Very good product that seems solid. Remains to be seen over time. Bounces well. The assembly instructions could be improved. We were delivered on time. Very good value for money.
Trampoline of very good quality, the children are delighted!! The carrier adapts to your schedule. In short, an investment that we do not regret!
I had difficulty understanding the difference between the trampolines after a call to customer service, things were much clearer.
transport information excellent, deadline respected, mediocre quality pallet
Very good service, nothing to complain about
Very good trampoline. The assembly guide just lacks a few details.
Item that suits me perfectly - package arrived quickly and in good condition
Almost a month after the purchase, I am very satisfied all around! Order processed in the best possible way (edition and sending of the invoice as soon as payment), fast delivery (product in stock), relatively careful carrier and beautifully made product (Jump'Up 300). If its lifespan is like the rest, then especially, don't change anything!
the items correspond to the description
Very good trampoline, maybe it lacks a ground fixation system?
After a purchase in a large store that lasted only 2 years, we decided to opt for the quality of materials, design, and service (great advice before the purchase). Order executed very quickly and with a precision that we have lost the habit of. Express delivery and appointment with the delivery person with accuracy: A flawless performance all around. As the children had both trampolines side by side, the difference was striking: quality of jumps, overall safety, sturdiness, and absence of vibrations. This is the second one purchased in our family circle: probably not the last.
Fast delivery and in accordance with the order. Quality material and assembly done without needing to tinker. The children are already using it every day. Product that I recommend.
Good service
We are very satisfied with the product, no doubt for now, let's see how it holds up over time.
I appreciated being called by a salesperson to check that I had taken the measurements of my trampoline before my order was prepared and sent. However, the shipping costs are too high.
Perfect
a discount could have been made

Serious and quality product. Carrier not very quick to make an appointment but once called back, appointment was made quickly. Careful package and assembly in a few hours. The oval shape is perfect and the trampoline seems very sturdy.
Nothing to complain about. Clear site. Fast delivery.. trampoline conforms to what is presented. However, the delivery person does not work on Saturdays and that is a real inconvenience.
Very fast and efficient delivery. Simple assembly thanks to the complete operating manual. Very good quality materials, it's a pity that 3 days after ordering, an offer of 1 trampoline purchased = 1 free trampofoot appeared without being able to take advantage of it...
Order placed Sunday evening, the carrier contacted me Tuesday morning for delivery. Efficient!!!! The only downside, a damaged box but no problem with the items. I recommend this site.
Very good information and very good advice. Excellent trampoline. However, the anchoring kit was missing upon delivery but it was resent to us. Very satisfied.
Delivery and material impeccable. Some assembly clarifications could be added to the assembly instructions. However, I seem to be missing the trampofoot accessory, which was offered at the time of our order. We will see if your satisfaction system works well... At your disposal. Regards.
Hello, we thank you for your confirmation that the Ovalie 430 trampoline meets all your expectations. Your commercial offer also included an order from March where the fixing kit was a gift. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need more information. The France Trampoline team.
Very good quality of service, delivery, the trampoline is of great quality and very easy to install.
Order placed on Monday evening, delivered on Friday! Just in time for our daughter's birthday! The trampoline looks to be of very good quality, we'll see with time... Our eldest is having as much fun as her parents! Thanks again
The product perfectly meets our expectations
very good product. There was supposed to be a special net for ball games that was to be delivered with the trampoline. That was not the case... Too bad.
Hello Sir, we are delighted to see that the Ovalie 490 trampoline meets all your expectations. Regarding the promotional offer, you received the ground fixing kit as a gift. The trampofoot is offered the month after your order. That's why you see it in your Ekomi review. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Good quality. Finish OK. This trampoline is even pretty, I appreciate the advice by email regarding the weather
this is a second order which proves our trust
Great product of high quality, fast and accommodating delivery. The children are having a blast
Very clear site. Order delivered in 4 days
Perfect for France trampoline. The only downside is the carrier who delivered a package that was completely torn.
Excellent service when I called, I spoke to a pleasant person with good advice, I am delighted with the product, everything is well explained, no problem
Information regarding the order is satisfactory. Quality of the material is good.
the delivery was in accordance with what we ordered. all items are properly packaged. The result obtained is totally satisfactory compared to our expectations of the product. We highly recommend France trampoline
Great!
Fast and reliable service. The material seems to be of decent quality, but some approximations in certain finishes make assembly sometimes laborious.
Very satisfied with my purchase, delivery on time, quality material, easy assembly
Before placing the order, I called to get more information and the available person was very good. A good seller overall but also correct. It gave me confidence with our purchase, he suggested placing the order by phone to make things easier and in 10 minutes it was done. The trampoline was delivered the following week. A good service in the end.
fast
Efficient phone support, the staff understood my need and responded to it
received just a few days ago. Quality trampoline, delighted with this purchase
compliant in every way
This is our first order with France trampoline. - Very pleasant and professional advisor - impeccable delivery, the delivery person was very nice and available, taking the time to check the contents of the pallet. However, it took us between 4h30 and 5h for two to assemble everything (trampoline, safety net, ladder, anchoring kit, and trampo foot). In 1h30, I find it hard to believe that this is possible for a first assembly. A little tip, the assembly recommends fixing the vertical extensions of the foot (E) into the rail tubes (C or D) with the T-joint piece, then at the end place the base of the foot in W (F). By following this procedure, the little ergo that is on the base of the foot in W (F) has little chance of clipping into the holes on the vertical extensions of the foot (E). As a result, the feet will not be held well. To ensure success, you must first clip the base of the foot in W (F) onto the vertical extension of the foot (E), then place everything on the rail (C or D). For the rest, the material is of very good quality, our two children aged 4 and 7 are delighted and so are we. The only small downside is that when I use it, it creaks at the springs. I highly recommend this site for purchasing a trampoline
Very good quality materials for this booster 360 trampoline. Adults have as much fun as children. However, the instructions are a bit brief and the tarp sold as an accessory is not practical to put with the net. For my part, it's a winter cover and not for daily protection. Otherwise, easy assembly with 2 adults and 3 depending on the step. I recommend this trampoline brand without any problem and I will complement it with games gradually
The delivery was fast. And the assembly required 3 people and was easily done. Thank you
Good quality
Ordered products in line with my expectations. I still had to call to reactivate the order which had not been prepared. Good telephone reception and good responsiveness.
Delivery on time, product still of such good quality
Super fast delivery. Complete website and accompanying manual complete
