very good quality product, nice finish and sturdy... the whole family enjoys it!
Good reaction to a delivery defect = broken parts. We had an express replacement. Bravo
Hello, we thank you for your feedback. Indeed, if a part is damaged inside the trampoline, we replace it quickly thanks to a fast carrier. The France Trampoline team.
Very good quality tarp, which allows for nice jumps. Small downside, the net attachments seem a bit fragile since one of them broke during the first week.
Hello, we have noted your comment and will send you new hooks shortly. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Great communication, valuable advice. High-quality material. Nothing to report, perfect fast delivery
good for the whole family. for the price it is very good
the product provided meets our expectations. Regarding the delivery, knowing that the delivery person has our phone number, it is regrettable that he does not take the trouble to contact us when he finds the door closed at the customer's address. Indeed, I work 5 minutes from my job, I could have moved to avoid the delivery person coming back a second time.
Hello, we thank you for your valuable feedback. For a small package, the carrier does not call and leaves a notice in your mailbox so that he can come back another day. All this is notified in our carrier explanations and in the shipping emails. If you are not present at the delivery address during the day, it is advisable to indicate from the order an address where someone can receive during the day (your work for example or a family member can be). Purchase of a 430 trampoline, some springs were missing but they were delivered quickly. I then ordered the protective cover which was delivered the day after the order... what more can I say...
Thank you Patrice!!!
Product conforms, apparently of good quality, and fast delivery. Nothing to say!
Fast delivery, very good product and easy to assemble
Order fulfilled, with a bit of delay in delivery. Material compliant and good quality. Easy assembly.
Apart from an assembly manual that needs improvement, very satisfied with the product (good bounce, little noise, good quality safety net) after an intensive weekend of use, hoping for good durability of the product over time.
Hello, I had good phone contacts before purchasing the trampoline. Our purchase corresponds to the description and our needs. We had a rusty steel connector inside. 3 plastic attachment systems broke: one during assembly and 2 others in operation. France Trampoline reacted quickly by sending a new connector and about ten attachments. Very good after-sales service so far. The assembly guide is generally good but could probably be optimized by improving the graphic quality and realism of some sketches. It's only been a month since we got the trampoline, we'll see how it ages over time. This evaluation should be redone in 2 or 3 years. The anchoring kit should be provided as standard with the trampoline to align with the safety objectives displayed by the site.
Hello, Thank you for your lengthy comment. We are pleased that you are completely satisfied with your BOOSTER 490 trampoline. We take your comments on the diagrams of the manuals into account. Regarding the anchoring kit, you purchased a trampoline with a net that will weigh more than 170 kg. The ground fixing accessory is not mandatory for such a trampoline. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Top-notch, nothing but positives
Site with complete and very useful explanations. Order without problems. Delivery on time (even early). Product in line with expectations and of very good quality.
Not disappointed: quality trampoline, delivery on time. Good description on the site. Small downside, a manual that could be clearer.
EXCELLENT COMPANY. EXCELLENT MATERIAL. IMPECCABLE AFTER-SALES SERVICE
THANK YOU JOCELYNE
Perfect, compliant, the whole family is delighted; consequently, the oldest will take lessons...!
Excellent provider. The trampoline I bought for my grandchildren arrived very quickly, in good condition. It is sturdy and of very good quality and much cheaper than the big stores.... I recommend this site because it's serious...
Contacted by phone, the salesperson was just perfect. Both on technical advice and on the commercial side. I received the product in 3 days, the quality is incomparable to the two previous trampolines purchased, one online and the other in a large sports store. Now let's see the lifespan.
Quality cover, nothing beats a fitted cover...
Nothing to report
Satisfied with the delivery (on time). Very satisfied with the commercial service, which quickly informed us of an incompatibility in our order, and helped us find a satisfactory solution quickly.
Very good product, good quality. Fast delivery
Very good delivery tracking. Respect for deadlines with attentive service. Good assembly manual. Overall very satisfactory. Let's see how it holds up over time outdoors.
Excellent service. Very good material
I congratulate you on your site and company for making a safety bar for the minimax for my daughter and consequently for me for intensive sports sessions like in the video, it was a relief for my daughter and a great surprise to see that my review left on the rectangular trampoline was taken into account. I say buy French, that's the real deal, hats off, thank you a thousand times ***.
Very good product, easy to understand instructions.
An excellent trampoline: a lot of fun for kids (children & teens) and adults. Fast and hassle-free delivery. Quick assembly but requires strength. So far we are very satisfied.
The order and delivery were quick. Good product.
Fast and quality delivery
Speed, quality, and efficiency, it's refreshing.
Great product, easy to assemble
Easy contact even by phone, fast delivery. One part of the trampoline had a slight defect, but after an email, it was replaced within 3 days. So impeccable service!!
Good customer service
Very fast delivery times, good quality material, solid, well-designed assembly instructions not clear enough.
To start, I was very surprised by the speed of delivery (ordered on Sunday night and delivered on Wednesday afternoon). Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the trampoline I bought for the whole family. It is of very good quality. After, we will have to wait to see the durability. But in terms of quality, it is still superior to all those I have seen so far.
Very pleasant trampoline. Easy and quick assembly. The fixation supports for the protection net are not sufficient to my taste, as when there is wind, the two supports loosen. Moreover, the anchoring system is only good on soft ground. I live on a rocky terrain and it is almost impossible to set up your fixation system.
Very good quality product, which gives us complete satisfaction, we really feel a great security when our children play on their trampoline.
Nothing to say. Everything is there! Advice, responsiveness, friendliness, and product quality. Bravo!
Both the information about the product and the delivery were very good, too bad it isn't a bit cheaper... everything else is very good.
I had been warned that the color would be different from the one I ordered and I prefer green to blue. Very good quality plastic, easy to install.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, for your order of a spare part, the blue cushion is currently unavailable but there is an equivalent in green with the same technical characteristics. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
What I was told was kept (delivery date)
Very satisfied with the quality-price ratio.
Deadline respected, great merchandise, top-notch customer service, thank you for my daughter, you made her happy.
Speed, simplicity, product quality (at least so far after 2 months of use!) and easy assembly... in short, all good.
Product ordered on Sunday and received the following Thursday. Easy assembly, in short nothing to complain about, everything is great. Thank you France Trampoline.
Order placed online for an oxygen trampoline with a diameter of 360cm with net; delivery 2 days later. Easy assembly. The children were able to have fun on the trampoline very quickly. Very satisfied overall.
Excellent service, very fast delivery, highly recommended
Glad to have pleased you, Thank you Cathy. The France Trampoline team.
Very good phone reception for inquiries before placing an order. Fast, complete delivery. Quality product, robust. Assembly instructions sometimes lack precision to avoid mistakes.
Fast delivery, good quality, quite simple to assemble even for a 460cm diameter.
