Very good quality material, seems robust. Adjustments are made to the millimeter. Fast delivery, and well-thought-out packaging. Assembly is simple, the manual being well detailed. In use, the trampoline provides excellent bounce. Only downside: the plastic attachment hooks are fragile.
Good product, timely information, timely delivery.
We were delivered a little later than indicated at the order and have not yet opened the package.
Exceptional
Quality trampoline. Well packaged. Fast and problem-free delivery.
Very good customer service responds quickly, correct delivery.
Overall good, but 2 pieces are missing and installation manual insufficient
Hello, thank you for your feedback. We have sent you a message to find out which parts are missing. Indeed, after checking our emails or shipments in your name, we did not find any request for spare parts unfortunately. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
1 - indicate the orientation of the extension of foot 6 when fitting into the T piece 2 - specify that a round file is necessary to deburr the inside of the tubes and the entry of the tubes 3 - specify the list of tools necessary at the beginning of the instructions such as a mallet, a round file For the rest all OK
it's perfect, delivery on time, very professional material
Fast delivery and product conforms to the order. no disappointment
Excellent product. Easy and well-explained assembly. The quality is there. A special mention for the delivery (speed and efficiency).
fast delivery, very well explained instructions. Advice by email and after-sales service very very satisfactory! We have contact and good follow-up.
very good quality, resistant and robust! Our children aged 10 and 4 never tire of bouncing safely! impeccable customer service, very good contact! I highly recommend the product! however, be careful with assembly! you need to take your time to avoid mistakes! having read other reviews, do not fit the steel tubes before having all of them "pre-assembled" and adjusted, because afterwards it is extremely difficult to "unfit" them!
Very good phone reception with a lot of product knowledge and a lot of kindness. Very good product of very good quality. Delivery time respected. Only downside: delivery costs too high for accessories.
very good
Excellent material, delivery times very much respected (almost faster than announced...) Only downside, the assembly instructions are really improvable. Certain areas for improvement.
fast shipping very good quality product
Quality product and fast delivery
Good phone reception. Quick delivery. Lack of precision in the trampoline assembly guide regarding the position of the foot tubes: it should be emphasized that the holes must be well positioned to accommodate the "W" shaped tubes.
Hello, thank you for your comment. We have taken this into account and have updated our future instructions. We apologize for this issue and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
choice: Jump up 360: solid, elegant, safe, excellent bounce, the children are delighted and so are the parents, very good quality-price ratio. I would recommend it without hesitation
Very well-made website, Respect for delivery deadlines, Very good quality materials, Well-made and clear assembly instructions I am very satisfied to have chosen France Trampoline.
Excellent follow-up from order to delivery. Product well packaged and well delivered Easy to assemble with 2 people. The best would be to have several colors rather than the eternally sad dark green. My two daughters would have loved a fuchsia pink trampoline!!! Best regards ***
Hello, thank you for your feedback on the Oxygen 300 trampoline. We offered the Hip 300 trampoline which was pink but it is now only available in a diameter of 3m60 in our GOOD DEALS section. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very fast delivery Product conforms to the order Satisfied with the quality of the product
VERY VERY FAST SHIPPING DESPITE THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY PERIOD. VERY GOOD PHONE CONTACT.
I contacted a manager by phone, very well received and very well informed
Availability, listening, responsiveness, the welcome is warm and the advice is appropriate. There is no pressure to consume. Fast and careful delivery service. Understanding and professional delivery person.
quick order, easy delivery on the scheduled day
very good product: stable and with an original design that, due to its shape and color, does not visually overwhelm the garden while allowing for playful activities. The "ball games" panel is very appreciated by children
Simple order, fast delivery by appointment, complete information. In short, very serious.
Good quality materials, well-developed assembly instructions and overall sturdiness.
Satisfied in all respects We recently renewed the fabric and springs, no issues. There is always someone on the phone to answer our questions with a lot of patience. No problem, we are satisfied.
Good quality trampoline, but you need men to assemble it. And the assembly instructions could be greatly improved
Hello, we thank you for your feedback on the Jump'Up 390 trampoline. We are listening to you in order to improve the instructions. We have sent you a personal message to get your more detailed feedback because we are constantly looking to improve and it is thanks to your feedback that we can also progress. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Good advice by phone before ordering and payment on the site. Fast delivery according to the announced deadlines. Very good.
I am satisfied. However, a downside: it is a shame that the shipping costs are so high.
Hello, We thank you for your feedback on your purchase of a simple Currambera hammock. The shipping costs are 13.50 euros for a single hammock indeed. This is the most accurate rate applied in relation to our costs and by going through a national and professional carrier so that you are delivered to the desired address very quickly. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
Functionality, speed, efficiency.
I ordered a 360 booster online and received it in less than a week (5 days, weekend included). The product is well packaged and the assembly is easy (4 hours). The product is of excellent quality and meets my expectations.

Quality product but order tracking and especially delivery not top!
Fast, efficient! Perfect delivery!
The delivery person was very professional! Too bad for the time slot which is way too large.
very good staff attentive on the phone and very friendly
The trampoline was delivered on time. The assembly is easy and quite pleasant. The trampoline is of very good quality, well stable. In terms of size, it is really very correct, the children and.... the adults are delighted! I recommend!
Perfect! Ultra fast home delivery!
received a phone call confirming a slight delay in delivery (I really appreciated it)
I tell anyone who wants to hear it a more than satisfactory feedback, indeed, I have repeatedly contacted the France trampoline team by email to be sure to make the right choice, for both practical and economic reasons as it is still quite a purchase, nevertheless they have been present by my side from the beginning to the end, and I am delighted with my purchase!
The customer service was able to respond quickly to my need.
Very good product
