Fast delivery, very good material
good
Delivery within the deadlines, product meets our expectations. The only downside is the anchoring kit; the system that allows tightening the strap is too fragile and does not secure the whole. This is a pity, as the rest of the kit is reliable.
Hello, could you please send us photos of your issue with the ground fixing kit? It is normally simple to install and does not pose any problem. While waiting for your email, we remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
excellent material very good order follow-up
As I hoped, trampoline of undeniable quality, easy to assemble by following the procedure well, to recommend for those who do not want to neglect quality.
Fast delivery. Excellent quality product (jump'up 300). Easy assembly, very clear instructions. Our 3 children (13-8-3 years) are delighted and so are we 😊 France trampoline was recommended to us by friends and we did well to listen to them. Certainly more expensive than products sold on discount sites or other sports stores but of super quality. We recommend France trampoline.
The carrier was supposed to contact me before delivery to arrange an appointment. No contact was made. Delivery was made to a neighbor...! Big lack of trust if a future purchase were to be made.
Hello, Thank you for your comment. For accessories, the carrier does not call before delivery. We mention on our site and in the preparation and shipping emails that the carrier only calls for trampoline shipments. It is normal that you did not receive a call. However, it is not normal that the carrier delivered to a neighbor. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you a good installation of your accessories. The France trampoline team.
Top! You even called us to confirm the dimensions, nothing to add, thank you!
Very happy with our purchase. Good quality net. Fast delivery.
Robust material and generally well designed. The instructions could be more explicit to avoid assembly errors (orientation of the legs, direction of the net, etc.). The lower attachment of the net to the springs is a disaster (the attachments break one by one). I managed to secure all the attachments with a cord that goes around under the spring area.
excellent after-sales service follow-up
Quality product that brings joy to our children. Relatively simple and quick assembly. The material seems durable. Very satisfied with our purchase, we will recommend the site to our friends.
Very good product, the only problem is that I ordered it in green and received it in blue.
High-quality trampoline that fully satisfies the children. Everything is in accordance with the delivery service provider: appointment scheduling and timely delivery.
The charming seller on the phone took a long time to find my customer file and must have an outdated computer system or does not know how to use it well. He informed me perfectly and advised me perfectly. He told me that I would be delivered in 1 week and when I called back after 1 week, he told me he would send me the carrier's phone by email and ultimately made a mistake and sent me the phone number of the France trampoline switchboard.
Excellent value for money. High-quality product (a competing product of 4m20 has only 90 springs, here for the 4m30 there are 230 springs). Instructions need improvement for the ladder and anchoring.
As with every order or customer service request, FRANCE TRAMPOLINE knows how to respond quickly and very effectively. A serious company to really recommend.
Very complete and easy-to-use website. Fast navigation even on tablet. Quality products. Fast shipping.
Perfect timing, delivery matching the order well. However, I regretted that we could not contact the delivery person to agree on a date. I was not home during the delivery. Fortunately, neighbors were able to receive my package. Having the carrier come back: a waste of time and money.
A site more than perfect, for me it's without comment. Nothing to complain about in terms of delivery, timing, and packaging.
Good reception on the phone and helpful advice for making a choice. Respect for the delivery deadline (however, I paid for express delivery following the technician's advice). Good product quality, easy assembly. Now to see over time, as it's a shame the protective cover is not included, it could be provided at no extra cost!!!
Very well-made site that clearly provides all explanations. Very friendly person on the phone. Order arrived as expected in 48 hours. Simple and solid assembly of the trampoline. Thank you.
Speed, efficiency
I find that the black carabiners are not sturdy, and as soon as we ask to resend them, we have to send a photo, it's complicated!!!
A priori satisfied with the quality of the product, but we will have to wait a few years to see how it ages. (The trampoline is disassembled and stored during the first frosts and reassembled in spring).
Delivery on time, price correct compared to the high quality of the received product.
The packaging was damaged but no damage inside. On the day of delivery, I was not present, the delivery person was willing to deliver to another address, I am completely satisfied.
Perfect, no worries.
Item conforms to the order delivered on time and of very good quality.
Good product and delivery assured by the service.
Excellent customer service! France Trampoline is always present with its after-sales service. The children are delighted to have a trampoline always in good condition and secure.
Very good, easy order and fast delivery.
Listening with a real desire to facilitate delivery. Very professional.
Everything is perfect.
Very clear site, confirmation emails. Everything is there.
Very good quality trampoline, easy to assemble (plan to assemble it with two people though), order delivered quickly but the delivery appointment is between 9 am and 5 pm... and the boxes were damaged, fortunately without damaging the trampoline.
Very good, very serious, good product but shipping costs are high for a simple order of springs.
*****
Very good service; the order was taken into account very quickly, the delivery occurred within the requested deadlines even if the final delivery person was a bit slow. The material is of very good quality. Thank you.
Good reception, but incomplete information: absence of bungee cords for trampoline cushion not specified.
Very good quality trampoline, solid and reassuring. Assembly is easy, but you should plan several hours (about 3 for the oval). Only downside: the carrier did not contact us before coming to the house... Fortunately, he was able to return 2 hours later and we managed to be there... But that doesn't take away from the seriousness of the trampolines.
Very good advice and good quality material.
Excellent quality product, high-end!!!! To the great delight of my children.
Very well informed by phone, fast delivery.
Very good! Fast shipping, trampoline of very good quality, the assembly instructions are very clear, everything was very well!
Quality product but the price is a bit high. Problem with the carrier managed with great seriousness by France trampoline.
High quality trampoline. Easy to assemble. About 3 hours alone.
Very good product. However, the nuts are a bit light or even not threaded. Thank you.
fast delivery. Product corresponding to the description, well explained assembly. trampoline that makes the children happy. To be evaluated over time
very satisfied with the ordered item (trampoline cover) but had a problem with the delivery person, unreachable online because the site was down; and impossible to contact them to choose a delivery date. However, France trampoline that I contacted by phone was very effective in reaching the carrier and passing me to them on the phone. Thank you France trampoline.
