Efficient service with easy access to the spare parts I was looking for. Fast shipping with a phone call on my mobile to describe a color change on the supplied springs --> no surprises upon receipt. I am fully satisfied.
Good quality product.
serious and diligent interlocutors, fast and compliant delivery.
Satisfied with the delivered product. The fixing kit was missing from the box. Very responsive after-sales service. Received the kit 2 days later.
Good respect for deadlines and sales conditions. Product easy to assemble by following the provided instructions.
Very good quality
Perfect
Clear website. Easy choice among a wide range. Very fast shipping. Quality item. I highly recommend.
Very fast delivery, to recommend
We appreciated: the speed of responses and delivery, the pleasant welcome, customer follow-up, the quality of the product
very good quality trampoline to see over time
Delivery time respected, perfect customer service, responsive customer service.
Ok perfect, everything was fine.
Very good: cover wider than before (a lot of wind here)
Order and shipping: very fast, very well packaged. Trampoline: easy assembly and no issues. Each element is well thought out, everything seemed very robust. Small downside with the anchoring kit, impossible to screw the elements into the ground. Indeed, as soon as there is a stone, it is impossible to drive deeper. Usage: magnificent! From the first jumps we have fun... The children and parents are therefore delighted! Finally a trampoline that will last!
Order verification by phone before registering it (well done) Very fast delivery (3 days) Product conforms to the order
Very good service
The product is of high quality and the assembly is not as complicated as I could imagine. Delivery is fast. Just a small downside, the carrier only commits to deliver on one day, not on a half-day. But these are conditions that unfortunately become common with carriers. But regarding the product itself, nothing to complain about.
Fast delivery, quality material, well-documented assembly: all good
Excellent telephone reception, good advice, short delivery time
Very good service and customer advice. The product is Made in France, which is a real guarantee of quality compared to low-end products from Asia or elsewhere.
Impeccable service, very fast delivery
very good trampoline
fast, very good materials,
Very good product, assembly a bit long but given the sturdiness of the trampoline, it makes sense. However, the delivery company has office hours, so delivery was a bit complicated (this should be reviewed). The whole family is delighted with the trampoline
Order placed on Monday, call during the day from France-trampoline to ensure that I took the right accessory since I didn't buy the trampoline from them originally. It's reassuring and very professional.
Hello, I am very happy with the product as well as the customer relationship with France Trampoline, a bit less with the carrier who did not seem happy to do his job.
good materials and efficient after-sales service
very very good site for buying my trampoline. What I especially like is that they have all the spare parts. At the end of last year, my daughter's trampoline flipped over due to a strong gust of wind and I was able to change only the fiber bars without having to change everything, I took the opportunity to also get the stuff to fix it to the ground because one overturning is enough. I had forgotten a sleeve in my order and after a phone call they sent it to me for free. Seriously really happy. Thank you
Very good. But assembly poorly explained
Very good service, we were able to restore our trampoline. Maybe a bit expensive for the spare parts.
very good
Very good service provided. Staff always competent.
Quality service. Timely shipping. Easy assembly and clear explanatory instructions. Very good quality material.
once again the best! I ordered a trampoline 6 years ago! Very good quality trampoline, has spent all winters outside (with a tarp) and has withstood the mistral! After 6 years and many jumps the mat finally broke, but I ordered a new mat and off we go! (you just have to install it and it's a bit hard but with several people we manage!)
I was pleasantly surprised to be called to confirm the correct dimensions of the ordered mat. The jumping mat arrived quickly, well packaged, and the size was correct! Great, my son is having a blast...
The quality of the product seems to be very good. A downside regarding the assembly instructions, not always very clear. Another downside regarding the delivery service... Despite the appointment made (you have to be present for a whole day, between 8 am and 6 pm), the package arrived a day late... at the wrong address where I happened to be!!! Moreover, the package was very damaged.
Perfect delivery. Assembly: instructions too brief, fortunately there is the website and the video (although sometimes the film is too fast) One downside, one of the holes was poorly cut Another detail: impossible to assemble the trampoline in 1.5 hours, it took us 5-6 hours! However, the result is great. Good quality. Good purchase!
My teenage children wanted a trampoline. I was still hesitant about what is sold in supermarkets. I needed a trampoline strong enough for us parents to enjoy too! I searched online for trampoline manufacturers and came across their site. By asking around, I realized that people I know had ordered from France Trampoline and were very happy with it. So I placed my order on Friday night and received it on Thursday morning as agreed when ordering. Today my children and we parents are very happy with the laughter. Compared to what is sold in stores, there is no comparison! In terms of safety and durability... I do not regret my purchase at all. On the contrary! The assembly is very easy. Honestly, in terms of price, the quality far exceeds the price. I highly recommend this choice to those around me.
Purchase of springs and a protective mat for the springs: very fast shipping and products of very good quality
Nothing to report, we will recommend you
I regret not being able to make my purchase online with the Internet; I had to call by phone and then give my credit card details orally; which is absolutely not secure!!! Moreover, only one of my items was shipped very quickly; I had to call after a week for the rest to be sent!!!
Hello, After checking, you ordered a spring clamp not displayed on our website. In this kind of case, we have two solutions. Payment by credit card over the phone (which is the fastest for shipping afterwards) or placing your order via a personalized link sent by email. Apparently, you wanted to place your order by the first method. We regret to see that you did not appreciate this payment method; however, we did not force you to pay by phone. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very good product and no issues with the order and delivery
I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The communication with France Trampoline was excellent as well as the quality of their products, trampolines and accessories... My children are thrilled.
Quick response to my inquiries. Fast shipping. Quality product.
Perfect
France Trampoline responded quickly and efficiently to our questions. They care about satisfying their customers.
I am completely satisfied
As usual, product as described, delivery times OK!
A assembly service could be offered. The assembly instructions are not clear, missing steps, close-ups, tips, and tricks. Delivery was good, welcoming telephone service.
