of the different steps, especially for the structure. Assembly of the fabric ok. The assembly video on the site indicates 1h30, you need to count more than double.
Hello, we thank you for your feedback and we are happy to see that the APOLLO SPORT trampoline fully meets your expectations as an athlete. For the assembly of the structure, there is not necessarily a specific order to consider as you have to fit the tubes together. We remain at your disposal in any case. The France Trampoline team.
Perfect!!! ahead of schedule for delivery too... a nice surprise.
very good product easy to assemble and seems very robust. A downside for the delivery of the trampoline ladder. Some parts were indeed missing. This problem was resolved very quickly by your services.
A very nice trampoline. However, we were surprised to receive the posts all green when we were expecting them with the nice pattern. Moreover, the PVC of the foams is shorter than the foams and it slips. The protective cushion is stained by the tubes that were stuck on it due to compression of the packaging.
Hello, we thank you for your review and indeed, the green sleeves of the OXYGEN trampoline no longer have white floral patterns since August 2014. Unfortunately, we received negative feedback on this decoration and we preferred to remove them and leave the sleeve entirely green. The caps at the top of the poles are now black instead of yellow so that the trampoline is more discreet in gardens. We apologize for this and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very good.
Very good quality, easy to assemble.
I say super! because after sending a photo of my broken trampoline, replacement parts were sent to me. Thank you!
Delivery time and quality of delivery excellent. Item conforms to the description made on the site.
The trampoline has passed the summer and I can give a more than positive review with a bit of hindsight: very good overall quality, with very satisfactory bounce (the whole family has started doing flips). The finish and quality of the materials are good: I think of the safety net and its opening, both very resistant. It's a bit more expensive than what you find in specialized supermarkets but it seems justified because it's sturdier.
Hello, we thank you for your more than positive review of our WAOUUH trampoline! and we sincerely thank you for it. We wish you many hours of play alone or with family with your trampoline. The France Trampoline team.
Good quality trampoline delivered on time. We have had it for only 2 months but so far nothing to complain about.
