Simple, effective, and fast. Perfect.
Lightning delivery, but a lot of difficulties to obtain a paid invoice.
Very good material and complete - so nothing to report. Small downside: The assembly instructions provided could be more explicit to avoid difficult disassemblies, especially regarding the assembly of the "feet".
Great product but the kids are crazy about it, it gives a different use to the trampoline.
Correct
Nothing to complain about the order/delivery service. Fast, compliant. For the quality of the trampoline, we will wait a few months of use.
Good site. Quite expensive but it's quality.
Very professional, very happy with the quality of the trampoline and finally the ease of setting up the product (I was able to assemble it alone thanks to the instructions and especially the spring clamp. Only small "B MOL" the attachment of the safety net at the base is not very clear in the instructions.
I followed your assembly instructions to the letter, they are not very clear, the different parts are not numbered and moreover the green fabric pole covers you say should be put on after fixing the poles when they should be put on before because the poles are high and we are not tall enough to put them on. SO WE got caught. WE HAD to disassemble it again. Thank you for your efficiency.
Material conforms to the order and is of very good quality (purchase to replace another trampoline). The delivery leaves something to be desired. The telephone reception and appointment scheduling went perfectly, the time slot could be refined in the morning and the driver respected it. But he could not (or did not want to) take the access road to my house, so I had to take my wheelbarrow and eventually bring my car down to carry the package back up. The driver did not have a hand truck and did not help me unload the package (a trampoline weighs a certain amount!). I was clearly the last customer as the truck was almost empty. I have had deliveries before, but this is the first time I had to go get the delivery at the bottom of my path; fortunately, the fuel delivery driver does not make me go back and forth with a bucket.
Purchase of a jumping mat. Old one worn out. Good reception, product received corresponds to what we ordered, fast delivery, good site to recommend
We received the trampoline quickly, it was in accordance with our requirements. Indeed, we bought it for our 3-year-old daughter and we wanted to be able to use it between adults as well. The model purchased was the Booster 490. We are fully satisfied. Moreover, the customer service is excellent, as a defective spring was quickly replaced upon delivery.
Delivery okay, friendly driver, product meets the expectations of the whole family. But four safety net attachments broke in the first few hours.
Very good product! We'll see the quality in the long term. For now, we are not disappointed with this trampoline! My children are delighted! No issues with delivery.
very helpful and friendly
the anchoring kit is a bit light. I was supposed to receive a free trampo foot, I did not receive it. Good quality trampoline.
a trampoline promotion and the trampo foot at delivery no trampo foot because a code was forgotten during the order I call and today I have the trampo foot for free but I still pay 12 euros for shipping for me it is not free it is clever however my son is having fun on his trampoline
Hello, we have taken your comment into account and we are delighted to see that your son is fully enjoying his Jump'Up 430 trampoline. For the trampo foot, it is offered when you apply the code "TRAMPOFOOT5" in your cart. Your order is automatically transmitted to our preparation service and without the code, our preparation unfortunately does not include the trampo foot. We are always ready to offer this item (value 45 €) but shipping costs remain your responsibility as you did not apply the code during your order. We are sorry that we cannot do otherwise and you benefit from the trampo foot at a lower cost and not for 57 €. The France Trampoline team.
Serious delivery, the trampoline is of very good quality, easy and clear assembly, our children and we parents are happy with this purchase.
Well-designed product, well made and presented, very clear documentation (except for the stairs whose quality is not up to the rest of the supply) good responsiveness and deadlines respected
Delivery and contact were quite correct. But the delivery person did not offer to bring the package to my house from my gate, which is still 80 meters to carry the package. Admittedly, the package only weighed about ten kilos, but it would have been more correct to offer to bring the package to the house.
Hello, We have taken your comment regarding the delivery person into account. However, he is unfortunately not required to bring the package into your house. This applies to any carrier. For liability reasons, he must deliver it at the foot of the delivery address, which he did according to your comment. We apologize for this and hope that the ordered product meets your complete satisfaction. The France Trampoline team.
very good. very fast. it's serious. very professional
Having a doubt about the compatibility with my trampoline, of the product considered for purchase, I contacted by phone and the person who handled my request was very helpful. Then, my order was taken into account and processed quickly with a good commercial sense. Delivery without issues. Thank you.
My order was very late. The service provided was very responsive
assembly instructions not precise enough. Specific point regarding the installation of extensions.
Pickup at the logistics platform. Dynamic and professional staff on site.
very good trampoline services. Good technical responses and availability of employees to answer questions. The after-sales service was taken into account quickly. Overall, I highly recommend this company.
excellent service but done by phone because I wanted more information about the product, their hotline works perfectly, no waiting, and impeccable service. The products are good, in my case the trampoline had no marks and the mat perfectly fits my 88 springs and diameter of 4.27M

Very good review, I really appreciated the call from your company just after placing the order. The person wanted to confirm the product measurements. I also appreciated the speed and quality of the delivery.

Ras
Very good customer service, despite a mistake on my part regarding my order, France Trampoline called me back to correct my mistake. Very pleasantly surprised.
On the website, I found all the necessary information to choose an accessory for a trampoline that did not come from France Trampoline. The order was easy, delivery according to the indicated deadline. I had to call them back for clarification on the installation of the accessory. I was welcomed with kindness and competence. I can only recommend FRANCE TRAMPOLINE.
Quality services and advice meaning a trustworthy company
Jumping mat ordered as a spare part; which fits very well with the trampoline model we have and is also easy to install.
