good provider
Trampoline of very good quality, we have had it for 3 years! I am changing the net because it was torn at the bottom for the safety of my children! And next year I will change the protective cover for the springs!
Nothing to report. Delivery on time.
Very good product
Very serious company.
Very good contact with the salesperson. Very satisfied with the product, this trampoline seems robust and of very good quality, incomparable with those seen in supermarkets ...
solid
excellent because even with a small quality problem, we feel we have personalized responses.

DELIVERY ON TIME WITH REDELIVERY OF THE TWO DAMAGED COVERS IN TRANSPORT
Fast delivery and very good quality product
Excellent delivery time Excellent product quality Very good quality assembly manual
A pleasant welcome and quality information
The material seems very robust. I hope my impression will be confirmed over time.
The price-quality ratio is exceptional. The trampolines are a bit more expensive than elsewhere but the quality is there. However, the instruction manual could be a bit clearer. Sometimes the drawings are difficult to understand.
Very good customer service, protective cover changed (torn just before the warranty expired - trampoline assembled in a place highly exposed to wind) for a model with additional fixing straps to prevent the problem from recurring.
Satisfied with the delivery service completely within the deadlines and adapted to our availability. Completely satisfied with the quality of the trampoline Wow 3.90. where we are enjoying with our daughter. Very good frame, very good jumping mat. One remark however on the assembly instructions regarding the assembly of the frame: better specify the order of assembly of the first elements to ensure the alignment of the holes with the notches, otherwise you have to disassemble elements adjusted a bit forcefully if you haven't aligned everything well. A bit disappointed with the average quality of small elements: U-clamp system with nut for fixing net poles with feet, adjustment system for anchoring straps and plastic stop elements for the steps of the ladder.
Very good service
Trampoline is okay, will see with time...
No bad surprises and very good contact during the phone call. Good quality trampoline, I recommend this site.
Very professional and fast delivery
Net suitable for the trampoline purchased from the same store but very difficult to put on.
Hello, the textile net you purchased is an element that must be very tight to ensure maximum safety in case of poor reception. If the net is loose, it will not hold the person or your children sufficiently. It takes a bit of time to install but afterwards you will be at ease and your children too. The France Trampoline team.
Extra trampoline, very good quality, easy assembly for one person if you follow the given procedure... the drawings in the instructions are not detailed enough for my taste, but it only slowed me down a bit for the assembly.
Very good. I recommend. Called the day after my purchase to confirm the dimensions of my trampoline to ensure I ordered the right product! Nothing to complain about......
Good quality product. Instructions not always very clear. Very practical to be able to schedule a delivery appointment.
Happy with the speed of shipping. I say Bravo for that.
I highly recommend France trampoline and absolutely do not regret my purchase, the quality is there, very simple assembly and above all they respond directly to our every question or doubt, thanks again to the entire France trampoline team
Very good quality of service. I made a mistake in the reference of my order and a consultant called me to ask if I had made a mistake.
No issues, very good quality of the product and delivery. I recommend it
Efficiency, speed, and quality.
Excellent quality product. Assembly instructions sometimes too brief (orientation of holes for example before fitting).
It would be desirable to be informed in advance about the delivery
Order processed quickly, professionals who ensure that the ordered product is the right one, fast delivery
Excellent trampoline. So far nothing to complain about (but we've only had it for 15 days!) the 3.90m is really big anyway. For 3 children, I think the 3.60 would have been sufficient.
Trampoline meets our expectations, assembly without particular difficulties
Easy assembly. Solid material. Delivery was late compared to the announced timeframe
Order arrived quickly. Serious customer service
Impeccable! Trampoline ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday and assembled on Sunday. Excellent quality product. Easy assembly. My daughter loves it! :-)
ultra fast delivery, product received in accordance with the order. Everything is perfect.
very good value for money and very efficient delivery time
Good, trampoline of good quality, but assembly instructions need improvement, and delivery time much longer than announced on the site
Trampoline arrived very quickly, impeccable carrier
very good
good
Order, delivery, and product quality: perfect. Assembly instructions are far too brief for the non-handy person that I am... I eventually managed, of course, but far from the 1h30 announced!! My grandchildren are delighted with the result, and that's what matters!!
I would recommend you to other people.
Trampoline Booster 4.90m + skirt + protective cover + igloo tent. A big THANK YOU to France trampoline, first for your responsiveness, your professionalism, and then for the quality of your trampoline. The assembly done by my husband took about 3 hours alone but remains very easily achievable, the quality of the tubular structure is undeniable!! Our children are having a blast and to be honest, mom and dad too ;-). Thank you again
Perfect service
Very good
Short delivery time and very well organized delivery following the instructions left. Beautiful quality of the material, the only downside is that a very specific point in the assembly instructions is not clear for non-initiates.
After reading 'how to choose a trampoline', we looked at other competitors. But it was the seriousness and quality that made us finalize our purchase on this site. The order was placed on Monday, delivered on Friday afternoon. Upon unpacking, we could only congratulate ourselves for choosing this item from France Trampoline. Sturdy, extremely detailed assembly instructions (for 2) and the extreme joy of the first user (4 years old) and their family(!) secured by a net worthy of a circus tent!!
